About this apartment rental

Located in Deer Meadows overlooking Lake Roosevelt - this newly renovated 16 room hotel is the only one of its kind! Unobstructed 180 degree views from the balcony & the brand new ON SITE Restaurant - The Maverick Pub. The Mav offers indoor & outdoor seating, dart boards, kids play area, plenty of TV's & - serves pizzas, small bites, beer by the glass/growler, wine and specialty soda for the kids! Daily & weekly rates are available for summer. Make your way to one of the many boat launches and swimming holes only minutes from your room & then back to the Sunday Bay Resort where every day is Funday!

Our family stayed in multiple rooms at this perfectly located vacation rental. We were so delighted with our stay! Tanya was so welcoming and hospitable! All amenities were absolutely fabulous and we felt so lucky to have a home base for our day trips that was comfortable, safe and lovely!

No place to hang clothing, towels appear to be the cheapest ever, if you don't have Roko ,no TV

I could not recommend this location, over priced, towels were the cheapest I have ever seen, no place to hang clothing. No TV unless you have a Hulu or other pay accounts. It looks like a DIY project. All of this for just under $300.
