It was a good location. I was there to fish on the Rez . Nice fenced in backyard because we had our dog.

This house was so relaxing to stay in. We enjoyed the quiet woodsy neighborhood it was located in. Close to restaurants and shopping. Smores around the fire pit was a highlight.

The house was clean which is important . The beds were very comfortable. I would suggest putting rugs at the front and garage doors. It rained quite a bit during our stay so the floors got wet and we were concerned about slipping
I rated the online description as a 4 because the pics seem a little out dated. The living room furniture was different. One couch was covered and wasn’t the most comfortable. However with that said, it was still a nice stay
It was nice to stay close to family and be able for 4 adults to have more space than hotel room.

Great Stay
This is a very nice house that provided a comfortable to stay for the four of us during our Jackson visit. The house is clean, the kitchen is well equipped, and the beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed the fire pit as well. Kimberly is a great host and we would definitely stay again.

Safe, clean, quiet, restful.
I am probably not the ideal renter: one night. But this charming home works for me. I travel a few times a year with my dogs cross country and this beautiful home was a wonderful layover. The yard is enormous. The dogs can get their yahoo’s out! As a single female on the road, a safe place to layover with dogs is not easy. Nothing seedy about the neighborhood, no neighborhood domestic cop calls - good, quiet, safe-feeling. Thank you so much for allowing me to overnight here.

Responsive host but TIRED House
This home is in a neighborhood around “The Rez” in Brandon, MS which was a great location to visit family in the area and easy access. Regarding the home, newly renovated or painted is NOT the case. What painting that was done (however long ago) is very sloppy with some colors of touch up not matching. Kitchen is well stocked with necessary items, refrigerator is nice with water and ice, stove is decent, washer and dryer is nice. Other than old paint, cleanliness wasn’t a priority with crumbs in drawers and dirt along edges of drawers and cabinets. My daughters did a floor workout getting dirt all over her shoulders and clothes from the rug.. No vacuum to be found in house. The beds were mostly the temporary black frame type with cheap mattresses. Bedding was clean but few blankets available. Those that slept in the double twin room said the beds were comfortable while the two other beds were barely adequate. If clean bedding is your only priority this will work great. The yard is unkempt but has a decent deck with a charcoal bbq. Living room has a sofa and love seat that’s somewhat dirty and uncomfortable. It’s obvious the house is used only as a rental without much pride of property.
To be fair the owner responded quickly to a TV not working, sent someone the next morning to fix it. Over all, the house was adequate, nothing special and owners could really make it comfortable with a deep clean, decent paint, new furniture and repairs to windows, etc.
Would we rent it again? Maybe, as there are too few options in the area. Just go in with eyes open and knowledgeable expectations and you’ll be comfortable.

I loved the layout and the peacefulness in the house. The fireplace was amazing! The kitchen was big and easy to use. The beds were comfortable, and I felt like I could just relax when I went there. One afternoon, our daughter and her family came for a cookout. The yard was perfect for little ones. And the property owner was amazing and so helpful!!!! Thanks, Kim, for everything!

One of the best place to stay
The house was so clean, check-in process was easy, I and my friends were staying there for more than a week, and it was so good. Bads was good, the house is warm and comfortable. The manager helps us a lot, she always texts back in a couple of minutes. Thanks for staying!
