Great property! Above average in communication and cleanliness, and for the price it’s a nice apartment to stay in for a night or so.

The property was great. Only issue i had was the door codes to get in were wrong which wasn't the owners fault, as the were put in the system wrong. Once i called i was able to get in no problems.

Cute place that was really in a great location! Everything was clean and exactly as shown online. Check in was super easy. The list of local recommendations hanging in the kitchen was really nice to have. If I'm ever back in the area, would definitely stay here again!

We were in town for our Midwest Country Music Orgs annual awards show. We absolutely loved this space bc it was just a few minutes from Arnold’s Park and provided an affordable place to homemade for the weekend. Easy to find and get to. Space was clean and very nicely furnished. I really appreciated having a desk to edit podcasts from on Saturday morning after recording 25 interviews with members and nominees on Friday night. Our band comes back to play The Gardens July 19/20. We would love to stay again anytime!!

We needed a close spot with a little kitchen to prepare our dish to take to Thanksgiving. This was perfect. We also enjoyed having our own healthier breakfast versus a hotel.

It was adequate in meeting our needs. Living room was comfortable. Would have liked lined or heavier curtains for a feeling of more privacy especially in bedroom. Sink in bathroom was too small to do anything in. Everything else was good.

The entire unit was exceptionally clean and extremely comfortable. Had all the amenities of a home away from home.
The only negative was the 20 plus "Lady Bugs" that decided the bedroom ceiling was the place to be during the cool evenings.

We loved our stay in Milford! This was a very clean, comfortable, well-appointed apartment. LOVED the decor! We sat out in the front yard, Ssturday evening, listening to the chorus of birds and watching the fireflies flit above the grass at dusk. SO relaxing and welcoming. ❤

I had a great, short stay here. This appears to be an older house that has been remodeled into apartments. Access was easy and secure with two keypad entries, and the listing was just as advertised.

Familiar with the area and know Milford to be a quaint little town that is so close to the lakes area! I was traveling between the lakes and Spencer, so this was perfect location. Place is super cute and cozy and looks just like the pictures. The full size refrigerator and stove came in handy for the large family gathering.
