Received all our check in information the night before our stay, which I loved. The house was so clean and comfortable.. the only issue we ran into was the hot water for showers.. the house is definitely set up for 20 but only 2 people were able to get a warm shower and those showers were probably about 5 minutes in length. The water heater is definitely not big enough for the home.. other than that, the house was perfect

Beautiful property, very clean and only 35 min away from Zion National Park. Beds were comfortable and clean, and we loved how many bathrooms there were

I booked this townhome for myself and my family to get away for Thanksgiving. We booked several months in advance and had family driving from out of state to be there. I had attempted to get ahold of the host several times prior to check in to ask some questions and never received a reply. I should have realized that this would be but a small taste of what was yet to come!
I was emailed a link to what was supposed to be the door code but the webpage was empty. I tried fruitlessly to get ahold of the host through VRBO messaging and the number provided, and then after arriving, spent 2 hours on the phone with VRBO customer service while my young grandchildren had to choose between being restless in the car or outside in the cold weather. VRBO customer service eventually put us up in a dingy motel for the night but the accomodations had neither the number of beds nor the amenities we had paid several hundreds of dollars a night for. The next day, I spent another 4 hours on the phone with customer service trying to find another rental (not an easy task the day before thanksgiving). My options were going to be either going hundreds of miles away or paying $1000+ more. The host finally reached out to me and apologized, saying that the phone number provided on the listing is incorrect (something that he should have been well aware of). He gave us the code to the rental and offered a partial refund, which would only have been enough to replace the groceries I purchased for the trip which had spoiled because we weren't able to fit them all in the motel refrigerators.
I wish I could say the fiasco ended once we were able to check in but unfortunately it didn't. The rental did not have the number of beds that was listed, as the 2 double bunk beds upstairs did not have the bottom beds and the tops were very unsteady and not remotely safe for children. The pool was unusable due to the wind. The thermostat kept changing to 65 degrees every night. The only help the manager gave me was to text me a manual that didn’t tell me how to override the presets and we just kept having to reset the temperature over and over again.
As of writing this review I have yet to see a penny of that partial refund even though the host assured me that he had it approved and was putting it in and would then contact me, which, of course, he failed to do. Looking at some of the past reviews I'm not surprised - I'd avoid this host if you want to enjoy your trip.

We had so much fun at this condo with friends! It is in a great location and we enjoyed the pool and hot tubs. I would definitely stay here again!

We have had issues. I got access information to here 8 minutes before our checkin. Called over and over, emailed to get information on our arrival and no response. When we got to the door it was already unlocked and open. It was a stressful and horrible way to start a vacation. The place had candy wrappers everywhere, garbage type stuff on the floor in the upstairs room. Did not look like anyone cleaned up stairs. Hair combs and plastic cheap hangers on the sink counter in the bathroom upstairs. One of the bunk beds was broke and nails were sticking out of it. Kids got poked by the nails and I called the property manager to come. No answer, then I called right back and he answered. Property manager came and moved the frame and broken bed frame/board to the garage. Now the mattress is on the floor so we can use it. Dirty underwear left in the game/bunkbed room. Property manager also removed the underwear and hand picked up garbage. Missing remote in the game/bunkbed room. Foosball table legs are broken. Hot water heater was turned off. Luckily we knew how to start that. Linens were really yellow stained, not sure if they didn’t get washed or not. Sheets on beds were wrinkled and look like they haven’t been washed. We washed sheets for our use to ensure clean. Toilet roll holders broke off the walls, hole is upstairs bedroom wall, attic access was open in game room. I was also told I’d get a $50 refund from the property manager and that he would talk to the owner about additional discounts due to broken beds and such. Still have not seen anything or heard anything since we got home. Horrible experience with this property.

Great Place, Terrible owner communication
To be fair the property was clean and very well appointed. The communication with the host was deplorable. I tried contacting them 2 days after I booked (3 months before stay) and got no responses EVER. Receivedd check in instructions only 3 days before check in. Had some critical non-working items upon arrival.. no help there either. Local host did nothing to help either.
