This place isn't fancy but it is clean and well cared for. My daughter liked having her own private suite downstairs which would be great for other teenagers and young adults traveling with family.
You have to drive to the beaches, but everything is 10 - 30 minutes away. Nice, quiet yard and plenty of room if you have to park a boat or camper. The fire pit has potential!
Although we barely communicated with the hosts (we were on the go the whole time), they were excellent. We would definitely stay here again!

The stay here was exactly what we were looking for during our short visit to the cape. The place was very clean, and laid out perfectly for multiple guests, as the upstairs was separate from the downstairs. This added level of privacy was an added bonus to an already wonderful place. The hosts were very responsive to all of our questions, and definitely make you feel like they are available for questions. We did have an unfortunate event doing a load of laundry there, in which some of our clothes were stained. This was more than likely beyond the Hosts control, and we understand stuff like this happens from time to time. This was communicated with the host, and wouldn’t be something that would deter us from re-booking the property in the future. The location is perfect, and is a short drive to a large grocery store, and other cool restaurants and shops.

The accommodations were very clean! The colors are restful, and the cottage is in excellent condition.
The hosts were prompt and responsive to our needs.
We enjoyed a weekend getaway to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary and this cottage was perfect for us! We enjoyed a bit of sightseeing and simply relaxing at the cottage. A truly delightful time!
Thank you, Rob and Sandra!

The house is in a great location close to everything. My sister and I enjoyed the fire pit in the back yard we sat out there and enjoyed the weather and the fire. Owners were good with all questions I asked. The house has an upstairs unit as well. It was rented out at the same time so it got a little noisy. That was my only little complaint. We would def rent it again Lisa wilson

The property for the 4 of us perfectly. The kids had their own space downstairs plus there was the upstairs space for all of us for family games, meals, etc. It was quite hot so we didn’t get a chance to use the fire pit but that was a nice feature to have.

My husband and I were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and wanted a nice, quiet place to reconnect and recharge and still have the opportunity to do fun things. This was the perfect place. The cottage was neat, clean and well equipped with everything we needed. It was the perfect distance, (a short car ride), away from the activities and attractions the Cape is known for. We plan on returning.

This was probably the best short trip I have ever taken. The house was so clean and perfectly decorated for the location. It had everything that we could have needed for our stay. It was set back from the road and just minutes from beaches, shopping, etc. Sandra and Rob are probably the best hosts I have ever worked with. She met us at the house upon arrival even though it was late and cold out and made sure we had everything. Check-in and Check-out was so easy. I can't wait to stay there again! Thank you Sandra & Rob!

This is a great place to stay when you've got a full calendar for your vacation. Sleeps 5 easily. The kitchen is pretty well equipped. The beds are comfortable. And the hosts are friendly and helpful. Close to both beaches and freshwater ponds, the CC children's museum, great restaurants, and ice cream.
The only challenge is when it is humid, the portable a/c doesn't do it.
But we had a GREAT week!

My children, my husband and I enjoyed the home.
The hosts were welcome. We were even more pleased there was a washer/dryer, 2nd bathroom and separate living area for our older children.
Hosts were super responsive and welcoming.

My family and I stayed at this cottage on our first visit to cape cod for a wedding. The listing does state there isn't central AC, but a window unit and fans downstairs. However, upon arrival, the house was uncomfortably hot. I'm not sure if the owners waited until later in day to cool the house, but it was almost intolerable (especially
the basement). The fans in basement were small and did very little to help. After a 7hr drive, I found myself at Walmart spending $60 on fans so my family could comfortably sleep. We also had to buy a power block as there was no where to plug in our devices in the basement. Once we got the house cooled, it was more comfortable for the rest of our stay. There were only 2 rolls of Toilet paper provided (1 per bathroom) so be prepared with more for your stay.
When we arrived, the owners approached us about a broken door lock and asked if we'd prefer a new one be installed immediately, or would it be ok to wait until the next day. We said the next day was fine; however, they never did install it and we went the duration of our 3 day stay unable to lock the house when we left.
If you enjoy cereal, oatmeal, soup or any meal that may require a bowl, this is not your place. The only dishes provided were mugs, cups, and a few plates.
The house was clean. It is in a quiet location and the upstairs guests were considerate. There was a nice fire pit for guests to enjoy, though we didn't take advantage. Overall, I would probably choose to stay elsewhere during any future visits.

Lovely Place
We had a fantastic time. Rob and Sandra were warm and accommodating hosts who were easy to reach and very helpful. The home is tastefully decorated and served as an excellent home base with easy access to all of the things we wanted to do on the Cape and in Boston.

A quiet and comfortable house
The description of the house is exact. Recently modernized, it is very comfortable for a family of 4 or 5. The owners are welcoming and located on the property
It is located in the Lower Cape, with easy access to nice beaches on Nantucket Sound and the area around Chatham. The drive to the south of Cape Cod National Seashore is an hour +, and quite long for Provincetown.
Many thanks to Sandra for a fine stay.

Great area and hosts!
This place worked out really well for our family of 4. The pictures online gave us the impression it was bigger than it was, but it was plenty of room for our family. The part of town we were in was convenient as there was plenty of shopping and restaurants with 10-15 minutes (both Hyannis and Osterville). You are also about 20-30 minutes away from the ferry to Martha's Vineyard. Rob and Sandra were very responsive and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thanks for hosting us!

Owner is great. But I would not prefer to stay in basement. Basement is always a problem for me .. not matter how much people can keep it clean. Bathrooms were tiny. Thanks

Nice spot
Sandra/Rob were very kind and accommodating. Very easy to communicate with them, and they were responsive when we needed something. It's a private spot, which is nice during these times. My kids thought it was great that they had their own floor to themselves:)

Great Hospitality and Opportunity to explore the upper Cape!
This was our first time renting a house for vacation. The host made it very welcoming and a really great experience! The host were responsive to any of our needs and very accommodating. Three of us stayed in this cute cottage and we all slept comfortably and we’re happy. The cottage was very clean and comfortable for the three of us. The kitchen was a little small, but well designed and very efficient. I also liked that the kitchen, living room and dining room were an open floor plan which worked well for all of us. I especially enjoyed that there was a very large counter space to work with. I was also impressed that any of the kitchen items we needed, were somehow magically already there. Result was the kitchen was a pleasure to cook in so we enjoyed breakfasts and even dinners at the cottage rarely feeling the need to eat out. If you plan to prepare meals on your vacation, this is a great place to be. Not only was the meal prep easy, but the cleanup was also easy with a dishwasher and large sink. I should also mention that downstairs they had a TV set up and a 3/4 bathroom with a small shower. This helped keep everyone comfortable and prevented a traffic jam.
This is our first time staying on the upper Cape so it was a new area of the Cape for us to explore. The host made this really fun and pleasurable as she shared some tips on local things to do. We usually stay in the Orleans-Wellfleet area, but I have to say that I am now a new fan of the upper Cape as it feels much less congested and more peaceful. This was a modest, relaxing, and lovely place to stay!
