This basement apartment is 1 mile from MSU, and within miles of groceries, pizza, coffee, downtown Bozeman and other food/drink venues. Freshly remodeled with updated finishes, comfy bedding, and fast internet. The unit is the perfect getaway for those looking to enjoy what Bozeman has to offer or work remotely. Not to mention it is only 17 miles to Bridger Bowl!

We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property! We had a wonderful experience. My husband and I traveled with my parents and sister out to Bozeman to visit our daughter attending college at MSU. It is obvious the home was recently updated with new appliances, flooring, furnishings, etc. Everything was was clean and welcoming. The check in and check out process was a breeze and the few questions I had for the host were answered promptly. To be completely transparent, there is a tenant in the basement of the property but none of us noticed noise or activity even though we knew they were present. It shouldn't deter anyone from choosing this property. My 80 year old dad even walked to downtown Bozeman which is conveniently only about .5 miles away. We loved our visit and definitely plan to stay here again for our next visit.

Very clean and spacious home in the heart of Bozeman. We were there to drop our Freshman off at MSU. My only complaint is that we did not find out there are tenants in the basement until we arrived. I feel it is not honest to not make this clear in the listing.

Nice, comfortable place. Great central location in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed spending Easter in Bozeman with our son. The open floor plan of the living area worked really well for our needs with the large kitchen, dinning table for 6 and two couches for relaxing in the evening. Communication with the host was excellent. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect property right in the middle of everything Bozeman. Just blocks from the main streets but very quiet and comfortable. Host answered any question within minutes. Everything was as presented, would def stay again!!!

The house was very clean. The beds were comfy. Kitchen set up was great. The bathrooms are a bit tired, but functioned properly. The location was close enough to downtown for a long walk to breakfast. We chose to drive to dinner. Very close to grocery shopping. Quiet neighborhood.

Very nice home, comfortable beds. Can get very warm when the temperatures climb but that is during a short period of the year. Additional unit downstairs to consider if you have a larger group or think you might be a bit louder.

This is a beautiful, clean and spacious home - very well designed and taken care of. The beds and linens are top quality. The host is very easy to contact and answered all my questions very quickly. I would definitely stay here again!

The owner does a great job with the facility. All new appointments really well thought out. The location was close to everything. No AC was a factor: whereas keeping all the windows open for cooler air at night created a problematic noise level for the lower tenants. My wife was asked to turn off her i-pad when trying to watch late night news. Add air conditioning.

We rented the apartment for a couple of nights to attend the Kenny Chesney concert. It was centrally located, quiet, and clean. It was a perfect base camp for us to hang out in Bozeman for a couple of nights. Would definitely recommend to others.

Spent additional days hiking Yellowstone and local trails, loved it. Home was as advertised; very clean, well equipped and comfortable. Travis was great on communication for entry, check out, etc.. as well as responsive when I had a couple inquiries,. Location close to local establishments as well. Would stay again for sure.
