Enjoy your stay in one of America's most vibrant communities, The Villages, at this stylish and modern three-bedroom home in Pine Hills. This recently built house is the perfect home-away-home, with everything you'll need to relax and unwind after a busy day of adventure in Central Florida!
Up to eight guests will be able to sleep in comfort, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size bed in the second bedroom and a set of twin beds in the third bedroom, along with a sleeper sofa in the living room.
The home has four TVs — one in the living room and three in each bedroom — with internet connectivity, including access to Netflix and Hulu. The dwelling is also stacked with new appliances, including a pellet grill located on the back patio, where you and your guests can relax in the screened lanai.
We also have a gas-operated golf cart and two bikes at the property, which guests can use at their pleasure.
With the purchase of a temporary Resident ID*, you and your guests can enjoy the mind-blowing number of recreational opportunities The Villages offers, including the nearly 50 famed golf courses. The home is located between two communal pools, and is just a short jaunt down the road from the Moyer Rec Center, where there is a family pool, courts for tennis and pickle ball and more activities. And you're just a short car ride — or golf cart — ride away from the community's lively town centers, home to a plethora of shops, restaurants and nightly live entertainment.
The Villages is the perfect launching grounds for your vacation, located near popular tourist destinations such as Disney World and Daytona Beach.

We had some friends come to visit and the house was perfect for them. Clean with plenty of room. Although our friends didn't use the golf cart and bicycles it was great to know they were available. Owner responded quickly to messages. Would definitely rent again.

My family and I stayed at this home while on a trip to central Florida and the property exceeded our expectations. First off, the house is just beautiful. Secondly, it was immaculantly clean. Great location, and the neighbors were all very friendly in the neighborhood. The house is stocked with everything we needed. Will definetly stay there next time we go to Florida, if available.

Home is do cleannn. Used house as overfill for family reunion as I live two Miles away. Daughter wanted to move in to this home full time n not leave. Great host communication. Highly recommend! !

The house is in a perfect location for exploring the Villages and also areas just outside of the Villages. The host was very responsive when we had a small issue which was resolved quickly.

We stayed in this cute home for a softball tournament in Leesburg. The home was beautiful and comfortable. The host responds quick and even shipped us a uniform that one of the girls left. I would highly recommend this home.

Needed soap and more lights and end tables in bedrooms. Had to use a chair. Kitchen stocked well. No cocktail table in living room Loved the outdoor sitting areas. Nice neighborhood

My family loved the house and The Villages. The house was clean, bright and well equipped in the kitchen. Comfy beds, couch and patio furniture. We enjoyed the safe upscale community of The Villages. As a family we did day trips to Orlando and Daytona since the house is centrally located. Absolutely recommend this house to anyone looking for a well equipped modern home in a great location.

Our family of 7 had a great week and even stayed an extra day. The location was great being about the same difference between Lake Sumter and Brownwood. Pools were easy to find and the house was great. We would definitely come back here

From the very moment you walk into this beautiful home you feel the warmth. You feel like your home. All my questions were answered in a timely manner. I can not say enough about this stunning home. It is beautifully decorated , very comfortable beds, beautiful screened in area and very spacious. I would 100% recommend this home. I didn’t have the chance to drive the golf cart, but it looked very nice. We didn’t go down to Florida for vacation, unfortunately, we went for a Celebration of Life for my son in Law’s brother, but having this home to come back to, made it a lot easier. Thank you Robert for allowing us to stay in your magnificent home.

Very nice house. Liked the walk in shower especially. TV was nice size. Only used the king bed, but it was comfortable. Had a nice grill, but we didn't use it. Mostly ate out. The ladies bike tire was flat but I couldn't ride it due to the hills anyway. No problems to speak of. Robert was helpful.

This newer 3 bedroom, 2 bath home made our first stay at The Villages a dream vacation! We loved the home, with its screened in lanai, which was perfect for early morning coffee or afternoon rest, In a quiet neighborhood. This home had new modern furnishings and included a kitchen with everything needed for fixing meals and entertaining friends. Shopping was just 2-3 miles down the road and use of the golf cart was the "cherry on the top" as far as my husband was concerned. Would LOVE to stay in this home again and definitely recommend it!!

This home was perfect for our visit to The Villages. We were there to visit my father.stores and restaurants were a short golf cart ride away. The cart was a great plus for the 4 of us. The house was as pictured. Robert did a great job decorating and supplying all the necessities. He was even willing to help us with visitor passes. You won’t be disappointed here.

Robert promptly answered every question leading up to and during our stay. The check in and check out process was very easy. The house was clean, comfortable, well stocked and tastefully decorated w a beach theme. The beds were like home, cozy and comfy. Loved the ceiling fans, the walk in master shower w grab bars and the double sinks. Robert helped us to get guest IDs and we enjoyed being able to play pickle ball, go to the pools (and play golf if we had had more time). One of the most fun amenities that came w the house was the gas powered golf cart! So much fun and a vital part of The Villages experience! Yes, I’d recommend and would go back!

We really enjoyed our stay it was nice & clean We had our daughter (15) & son (12) Who also were happy to relax - Tv with streaming videos and movies in each room - GOLF CART WAS NICE AND FUN ! We were able to take the cart to grab food near us at the wal mart - Kitchen was awesome and everything we needed to cook - loved the rooms and showers - Huge win for the beds ! I have not slept in such a comfortable bed in along time ! That was a huge plus ! Overall great experience and stay - ! Thanks again for the opportunity - we appreciate you

My family very much enjoyed our stay at Robert’s place. The home is very beautiful and updated. My family gathered for the funeral of my dad & the house was perfect for us all to stay together. The house is very clean and Robert answered all my questions immediately. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the Villages, great home and host!
