This smoke-free property is in the heart of South Beach, walking distance to numerous attractions such as the Lummus Park Beach, Collins Avenue shopping district, and Ocean Drive, fun for people-watching and classic convertible viewing. Housed in a historic Art Deco building, this property also has a bar and lounge which offers a free daily happy hour, a lobby fireplace to converse with your friends, and free Wi-Fi throughout.

- These are THREE separate hotel rooms. Rooms are individually unique and may not be adjoining or adjacent, allocated based on availability upon arrival. The price is for all rooms.
- The property requires a damage deposit of USD 100/night/unit on the credit/debit card provided. The deposit is required for EACH UNIT and is refunded IN FULL upon check-out.
- Early check-in is subject to availability upon arrival.

- The closest parking garage is located nearby at 200 7th St, Miami Beach, FL 33139. There are also metered parking spots along the street with fees;
- Two pets are allowed per room at no extra cost.
NOTE: Some of the amenities may not function as advertised. At this time and until further notice:
- Daily housekeeping is not provided, but full-room service is offered every third day only. Towel replenishment is provided daily;
- For any amenities needed such as extra towels or soap please approach the hotel front desk;
- Luggage storage is currently unavailable.
- Bar is under renovation, but guests can go to the bars at our sister hotels, one next door and another one across the street.
NOTE: Reservations which have not been canceled or modified prior to the cancellation period will be assessed a penalty of the entire stay room and tax penalty. Reservations which have not been canceled, and which are not consumed, will be considered “no-show” and will be assessed a penalty of the entire stay room and tax no-show penalty. Hotel reserves the right to modify cancellation periods based on business demands and will notify in a prompt manner.
