We didn't spend much time in this property, as we were driving around Yellowstone all the time. But it was a great place to come back to and crash. Plenty of room for our two teenage boys as well. Convenient to the park, if you avoid "rush hour."

Comfortable.

This is a very basic 2 bedroom that served our needs for a home base toexplore yellowstone np. Not te best location in west yellowstone and looks from outside are deceiving, but it was comfortable and clean and safe.
4.0
The place was in a quieter area of West Yellowstone. The beds were comfortable. A couple negatives…they didn’t provide enough coffee for our length of stay, nor any coffee filters.
Also, no instructions for using the bedroom tv.
3.0
Yes we like it and enjoyed, just one small bump, the water in the tub goes too slow, therefore my aunt could not take a shower.
5.0
Clearn, comfortable, convenient with fully equipped facilities as well as good location.
The only thing was that the fume detector was too sensitive, even a bread toaster properly working could lead it alarming.

When first seeing the property, I thought “Oh no, this isn’t going to work.” The outside looks rundown and very unappealing. But, we were pleasantly surprised inside. It was quite clean (carpet needed some attention), and was doable. Downside was that heater did not work in living area, no dishwasher so we prewashed the dishes and no air conditioning which could be a problem in the summer.

Perfect fit
A friend and I were in West Yellowstone on a fishing trip. This small property was a perfect fit for us and had everything we needed for our week long stay. We could cook for ourselves as needed, had 2 seperate bedrooms and a clean well stocked bathroom and kitchen. It is a great fit for 2 people or two couples who know each other well. I would stay here again!!

Good location
The location was great since it was pretty much at walking distance to the Park entrance and all the restaurants in West Yellowstone. It was well equipped however the listing said there was a washer and there wasn't one. Also, it was dusty which caused us allergies. But all in all it was spacious enough for a couple and if you spend most of your time at the park you won't need much more.

Awesome place!
Loved the little Cabana! It was perfect for my son and I, and would be great for a small family too! Close to everything! 4 minutes to Yellowstone! It was perfect!!

2 bedroom in West Yellowstone
Nothing fancy, but reasonable deal for 2bedroom cabin with full kitchen. One bedroom had one outlet. When I moved the bed, I saw the carpeting hadn't been cleaned in awhile. The coffee maker was also unclean. Good thing we brought our own strainers. Place needs some updating inside and out. Toilet seat was loose. All in all, not bad and would stay again.

West Yellowstone Alpine Cabana
The cabin was great! It worked well and we could cook and keep items refrigerated in the full size fridge. We really enjoyed it. Everything was clean, organized and it was an enjoyable stay. The beds could have been more comfortable but everything else was great.

Convenient Location
Very easy access to Yellowstone and town amenities, excellent location!

Good location
This is a good location, however the street it is on is a busy, noisey street due to multiple other rental properties. The beds were not comfortable at all, there is no ventilation fan over the stove for when you are cooking. There really needs to be something put around the rock slab that the fireplace sets on. The bathtub is slick on the bottom and it's dark. It is a convenient location, but my biggest issue is the beds because after you have been out and about all day it would be nice to just have a decent bed to sleep in.

Very nice accommodations
Very nice accommodations. Just be careful of the area where the heater is. We tripped on it a couple of times. Putting a chair in front of it really helped.

Great Location
This unit was in a great spot, walkable to some restaurants, bars, shops and a great bakery! Very close and easy to get into the park and the updated tv was nice as well.

Very close to park entrance!
This was an adequate space for our stay. Nothing fancy but had everything we needed.
3.0
Adequate accommodations. Great location.
We weren't expecting top of the line accommodations given the price and descriptions, which helped moderate our annoyance for the few substandard situations we encountered. The condo (converted garage) was large enough to have 2 rooms (one double and one queen room). They were both adequate and the linens were clean. Similarly, the bathroom seemed adequately cleaned. The kitchen area, while out away, left a lot to be desired. There were many many pots/dishes/utensils, etc... but they almost all had crusted off such to then. Even the glasses weren't clean (when filled, leftover soap bubbles out). Coffee pot had greasy looking sludge. There is no dishwasher. Moreover, the grill was filthy, and there were no items that could be used to flip burgers. The one bbq brush was broken to the point it was useless. We ended up count burgers inside. Finally, the carpet left for on bare feet when stepped on.
On a positive, check in and check out were seemless TV, internet worked, and only a 10 minute walk to downtown. It's not bad, but you definitely come away wanting a shower.

Great place to stay with motorcycle trailer. Plenty parking
Was very easy access to Yellowstone

Watch your toes
My friend broke his toe on the “hearth”. See other reviews for this property. Best to wear toe protection indoors. Don’t expect anything above mediocre at the property. There is no place to hang anything in the second room. There is no outdoor spigot, so you can’t rinse any gear outside. The pillows and linens were worn and in need of replacement (especially the pillows). We were only left two kitchen garbage bags for a week’s stay… which was about the level of performance all around. No soap or shampoo for showing, just some cheap body wash. Seems the owner has done everything possible to minimize the cost. Cheap fixtures, cheap linens, no washer/dryer or dishwasher. The toilet seat dislodges with each use. Couldn’t even find a corkscrew. I will choose alternate lodging for my next Yellowstone adventure.

Convenient location, needs attention
Good location close to YNP. Not a bad place to stay if you just want to rest and sleep, but it needs some work. It was pretty clean except for the kitchen; dried food bits on the forks, messy microwave, and dirty refrigerator. The TV was old and did not work. I gave the review 3 stars rather than 2 because the manager/owner was very responsive and apologetic, and tried to get the TV to work. They finally replaced it with another TV but still no success. Also, the location is about mile or so from the park rather then the 1/2 mile on the listing. Not a big deal except if you were expecting to be closer to stores and shops.

Location is perfect
Literally minutes from the west Yellowstone entrance. We also wanted a place close by following the half marathon and this was perfect.
TV didn’t work well. Would recommend further instructions or a more modern set up. Other than that it worked great for what we needed.

Wonderful stay
Great property! Clean and comfortable with everything we needed for 3 great days at Yellowstone.

Wasn’t exactly as pictured it’s attached to a long shop on a busy road. Kind of outdated but comfortable for our needs

Great cabin
Great cabin- location and price. Would have been nice to have a fan in the 2nd bedroom. Clean and cozy!

Good for a short stay
Location was good. Convenient and close to restaurants and Yellowstone entrance. Could use a better cleaning (coffee maker and kitchen area). Also agree with other reviewers about the stone based stove being a possible tripping hazard. We put a chair there to prevent an accident.

Very clean and comfortable. The cabin was decorated very cute. We did run out of toilet paper and there was no dish soap but everything else was great. Thanks for a great stay.

If you are expecting a 5-Star Luxury Resort, this isn't it but if you're like us, wanting a place for the family to sleep while enjoying Yellowstone without braking the bank, this is the perfect spot. It was clean and had everything we needed for the family.
1.5
Overall the unit was ok. It seemed smaller in person than on the listing. Everything was essentially as described. However, I will agree with a previous reviewer that the brickwork for the electric fireplace is a major tripping hazard and the floors did not seem clean. Although we only have preteen and teens, I agree with that reviewer that I would not have wanted an infant crawling on the floor. However, the check in process, ease of use and location were all great.

This property was just as listed on the site. Owner gave very detailed instructions for check in and check out. We loved how close it was to the entrance to Yellowstone. For our family of five very well.

Imagine yourself, husband and 3 children driving ALL DAY to get to your destination in West Yellowstone. You arrive at your property at 7:30 during Covid, Check into your home to find it dirty. There was a bottle of covid disinfectant left on the table which did come in handy as I had to clean the fridge upon arrival as it was dirty. The home is not really a home but converted garage. (which I could have dealt with). My husband and children started to unpack and we found the sheets to be dirty. They had hairs on them and one had stains. The extra blankets in the closets had not been freshly laundered because I smelled them. I stripped the beds and looked for an open laundromat. I could not find one so I did message the contact in the binder left on the table. This went to NO Voicemail like stated so I emailed through the VBRO website. while waiting for a reply we found the couch cover was also filthy. There was something crusty on it. There was also a fireplace placed in the room that was not pictured. It was pretty, but a tripping hazard. My husband and I both tripped on it moving around the room. Then my 14 month old tripped and hit his face on the stone. (He is fine) but at this point he was screaming, my family was hungry and we had no dinner or a clean place to stay. We quickly packed up the car and found a new hotel to stay at. In the meantime the cleaning person did contact me and say they would change the sheets. At this point, no thank you. If the basics were not clean, we did not want our baby crawling around on the floor. So, we ended up canceling the stay and staying at another local hotel. The property manager was NOT NICE about any of this. She would only refund half our money so my family is out close to $700. During a pandemic we would expect way more from a rental unit. During our 15 day road trip every other property we stayed at was very clean (my husband brought a black light so we did check). It is completely unacceptable that the property manager would not refund our money when it was not up to the current CDC cleanliness standards and the listing should be updated to state it is NOT Safe for young children. This place is not family friendly so do not bring young children and I would have recommended it for adults if the manager had been gracious enough to refund us. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

Will rent that property again

It really isn’t fair to leave a review for this listing as we ended up staying at the adjacent property owned by the same company as there was an issue with the heater. The house looked exactly as described however and the management company, Courtney in particular, was quick to respond. When she couldn’t fix the issue she made other arrangements which was great and was very speedy. Very impressed with their process and handling of the situation!

we enjoyed our stay. It was extremely nice and comfortable and it was very convenient. Very well kept. I wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for providing us with the necessities, which was very unexpected.
