Paid a hefty amount to stay here to only show up and find out that no one knew we were staying there. We booked two months in advance and nothing was ready for us . The driveway was not plowed nor the front or back porch where the grill and hot tub were located . We had to do it ourselves the day we arrived just to get our car in the driveway and our luggage inside . Once we cleared the back the hottub was DISGUSTING . They send an email stating that the hot tub may not be hot do to sanitary purposes, they must empty and refill . They did no such thing . The water was old , mold was floating around and the film left a brown ring around the whole hottub . Called and they sent someone who did a "split shine" and dumpped some chemicals in it . Needless to say we couldn't use it . This place sleeps 12 ppl with three showers BUT there's only one hot water tank which either melts your skin off or it's ice cold . There's no happy medium nor enough of that scolding water for 12 after three people showered you had to wait for the water tank to refill . Over all the place was nice and the location was perfect but the amount is just not right for the little effort they put into it before you show up .

Family Vacation
The house was great. Its location as far as getting to the ski resort was not bad at all. We cooked in most nights and the kitchen was well stocked. The one thing that would be a huge improvement was if there was a bathroom in the room over the garage as we had 5 couples. The couple in the room over the garage had to share the master bathroom. The outlets in the master bathroom did not work which was inconvenient when drying my hair. I reported the issue but it didn't get resolved during the time frame we were there. Still overall I would give it an A+. We would definitely stay there again.
