Newly installed beautiful new barrel sauna, designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. Crafted with high-quality wood, its curved design promotes even heat distribution, providing a soothing and immersive sauna experience. Furthermore, the land behind the property belongs to this home, extending all the way to the fence, providing privacy and additional outdoor space to savor.

This place is peaceful, facing the canyon, and just a few minutes away from the park with a playground and Los Peñasquitos Canyon Preserve trails.

The grocery store, Vons, is 2.2 miles south of the house, along with Starbucks, Peet’s Coffee and an Italian and a Chinese restaurant. Fresco is one of the favor restaurants for my own family as well there. There are various restaurants and large supermarkets to choose from to the north, offering everything from Asian cuisine to breweries and seafood. Nearby, you'll find several Asian supermarkets such as HMart, Seafood City, and Lucky Seafood, all within 3 miles of the house.

-Only swimming pool available, No jacuzzi or spa.

-Pool usage is monitored during your stay, and guests should contact the host to remotely turn on and off the equipment. Failure to do so will result in additional charges and security assessments.

-There is a solar panel for the pool, which can heat it automatically to a comfortable temperature in the summertime. Guest can use the pool freely. Additionally, the pool can be heated once every 7 days of your stay upon request.

-Adults must ensure safety for their kids by always being present and attentive. Hosts will not be able to provide any refunds for occasional non-working pool heating that occur during your stay, but we will do our best to have it solved in a timely manner.

-Very quiet community, Parties and Events are not permitted.
