Relaxing, peaceful neighborhood. Close to all the amenities. We found our home away from home and plan to make this the place we stay whenever we visit. Very clean and the host was very nice and easy to get a hold of.

We had a great Christmas holiday. The property was decorated with a Christmas tree and lights, which made the kids very happy. We will definitely book this place again next time we visit Kannapolis.

We were in need of housing for about a month while waiting for our new house to be completed. Doug worked with us tirelessly to get us moved in and accommodated for the stay. When we were packing for the stay, I packed (what I thought I'd need) like cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, coffee, filters, towels, blankets., etc. Turns out we didn't need any of it. It was well stocked with everything you'd need for a short/long term stay. Doug communicated with us regularly, made sure we knew about lawncare and trash pick up days. Super professional. Super clean. Great getaway mill house in Kannapolis!!

We really enjoyed our stay. This place was perfect and a nice walk to downtown. Cute yard, homey feel and everything you need. Would def stay again if we head back to Kannapolis.

We were in the land of Dale Earnhardt, mill houses and Cannon Ballers!!! Great location with a great host. Can’t get much better than this!

We needed a place to stay and visit with family and this little house was great. Everything was up to date but the old home charm remains.

We had a great weekend at this property. Property was exactly like the pictures, very cute and neatly decorated. Rental was very clean and had everything we needed. Host was very fast at responding to any questions that we had during our stay. Was also very close to downtown and everything we wanted to do. Would recommend to anyone!

It was all females staying at the house. With the bathrooms around the back, women tend to walk around not fully cloth, and cameras in the room is against the law. That was the only problem we had with the house.
