Beautifully situated on the banks of the St. Martin River, this Ocean Pines home boasts waterfront views from the private dock, the wrap-around deck, the screened porch, and the living room.

Step inside to find all new, beach-themed furniture, a fully remodeled kitchen, and two renovated bathrooms that were completed in 2019. The living room features a cathedral ceiling with skylights and a wood-burning fireplace encased in brick. There's carpet in the living room, up the stairs, and in the three bedrooms, while the kitchen and bathrooms have new tile with a wood-plank style.

The kitchen boasts new granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a deep stainless sink that will make meal preparation a breeze. Both bathrooms have new fixtures; the second-floor bathroom has a new tub while the first-floor bathroom features a tiled shower and a handicap-height toilet.

We arrived to no air conditioning and then got locked out of the house because the keyless lock malfunctioned. Vacasa, the property management company assured me that a handy man was on his way but he never showed. We were here for 3 days and I communicated with the property management company several times but no one ever showed up. I called after checkout and Vacasa claimed to have fixed the issues and would not credit any of the $562 management fees for a 3-night stay. Ridiculous and so disappointing! Put a real damper on our mini-vacation. ☹️

Although this was the smallest 3 bedroom property we've ever rented, it had a lot of vertical elements which made it feel very spacious. As a property that allows pets, I wasn't expecting "spotless" but this was the cleanest property that my family has ever rented. We rent a patio boat every year and there is enough frontage to dock, although tight. We could easily pull the boat in front ways for loading and such. The back yard is small but very private. The dining table was a little small for 7 people, but their were enough chairs, so we made do. The view over the water was beautiful. Everyone in our party loved this property and we plan on renting here again.

We loved the location and the house for the most part but the grass was super long and never cut which makes it tough with our dogs and the beds are loud and a little tough to sleep in.

It was a good stay for the weekend house overall is OK. I think the house needs a little updating here and there the beds were a little uncomfortable but overall it was a decent stay.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at harborview 17. The house is right on the bay with a beautiful view and a spacious deck area. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very nice as well, with the exception of the horribly uncomfortable beds. Also, the lock on the back door was broken, and both back door locks were unlocked when we arrived. Would not book again, simply because the beds were so uncomfortable we didn’t get that much rest on our family vacation.

TV was 13 inches. 1987 appliances with blackflies everywhere in house. Holes in doors it was just a disappointment. Anthor example of paying good money for a shabby place. You should be ashamed of yourself s.
