Lonerider Restaurant and Bluewater Point Boat Ramp are only a few blocks away for you to enjoy casual local seafood dining with Intracoastal Waterway views or to launch your boat for a fun-filled day out on the water. You will also be only a few minutes’ drive away to great shops, more dining, Oak Island Golf Couse, putt-putt, sky diving, helicopter rides, Oak Island Lighthouse, trails, and other fun activities. This top floor also boasts the large private master suite with a king bed, work desk space, unique barn-style door leading to a nice bathroom with double vanity and walk-in custom tile shower. The master suite also features its own private balcony with ocean views.

****You can access the beach by using the 6-foot easement path across the street located between 2 houses. Please use this 6-foot path ONLY, as dunes must be protected. Please do not walk through other properties or over the dunes to access the beach.****
