Hubs and i stayed for a work outing, loft feels massive but still elegant and cozy. Very neat and great location. Would stay again for sure.

The lift was great and perfect for our visit. Downtown Royal Oak is within walking distance. The outdoor area is great for a glass of wine in the evening. Hassan made the check-in process very easy and was very responsive.

This was a really nice property. Very clean and stocked with what was needed. The outside doesn’t do the property any justice however, the inside is just as expected. Beautiful property. I will say that I didn’t like the expectation that we had to take the trash out after we paid a cleaning fee (meaning the cleaners wouldn’t have much to do). Also, didn’t like the fact that everything seemed to have an extra undisclosed until disclosed fee. Overall though, the property was nice and the owner was pleasant. Would definitely recommend and rent again.

Lovely experience and place the amount of stairs did provide a slight challenge to a friend with a brace on .. the parking situation isn't the most of but now that I know how it works I better understand it. Just know an event upcharge is possible if you have 7 or more cars on site... Overall had a great time .. the parking was the only downer

We hosted a friend celebration here, and had a great time! Everyone really enjoyed the space. It was a pretty cool & trendy place to stay, and the rooftop deck was a hit with everyone as well. Super close to a lot of stuff as well. Hassan was an awesome host! Very communicative, and worked with us so we could host here. Definitely would try to book again in the future.

This July 2023 visit was my second time staying here--the first time was about 3 years ago. It's the most unique property I've rented through VRBO. I'd describe it as a loft apartment on top of a commercial building located in a single-family neighborhood. It's got high ceilings, a separate bedroom, and a large living room/kitchen/eating area. It also has a deck. It's walking distance (half a mile?) to downtown Royal Oak, which has a number of good restaurants.

Second story trendy urban remodel. We stayed with our teens after their concert at Ford Field. One bedroom w large bed for us, and a ton of room on couches that fold flat (futon style) for them.
Really open floor plan would be good party flow. A great second story deck and open kitchen area.
Very safe nice area close to downtown Royal Oak which had cute restaurants/gift shops/vintage/bookstores and a surprisingly lively nightlife.

Came into town with a group of friends for the Indy GP, location was near great bars + restaurants and an easy drive downtown. Very clean and spacious, would recommend to anyone!

I was in town for one night to bring my daughter and her friend to a concert. This loft was absolutely perfect for our stay. It was just a few blocks from the venue, in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The place was very clean and comfortable, and Hassan was very prompt in responding to any messages. If we make our way back to Royal Oak, at some point, we would definitely stay here again.

I celebrated my husband’s 30th birthday 🎂 The loft was well set up and perfect for a small gather of 20 people. All our guests were amazed by the loft. Definitely would encourage for small gathering 😇

As a host myself, I must say that Hassan really has a great property on his hands! It is the perfect location, size, and setup for anyone looking to host a small gathering or even take a quick getaway. The property is about 20 minutes from Downtown Detroit and it’s in a very nice part of Royal Oak. Hassan’s response time was great, his instructions were very clear, and the property was well kept. 10/10 and a definite no brainer!

The location is kinda hard to find but once you do it’s absolutely stunning and such a great location with it being so close to downtown! The host was so kind too and easy to communicate with.

Celebrating an anniversary, we rented this unique loft. It is in a great neighborhood, was spacious and clean and has a great outdoor space that we were able to enjoy. An easy walk to Royal Oak shops and restaurants made it a perfect location for us. Hassan was quick to respond to any questions and was a great host. We hope to be back sometime soon!

I booked Hassan’s loft last minute and despite my stress level, he made this a flawless experience. Hassan’s loft was the perfect location for brunch with some of my closest friends and family. Although it was catered, the kitchen was equipped with everything you would need! I was thoroughly impressed and will definitely book with Hassan in the future.

We needed an open space with indoor/outdoor access that could host a small baby shower. It was a perfect location, the host was always available to talk or answer my questions.
Everything was clean and perfect. Many guests said they would like the info to rent the space for their needs!
