From start to finish our host, Sonia, was available if needed. She graciously allowed us to check out later when I informed her that our flight had been delayed. The view from this condominium is absolutely stunning. The condo itself is more than adequate and the location is near to local restaurants, bars, and pharmacies. I would certainly rent this unit again when visiting Puerto Rico.

The unit is exactly as advertised. Great location, great view from the balcony. Spacious bedroom. pretty safe place. Sonia was easy to communicate. The water heater did not work when we arrived but she worked hard to get it fixed the next day. Kitchen and solitary bathroom were small but it was OK for our short trip. Overall, we really liked our stay at Sonia's place

Beautiful ocean view from the balcony. Location is in walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. Sonia the host answered my questions in a timely manner and made sure we were aware of the ocean swimming conditions during our stay. Very relaxing vacation!

The condo has an impressive view and location at a great value. However, was not very accessible for a wheelchair. Building is showing its age and does not conform to ADA rules. Sonia was helpful at solving any issues raised.

This condo is in a great location and has a wonderful view. It's comfortable but is in need of some basic updates. There were some early issues. Condo hadn't been cleaned before I arrived but owner took care of it the next day. I stayed the first night somewhere else and was reimbursed. I would definitely go back as I'm used to older beach cottages.

This property is located pretty much right on the beach, the view from the balcony was amazing! I love the fact that you walk right out of the building and the beach is a few feet away. There are multiple restaurants options everyone is friendly no matter where you go. This place had all the amenities we needed and more! We will definitely book with Sonia again in the future!

The apartment is located in an area close to the airport and easy access to highways and expressways. It was a comfortable apartment for 4 people. Having the opportunity to go to the beach just a few steps from the apartment was great. There are many restaurants close to the property. In a few minutes we could get Uber service if we wanted to be in the metropolitan area. In other words, we recommend this place. Sonia was very helpful whenever we had any questions. We had a wonderful time at Sonia’s place and really had everything we needed . I was pleasantly surprised how quiet it was, as it is in a busy area. There are lots of restaurants to walk to, largely casual although fancier restaurants are also nearby. The pool was nice and large enough to accommodate a lot of people. I also really liked being right on the beach and not having to cross a street.

We work for a construction company and sent our co workers there to stay while they did work in Puerto Rico. The guys said the place was beautiful and had nothing but great things to say about it. I would 100% recommend this to stay here with Sonia if you get the chance

As soon as we walk into the 18th floor apartment we felt the joy of calling it real vacation and relaxing time with the children’s. The view is espectacular and the breeze at night and in the mornings is great. The beds are great comfy mattresses. Will recommended to anyone.

The building is old and showing its age, but that does not mean the condo should as well. Furniture is old, chairs on patio rusting, appliance showing rust., needs fresh paint. Shower had dirty film and was not draining properly (although owner did immediately fix when notified). The owner clearly is not investing in keeping the condo updated

Host was responsive and friendly, property is secure and well kept while dated in some respects. AC, washer, dryer and stove were all functional. Property could have been cleaner but was adequate and comfortable for our family of 5. The pictures don't do justice to the amazing views and beauty of the area! So many things to do and this was an excellent location close to grocery, drugstores, dining and of course the pool and beach!

Great beach! The owners directions were spot on. There were lots of security measures in place. You have to use a “key” to go anywhere on the property and there are metal doors on the inside hallways. It was different - but - secure. This was a great deal - just what our budget needed!

Is condo was probably once very nice. But today, it needs a major renovation. The bathroom is abysmal. Lots of things in the condo are broken or heavily worn. The furniture in a mismatch of furniture. It’s really not worth what they charge. The area is just OK. Across the street includes lots of fast food places and a few tattoo parlors. Not high-end at all. I would not return.
