- Millcreek Canyon hiking and mountain biking trails within a 5-minute drive or short walk
- Road biking routes right from the front door. Bike the Parley’s trail to Sugarhouse or bike Wasatch boulevard’s wide shoulder and bike lanes in the shadow of the mountains spanning the Salt Lake valley.

Guest Access:
- The entire house and yard are for guests to use
- The ski rack in the garage will hold up skis or snowboards
- Mountain bikes may be stored in the garage

Other things to note:
- The home is in a quiet neighborhood perfect for a relaxing get away. Loud parties or events are prohibited as they will disrupt the neighbors (mostly elderly couples and young families). A fine will be imposed on those who break this policy. Please seek another location if you plan to host a party or event.
- A service charge will be assessed for every non-registered guest.
- Parking on the street is not allowed. The two driveways, carport, and garage will fit up to 5 cars.
- This is a smoke-free, pet, free house. Any smoke damage or signs of smoking or pets on the property will result in loss of security deposit.

Clean and comfortable home close to Neffs canyon. Great area and easy access to everything. Peaceful quiet neighborhood great for morning walks. Host very quick to reply and help with any questions. We did wish to be able to use the deck area but it was not usable. Would recommend the home tho!

We booked this place, due to its proximity to the Mill creek inn, where a buddy was getting married. The place was great, loved the mid century modern style. Its proximity to the grocery store was handy as well. Even went to the bowling alley. Thanks again, if I need to come back to salt lake, I will look for your listing. Colin & friends

This Mill Creek home has been stylishly redone to make it comfortable and accommodating to our stay. Although we were not here to ski, we found it very close to all our shopping and transportation needs. For skiing, the location would be ideal. The kitchen has high quality appliances and all the basics. The television channel selection was better than in many other rentals. We found two bathrooms on the main floor very convenient. Plenty of storage. First rate laundry equipment. Enclosed garage. I would definitely stay here again if the need arises.

House was very comfortable and enjoyed the location and proximity to both the Cottonwood Canyons and Park City. Had a great dinner at the Japanese Restaurant and great breakfast at the bakery, both within walking distance!

Rented this place as a base for our annual ski vacation get together. Everyone commented on how nice, clean, and well equipped the place was. The location is excellent to hit both canyons and Snowbasin. View and accommodations are exactly as advertised, and Teresa is an hostess.
