Situated Beach Front, our large, FRESHLY RENOVATED, 1 Bedroom (King Bed), 2 Full Bathroom condo looks out to the stunning turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea - a sight that never gets old!
Our condo is bright, contemporary and spotless. We have strived to provide all of the amenities our guests require while on vacation. We have an in-suite washer and dryer, all the small appliances and cookware you need to prepare every meal in the kitchen, and the Living Room sofa converts into a Queen sized bed, and two single beds, to accommodate two additional guests.
In the mornings, start your day off slow by taking your coffee and favourite book outside to enjoy our beautiful balcony with breathtaking views of Grace Bay.
We are spoiled by having the best snorkelling on the island directly out our front door. We also have 2 pools and a very cool outdoor restaurant called “Somewhere Café” that we are sure will become a favourite of yours also.
We invite you to partake in the many beach activities that are provided on Grace Bay, however, the activities we truly promote are rest, relaxation and rejuvenation!

We came to celebrate our 25th anniversary and this condo was perfect. Everything was so clean, modern and the view was incredible. The water was so transparent you could look down and see fish. It was so easy communicating with Leigh. She checked in on us to make sure that everything was good. The office staff was really nice. We did rent a car and that made getting around much easier. The IGA grocery store is close by. I recommend booking restaurants at least a couple weeks out. This was such a wonderful time. We hope to come back again soon!

My family of four thoroughly enjoyed this property. It is very comfortable and just steps from one of the best beaches and reefs on the island. It has a beautiful balcony view and a nice restaurant right there on the beach as well. Grocery stores are nearby, and we used the kitchen to cook relaxing morning breakfasts and occasional dinners after long days. Water excursion companies picked us up right on the beach (we did snorkel and fishing tours). I can go on and on, but I also need to say that we were really well taken care of by Leigh, who made sure we were prepared for our vacation and had everything we needed, and Scott and Besma in the main office, who provided ample amounts of hospitality and helpful recommendations and they even helped organize a few of our tour reservations. I highly recommend this property!

Condo, staff, and restaurant staff on site very friendly and helpful!! Unit was very nice and clean except for sand on tile floors. Would definitely stay here again. Leigh was Super Helpfull!!

Just returned from a wonderful stay in Turks & Caicos! We chose to rent in a VRBO because of the location relative to beach access and the overall comfort this condo provided. We are in our 60's and although this condo is on the third floor, we knew this going in and it was worth it! The views are absolutely amazing and Leigh has this condo set up beautifully! You won't need a thing! She was in contact with us to answer any questions we had and let me tell you about the bed! It was so comfortable! We would absolutely stay here again! Thank you Leigh for sharing your beautiful home with us! We are so grateful!!

The property itself is great, the condo fabulous and comfortable with all the amenities you can wish for. Do not enjoy the construction going on next door or the new resort going in but it is what it is. What we didn't like this visit was the clientele on the beach. Because the property is located next to a public beach access you never know what you're gonna get. One day there were 9 females threatening an older gentleman and the manager Scott didn't care or do anything about it. They were yelling and talking about sexual content in front of children and it was wildly inappropriate. We will not be staying at Coral Gardens again unfortunately. We're willing to spend more money to stay at a classier place.

From the start, Leigh welcomed my girlfriend and I with comfort and assurance. Her place is just amazing and I would highly recommend choosing this beautiful condo if you plan on coming to Turks. Most all excursions will come right to shore out front so you don't have to taxi anywhere. The waters have its own snorkeling and just a 20 min walk in either direction on the beach to other resturants. We will be coming back.

I can’t sing enough praises about this amazing property and our wonderful host, Leigh!! I spent many hours researching places and reading LOTS of reviews. We had friends who had stayed at several of the all-inclusive resorts on the island and enjoyed their stays, but we wanted an oceanfront view that wasn’t so crowded. This property was PERFECT!! Leigh checked in with us when we arrived and was only an email or phone call away if we needed anything. The staff onsite were great too if we had any questions. The condo was absolutely beautiful and squeaky clean in person! Extremely comfortable and plenty of room for our family! Although there was construction taking place next door, it did not bother us (honestly—we found it interesting to watch how much progress they made each day).
We cooked several meals in our condo and enjoyed eating on our patio overlooking the bluest of water you’ve ever seen! While we loved the waters and sunbathing at Taylor Bay and Long Bay, we were definitely partial to “our beach” at Grace Bay. Big beach towels and plenty of chairs! Being able to snorkel at the reef right in front of us was surreal. We saw more tropical fish in our area than other places that we’ve snorkeled in the Caribbean. Grabbing drinks and eating at the amazing Somewhere Cafe on-site were a special treat too! We rented a car and was grateful for Leigh’s recommendations of restaurants and activities to do. We had tons of fun and always felt safe! Can’t wait to go back!!

This condo was amazing! We stayed for a week and every morning had coffee and breakfast on the patio. The place is just like the pictures. It is well equipped with everything you need. The grocery store is not far. Somewhere Café was so convenient and good. Honestly, Arnold made the best Rum Punch on the island. Having drinks with your feet in the sand equals a magical vacation. All of the Coral Garden staff were wonderful and very helpful. We did rent a car and there was always plenty of parking available. Having the Bight Reef right outside was amazing. There were so many beautiful fish and they were not phased by you.
We would recommend this place to anyone, especially from Leigh. She was wonderful throughout the entire rental process. She was very transparent about what was going on with the property next door, which was not horrible. It did not take away from our vacation experience.

Unit was amazing, great view, great location with snorkelling right out front. Leigh the host was extremely responsive helpful and professional! On site staff were also extremely helpful and welcoming.

An amazing condo with everything you need for a great vacation. The condo is really well laid out, lovely furnishings and fixtures and plenty of room for us. Bedroom and en-suite was so nice and the bed was super comfy.
Amazing views of the turquoise ocean and white sandy beach from the balcony. Great snorkeling right outside your door on one of the best protected reef’s on the island, we saw so many tropical fish and three turtles..
We would definitely book again if we came back to Providenciales, the host kept in touch during our stay and was very quick to respond to any questions.
Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a place right on the beach.

The condo looked directly out to the sea. We liked staying in a smaller boutique property. All our questions were answered promptly by the owner. One of the most comfortable beds we have slept in on holiday. Would highly recommend this property.

We just returned from a 6 night trip to this condo in Coral Gardens Resort. The location is great right in front of the Bight Reef on Grace Bay Beach with the convenience of the fun Somewhere Cafe. This unit is beautiful and so beautifully updated and decorated, very comfortable with incredible view over GB Beach. The owner checked in with us regularly and is very friendly and helpful as are office staff - Besma, Scott, & Jessica. We do hope to return again soon and can not recommend this unit enough!!!!

The condo is great. It has everything needed and then some. The owner was in constant communication about any concerns we might have or that might come up. She even checked in with us when we got there and checked in again once we left to make sure our experience was great! The view from the balcony is breathtaking. The bed wasn’t as comfortable for us as others have mentioned, but we still got a good night sleep. The Somewhere Cafe right on premises is so convenient. Most of the food is good, the drinks are also good and refreshing. It was nice to always have a seat on the beach if desired, towels easy to get and snorkeling reef literally right out front of the condo. I will say there are a lot of snorkelers that come from other resorts. It was pretty busy at times but the area to explore is also large so it wasn’t too overwhelming. The staff was very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable about must see and things to do. It was like having a concierge service provided at larger resorts. Service overall from any staff is a little slow, but in my experience traveling to other tropical locations slow service is not that unusual- everyone is on ‘island time’.

We loved the apartment during our stay! It was extremely clean and had everything that we needed. Leigh is amazing with communication and checked on us to make sure we were settled in and weren’t having any issues. The location is perfect if you love snorkeling. 5/5!

Beautiful condo! It was great for our family of four. Magnificent water views and gorgeous layout. The owner was super responsive and she had everything in the condo that one could possibly need (even snorkel gear and sunblock). I would definitely stay here again. The staff at the resort were all super friendly and helpful as well!

The condo could not have been better. Sitting on the third/top floor the views were spectacular - direct to beach front. The staff and owners were incredibly helpful and patient with my queries. Highly recommend!! Not a lot of restaurants to walk to. But everything is a short drive or taxi away. Each restaurant “somewhere” is super to have on site! Wish it stayed open later.

Great stay. So clean and has everything you need. Bed is very comfy. All of the basic amenities. 1-2 min walk to the beach. Beach was never overcrowded. Always a chair and towel waiting for us. There are two great sets of snorkel gear that comes with the condo. Highly snorkeling the reef right off the beach. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay immensely at this condo with impeccable styling and a lovely terrace and fantastic shower. Only negative is that we thought the Somewhere Cafe was overpriced- and had loud music with a DJ one afternoon in the weekend. We are very quiet types-prefer to hear the surf and not drink on the beach. Otherwise it was fantastic and would stay again!

Look no further! This is the spot! We had an absolutely perfect time here at Leigh’s apartment in Coral Gardens. The location is perfect. A quiet, gorgeous stretch of Grace Bay, close enough to other hotels and restaurants, but secluded enough to feel like you can truly zone out and relax. Also, the reef out front is the best snorkeling in Provo and my family loved circling it for hours. The view is stunnnnning! The condo itself is spotless and very chic and well decorated. You’ll have everything you need. The layout is great and we all had plenty of space to stretch out. The staff in the office and the beach are lovely and very helpful. My kids adored getting smoothies at the somewhere cafe several times a day. Communication with the host was highly enjoyable and informative! Please stay here! You will not regret it!

This is the perfect condo in the perfect location. The on-site restaurant is delicious. The snorkeling just outside the condo is awesome. Lots of fish and coral to see.
The condo is very clean and supplied with all you need for your stay.
The owner was always helpful with questions I had and the office staff was so helpful. They helped us coordinate a car rental and made everything so easy.
We can’t wait to visit Coral Gardens again.

Perfect little condo and place to stay if you want to be right on Grace Bay and steps away from great snorkeling. Communication with property manager and staff made this trip very smooth and stress free. On site restaurant was very good, right on the beach and live music on certain nights. There is an open lot right next door and plans for construction but it had not started yet during our visit. Highly recommend checking out this place. The one bedroom two bathroom top floor condo makes for great water views. Please note there are no elevators so prepare to carry your luggage up the stairs...well worth it!

Condo was directly facing Grace Bay beach…..with the Bight Reef right out in front. Pool and ocean steps away and gorgeous! Nice sized deck and entire unit provided ample space. We alternated cooking in and dining out - kitchen has everything we needed …as did the whole condo for that matter. Unexpected bonus was the every other day maid service!
The office personnel were helpful and friendly and our condo host was very responsive to questions
Having Somewhere Cafe on site is a great convenience when you don’t feel like walking, driving , or taking taxi.
We didn’t have a car. We could walk to many beachfront restaurants but chose to take taxi home from the further ones. We rented bikes to see the center of town and explore Turtle Cove and the Leeward side of the island and get some exercise.
All in all, highly recommended!

The house was just as advertised very clean had everything you needed for your stay. Great location great communication with owner always answered our questions in a very timely manner and was checking with us on to make sure we had everything we needed and everything was going ok would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at Coral Gardens, and specifically in this condo.
The property is on Grace Bay. They offer beach towels and beach chair service. There are also two swimming pools. The staff there was very polite and helpful to get us set up every morning. Also the snorkeling here is great!!
Also, we loved having lunch and drinks at Somewhere. It’s super convenient and we could always get a table.
The condo is very lovely!! It was recently completely remodeled, and all the furnishings are beach chic yet comfortable. The kitchen is very thoughtfully stocked. The master bedroom’s king bed is very comfortable. The sleeper sofa was great for our kids.
Last, but not least, Leigh is the best host! She immediately reached out to me upon booking, and quickly answered every question I had prior to the trip and during the trip.
I highly recommend the property and this condo to anyone visiting TIC!!!

My niece and I on our first trip to the island loved the location. We enjoyed snorkeling and swimming as well as sunbathing on the front beach. The condo had everything we needed to cook in if we wanted. The grocery was nearby. We felt safe and cared for. The staff was super helpful and friendly. We rented a car and did some exploring to a few other beaches ,went paddleboarding and ate out a few times. It was great to have the option of the restaurant on the property. We hated to leave and hope to return as soon as we can .Thank you sooooo very much. Nancy and Shannon

This was our 6th trip to Provo. The condo was clean and comfortable. The bed was fabulous. It is one of the few times we have returned home without a back ache! Location was central. The snorkeling was great with the reef right in front of the beach! Plenty of activity to watch while enjoying the peaceful beach. Will definately return!

We absolutely loved this place. It was very comfortable and convenient to everything. Leigh was very responsive and even helped us with a driver when we needed it. She even gave us restaurant recommendations and responded to all of our questions! Loved the beach chairs, umbrellas and towels at our disposal. The local property workers were super nice and very helpful!! Fully equipped kitchen and all the items needed to make our stay enjoyable! ! We felt super safe at the condo and everywhere we went. Leigh went above and beyond for us!! . Highly recommend this place!

I booked this trip for a short getaway with my two adult daughters and it by far exceeded our expectations! The condo was great. I am a stickler on cleanliness and in past properties I have had to rewash things that just didn't feel clean. I did not have to lift a finger here. Great linens, kitchen was well stocked, the view was incredible. The whole experience was relaxing from start to finish. My girls shared the king bed and I got the couch. It was a great pullout couch. My husband did not get to go with but we will be returning! Book this place, you will not be disappointed! Only one small negative...it is on the 3rd floor so if steps are not your thing, this may not work out well. We did not mind. Loved Turks and Caicos and our condo!

Modern interior steps from best beach snorkeling
We chose Coral Gardens because its beach is the closest to the snorkeling site that many of the resorts of Grace Bay recommend to their guests. I bring my children, 8 and 11, to the Caribbean to be in the ocean, and this set up lets me do that with ease. 20 steps into the water, there is a level of snorkeling that often requires a boat excursion or serious hike to achieve in the Caribbean. Our room was so close to the water that the kids could run an easy circuit: snorkel, then jump in the pool, then lunch at the restaurant, then back up to the room for a break, then back down to the ocean. I love the ease of a small resort, and this particular unit is recently renovated, luxe, and beautiful, with so much more space than a more expensive room at larger resorts we considered. Staff are friendly.The café is consistent beach fare. No one has to go down early to the beach or pool to reserve an umbrella and chairs. The run back for the thing you forgot in the room is quick and makes you realize you don’t need to pack that big heavy bag to go to the beach.
I want my children to see as many of the Caribbean islands as Possible, so we may not be back to Turks and Caicos for a long time, but if we are, it will be at Coral Gardens and in this beautiful room.

Anniversary trip
My wife and I traveled to celebrate our anniversary. Our desire was a combination of relaxation and option of some things to do. We were not at all disappointed. The photos of the unit accurately depict the property, and the unit itself was outstanding. The complex has a great setup of beach umbrellas, chairs and provides daily beach towels. The beachfront view is outstanding, and a big reason we chose this condo. As far as location, it was perfect for what we wanted, away from resort row and not overpopulated. We simply used taxi service to get around as needed, very easy. A HUGE bonus, some of the best snorkeling is right off the beach in front of the complex. We took snorkel gear, but it is available to rent on the beach. Overall, we highly recommend this condo and Leigh is great at communicating, checking in and answering questions. Simply stated, we had a fantastic stay.
