Great cabin and location close to everything

My partner and I stayed at this lovely cabin in the beginning of spring. Beautiful view of the mountains- quiet space- amazing hot tub. Pretty drive through the mountains to Hot Springs NC to visit for the day . Short shot away from Gatlinburg as well! Would return- best part is our pup got to come with us and had plenty of space to play. 2nd best part was having the dryer next to the shower - easy access to hot towels!

There's a few changes that should be made to assist disabled or handicap person.
Could use a place to put your clothes steps up to the hot tub and some places to hang your coat.

It was a nice stay for my husband and I. It was far enough away for the seclusion but close enough for us to go into Pigeon Forge and shop.
The only thing I wasn't happy with (and it isn't a game changer at all) is the water pressure, it wasn't very strong so it took me a while to get the soap out of my hair (I have a lot of hair lol) other than that, it was great. We enjoyed sitting out by the fire and husband loved the hot tub.

Very much as advertised. Close to Cosby Campground that has great trailheads/trails for hiking. Quiet. Small grocery store within walking distance. The only thing I needed was a small baking pan and it would have been nice to have wifi. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

We booked the cabin for my daughters birthday weekend in Pigeon Forge. We enjoyed the property and the hot tub but was a little disappointed there was no wifi

like the area, cabin, somewhat close to park, but still far enough out of Gatlinburg.
prfect for us.

Mountain View is a great cabin set back away from traffic or neighbors. The other cabins along it's gravel road are even set far enough away, you won't even notice you have neighbors. Everything was clean when we arrived and we had fun out in the hot tub at night. The only complaint I could think of, is the stopper for the Jacuzzi tub didn't stay closed so the tub didn't work. We didn't realize until towards the end of the trip because we typically shower, so it wasn't worth bringing up in the moment. There isn't much cell service at the cabin and the TV is only on basic satellite, so the pool table will be your friend. Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge are not far at all, so everything is accessible without being in the middle of the tourist crowd. Overall the cabin was exactly what we were looking for to get a break from everyday life.

The cabin is placed in a small town that is near the Smoky Mountains and is perfect for those looking for outdoor activities (Kayaking, Hiking, Water Rafting, etc.). There are some great local shops and restaurants near by but is approximately 45 minutes aways from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The cabin was spacious enough for my wife and I and our two Labrador Retrievers. Nice and quiet getaway with a private hot tub to relax in after a long day. We would highly recommend this cabin and would stay again. Great communication with property manager/staff.

This cabin is very welcoming from the moment you open the door. Nicely decorated with just enough to feel cozy without being cluttered. Located close enough to attractions but nicely situated in a quiet little area. Very peaceful getaway!

Upon entering, the cabin was extremely clean and smelled great. I was in the cleaning business for a few years, specializing in rentals so I understand the importance cleanliness. This place blew me away with how clean it was.
The property itself is so beautiful. The yard is huge and maintained. My dogs loved it during our stay. The king bed was comfortable, all the appliances worked well, and I really loved the area.
Thank you so much for accommodating my family and I, we will definitely be back!

Quite cabin with great amenities and very clean. The staff was phenomenal at responding to any questions we had despite the time of day. If your wanting to get away for a weekend or a week. It's a great place to stay.

My wife and I had a great time at "Mountain Life Cabin". The cabin was just as described, and very clean. The surrounding area is awesome with plenty to do. Our dog loved playing ball in the huge yard. The hot tub was a welcome treat at the end of a busy day. We cooked out several times and used the fire pit also during our stay. Jen was very helpful during the 2 weeks we were there. When we needed something, or had a question, she responded very quickly to our texts. It's only a short drive to shopping and restaurants. Gatlinburg is about 35 minutes from the cabin with a very scenic drive on winding country roads. The trout fishing wasn't very good, but it was fun trying. I'm sure it's alot better during the spring and summer when they are actively stocking the rivers. We would definitely stay at this cabin again! Thanks Dan Cramer for allowing us to enjoy your cabin. GREAT

First I want to say this should deter you from staying but just educate. To start with the good, it was great to have a place for our dog and the yard was great. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything you could need. Unlike other reviews stated there is no wifi, which was fine I just know some previous reviews mentioned it and it was confusing. The property was thoroughly cleaned upon arrival. However, limit your stay to 2 adults instead of the 4 that you can have. The pull out mattress is the worst I've ever slept on. It's about 2 inches thick and you're just sleeping on metal springs. The hot tub smelled of mold, my dad thought it was just the cover but after he went in he realized it was the water and he then also smelled of mold. Having been a hot tub owner until very recently that should never be the case. There isn't much to do in the area so if you're looking to do touristy stuff or eat out a ton you'll be driving a lot, but if you're looking for a chill vacation and wanting to eat in more this would be best. There were multiple instances of very sketchy individuals walking on the street in front of the property and we also found needles in the area. Though there were these few issues, there were so many accommodations that were great just have to weigh the pros and cons based on your plans.

This cabin was beautiful, clean, and had great views! My fiancé and I stayed here to celebrate his birthday and we were not disappointed. The hot tub at night was amazing and the pool table was so much fun! We will absolutely be staying again.

We had a really nice time. Very quiet, clean and accommodating. However, there is no trash can on site. You have to haul away and the locations were closed due to the holiday, so we had to bring it all home with us. Other than that we had no issues and would love to return!

Smokey mountain adventures!
This cabin didn’t disappoint! It has a great location and scenery. Can hear the creek from the front porch which is just an added bonus. Cleanliness of the cabin was a 10/10. The attention to detail of the cabin was spot on! Everything you needed was there! 10/10 would stay again! Thank you!

Great Weekend!
The cabin is so nice and relaxing. The only concern we had was that it was impossible to fill the jacuzzi tub with the water pressure. Otherwise it was perfect!

Perfect for a couples weekend
This place is sooooo much cuter in person! The pix don’t come close to showing you how adorable it is. We stayed 2 nights w our dogs and they had a great time running in the backyard. The pool table is really nice and was fun other than I lost every time. There are little stools under the bar so you can put dinner out there and eat there. Wifi and tv were great but we didn’t use them much. There Is no drive way so you pull into the grass at the front porch. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was perfect for what we needed. The kitchen is stocked even has decent sized wine glasses and an opener. The hot tub is perfect for 2, firepit was where we spent the most time. Have them deliver wood for you because we used a lot more than expected. There was some dish cleaner and spray cleaner there for counter tops. The frig is roomy. Bring ice if you use a lot. Washer and dryer are perfect for small loads. It was quiet and felt secluded. There is a cabin to the left and one in front but they are pretty far away and we never saw anyone there. You will need to bring bug spray. We were fine once the fire started but there are lots of flying things outside but that’s just TN from April to October. Keep a fire going and you’ll be fine. We will probably stay here again just because it was so precious and easy and so clean! The owners were great and we didn’t have a single problem the entire trip other than we forgot coffee and ran out of wood - both our fault lol - we didn’t leave the cabin other than to get wood and run by dollar general so not sure about anything else but it felt very safe and that view in the back was just so pretty w all the trees blooming for spring. Thanks again for a beautiful weekend!

Great stay! Will definitely love to go back!
We really enjoyed our stay there. My wife, and I took our little puppy for an extended weekend. The cabin was very roomy, and inviting. The description and pictures were very accurate. The check in process was very smooth. The property management was very helpful and had outstanding communication. Although the trash must be taken to the dumpster, it is within minutes up the road and there are detailed directions provided making it a smooth process. We loved having the extra amenities (pool table, hot tub, jacuzzi, fire pit and grill). Perfect peaceful, chill spot, away from all the craziness. This will definitely be our go-to spot in the future!
