Beautiful home with 250' of frontage on idyllic Lake Crabapple. 3 bedroom, 2 bath, living room with TV & stereo. The Master bedroom has a propane fireplace and TV. Enclosed sunroom and updated kitchen and appliances. On the deck, there is a BBQ grill. propane fire/table and patio table. Also includes a canoe, paddleboat, rowboat 2 kayaks and a paddleboard. Parking inside and out for 5 vehicles.

Beautiful location and immaculate! The house has everything you could want or need.

For the past few years, we have rented a house in the Seven Lakes area near Marysville for our daughters and three grandchildren. This was by far the best experience. The house was big enough for us all, and very comfortable. We spent a lot of time hanging out in the sunroom, and one evening enjoyed quite a light show with the thunderstorm. The outside area was really nice too. We paddle boarded and paddle boated, Kayaked and did a little fishing. My 4-year-old grandson said making s'mores in the fire pit was the best. We definitely hope to make a visit to this home an annual event. And lastly, I would like to thank our host, Gordon, for being so quick to help us with our questions.

Wonderful lake views from sunroom, master bedroom, deck, and lawn! Entire family utilized provided watercraft: pedal boat, paddle board, kayaks, canoe, and float tubes. Great dock to get in/out of canoe, and in/out lake for swimming. Took walks down quiet neighborhood roads.

We wanted a short fresh-water swimming vacation that was easy to reach from our island home, and we found it three years ago on Crabapple Lake at this property, so this was our third time staying at the property. In addition to a stunning location, the house is in wonderful condition, and includes every amenity we needed and desired. The home is kept in excellent condition by the owner, who lives next door and is a great host who was friendly but not intrusive, conversational but not too chatty, and very helpful in every way imaginable. The property is located in a pristine, forested setting, right on the lake, with a new dock that is exceptionally well-built. We had access to a paddleboat, kayaks, row boat, fishing gear, water toys, and even a paddle board. In addition to all the toys, we were treated to visits by a Great Blue Heron fishing in the shallows in front of us, bald eagles soaring overhead, damsel flies and dragon flies in abundance, and tree frogs croaking gently in the forest. We have already booked our stay for next August, which should lend weight to our sincere enthusiasm about this enchanting property.

I come to Crabapple every few months with two friends for a crafting getaway. It's the best place I've ever been to unwind--little noise except for birds, extra-dark nights for good sleep, a lovely, well cared for house to stay in, and a wonderful host who is very responsive.

We loved this little slice of heaven. Swimming, paddling, kayaking in the nice clear water, very quiet and peaceful, bald eagle sightings daily. House gets lots of light which is wonderful in the evenings. Fully stocked kitchen and a new Weber BBQ. Nice grass area for outdoor games. Loved the Sun Room, spent most of our mornings and evening chatting in there or on the deck. Loved every day!

More beautiful in person!! Even though it is 4 hours away from our home we cant wait to come back!! We want to at least a week next time. Owner was very responsive and helpful and kind. Everything was the way it was described. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal. Plenty of towels, blankets, outdoor activity supplies. Beds were comfortable and even games and game systems! Love it!

This house is an amazing property. We've been here several times and it just gets better every time. The owners are always making small improvements, adding or changing out furniture as needed, etc., and they now have built a brand new dock to replace the old one that was waterlogged. It's beautiful and we can't wait until our return this summer to the most peaceful spot on earth so we can use it!

My family and I had a wonderful time at the lake house. Lots of fun on the water toys and being in nature. The lake is so peaceful and is the perfect getaway from busy city life. Our kids loved the retro video games and the PlayStation. We had everything we needed to make our meals (except I couldn't find 1/4 cup measuring cup) with the fully stocked kitchen. There was dog poop out by the dock but everything else was clean and amazing. Thanks for sharing your lovely home.

Three of us come here about once a quarter to have a mini crafting retreat and and work on quilting or scrapbooks. But it really is the perfect place to just relax and do nothing, or maybe finally read that book you just never have time for. Even just sitting in the sunroom watching the activity on the lake is enough to keep us entertained for hours at a time. It's hard to believe the house is only 20 miles from home because being there is like being in another world. We're always sorry to leave on our last morning, but we know we'll be back soon!

My wife and I stayed here for 3 weeks including one week with our adult daughter. We couldn't be happier with this house for our stay. The view of the lake from the sun room was so relaxing. We played ping pong in the garage every day and took advantage of the water toys several times. We caught a bunch of bass fishing from the dock. The house is clean and had what we needed for our long stay. I'd highly recommend this place.

There was 6 of us adults and the house was so roomy, it was so comfortable for everyone and allowed space if you wanted it. The outside was awesome being right on the lake and very quiet area.
Having access to kayaks and other water craft was a great addition to most rentals. Better than described, highly recommended!!!

The house is great and the location is downright stunning. We loved sitting on the deck and watching neighbors float by in their rowboats and kayaks - and keeping an eye out for the bald eagle who nests nearby. You won’t find a better place to stay anywhere.

We've stayed at a lot of nice properties over the years, but we all feel like this one tops the list. It's not just the house itself, or even the wonderful lakefront location, but the friendliness and responsiveness of the hosts. They are wonderful! They made a point of having their piano tuned for when we stayed there, and they are always updating and improving the property; next summer, I'm told, they will have a new dock which is an extremely inviting prospect! Can't wait for our next visit.

We spent 1 week at Crabapple Lake after a road trip from SFO, before flying home to the UK, and what a fantastic week! The property was brilliant - so much to do (lake toys, table tennis, lake fishing, games, nearby shops, trips to San Juan islands etc) but also so quiet and hidden away from the bustle of every day life. Finding such a lovely property with all this is rare! The sun room was just amazing - morning coffee watching mummy and baby deer eat grass by the lake, evening wine watching the sun go down! Perfect. Gordon popped by to say hello and check all was well - what a great host. If we are ever back in WA this will be where I book! Thank you Gordon and Mary Ann!

This home was amazing! It is secluded and private (no noise from cars or trucks or sirens) yet just a couple minute drive to anything you could need or want to do. It was large enough for our whole family to use as the get together spot for grilling, games, cards and family photos. This home has everything you could need or want to have fun in or on the water, or just relax and unwind. It is the kind of vacation home that you don’t want to leave. I would highly recommend this property. And if you think it looks pretty in the pictures, just wait until you see it in person! It is breath taking.

We had a wonderful stay with kids and grandkids.
The home is open and airy with LOTS of natural light.
The master bedroom and ensuite are huge. The other bedrooms were ample sized.
We were able to take family photos in the sunroom without needing any artificial light (or flashes). The view of the lake from the sunroom was spectacular.
Being at the end of the road, it was very quiet during our stay.
Only one time during our stay did we encounter other traffic on the narrow road to the property.
Gordon was super to work with.
The next time we travel to that area, we will definitely check to see if this property is available.

From the chocolate & wine that greeted us to the serene lake view to the comfy beds and the privacy... all wonderful. We enjoyed the piano, kayaks, games, new appliances, and the long walks out the door -with sunny days! This place has everything we wanted to disconnect while reconnecting.

The property was absolutely lovely. Really spacious, and Ona beautiful quiet lake. We seemed to be the only people out on it half the time. Gordon was incredibly helpful, helping us set up for some fishing at one point. And he'd provided a vast array of boats for the lake (two kayaks, a canoe, a paddle board, a rowboat, a peddle boat, and lots of rubber rings.)

We booked this for our annual sister’s getaway and it did not disappoint! The house is wonderfully stocked and set up for each stay. The owners are very responsive and helpful. We swam and kayaked on the lake and it was very warm and clean. The BBQ and fire pits were easy to use and made for wonderful evening settings. And the morning mist rolling off the lake is worth getting up early for. It’s a narrow road into the property but we never once met a car so it was never an issue. You won’t regret staying here!

Quiet, clean, spacious
This is probably the quietest vacation rental I've ever stayed in. The lake is small enough that motorized boats aren't allowed, so there's no noisy boat traffic and it's at least half a mile from car traffic noises. The whole place has a slow, sleepy feel to it, perfect for utterly relaxing. Between the three of us, one quilted and the other two did papercrafting during our stay, and the sunroom was perfect to spread out in and have a constant view of the lake while we worked. The kitchen is very well supplied, the whole house was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. Can't wait to return!

This is a beautiful home, well appointed and fully stocked. The owner is available for questions and responds very promptly. The location is idyllic and the water toys (kayaks) were so much fun. We have stayed at a number of rentals over the years and this was definitely one of the finest.
