This is our home away from home located in PGA National Resort Home of the PGA Tours newest Cognizant Classic. We are not big corporate managed hosts. This is our family's dream home. Absolute and meticulous care is taken. Spacious inside and the outdoor is even more comfortable. Enjoy cooking with gourmet chefs kitchen. There is a heated salt pool and outdoor BBQ and seating area .Best sunset view in neighborhood Golf view on PGA course and water view. Amazing sunsets from Master suite balcony. Brand new master bathroom. Gated community close to Restaurants and shopping . Desk with printer for business use . Minutes away from 5-star rated Juno Beach. Parking in garage available. My wife Wendy and I aim to offer an unforgettable experience in a home setting. GOLF MEMBERSHIP PRIVILEGES are available to extended time renters and is not included in rental amount. Inquire for Membership transfer dues. You would have access to golf ,tennis and pool area as well with membership

We came to Palm Beach Gardens for a family reunion and Mark and Wendy’s home was just perfect! It’s situated on the Fazio golf course and the pool and deck are the perfect spots for watching the golfers play! The kitchen is huge and the dining room is perfect for family game nights! And the beds are beyond comfy!! We highly recommend this for your Palm Beach Gardens vacation!

The home was ideally situated on a quiet street on the PGA grounds. With a spacious and well equipped interior, the house met and even exceeded our expectations. Very comfortable for a rental! The owners were communicative and responsive. We recommend this listing.

We’ve rented many properties in the USA and Europe and this is right up there amongst the best of them. Mark and Wendy are very proud, proactive and responsive owners of their property in Palm Beach Gardens. The house is like a home from home, spotlessly clean and in a fantastic location. Lots of restaurants close by and within easy reach If you are a golfer, you can lie by the pool and watch players on the Favio course at the PGA National. Mark even gave us his two tickets for one of the practice days for the 2024 Cognizant Classic ! Neighbourhood is very quiet and also sits within security gates for added peace of mind. We would have no hesitation in recommending Mark and Wendy’s house to anyone thinking of renting in this area

I would highly recommend this property! Beautiful view of the golf course and water fountain, pool in the back, and close proximity to the PGA National Resort. Was in town for work and worked great for the 4 of us to stay! Can’t say enough good things about the owner and how great the communication was before and during the stay!

This was the perfect house for our family get together with our adult daughter and son and his wife and two year old son. Spacious, comfortable, lovely furnishings, beautiful well equipped kitchen and large pool with everything there to enjoy the house and area. Location is excellent- set in a lovely neighborhood in the PGA complex near shopping and restaurants.

We were running a golf tournament at PGA National and had the opportunity to have the staff stay together at a house. The house was perfect for what we needed. Great time to enjoy the pool and the kitchen/living area so everyone could eat together and hang out. outside of work. Perfect place for what we needed. Very comfortable house and a great location. Communication with the homeowner was easy and friendly. The only negative was Ring video monitoring in the kitchen and in the backyard, poolside. I would certainly stay there again.

We had a first-rate experience all around. The hosts are wonderful, accommodating and available 24/7. They did anything and everything they could to make sure that our stay was relaxing and perfect. The location is perfect. The property is immaculate. Everything inside and outside was spotless, the appliances are top of the line, the pool was crystal clear. The views! If you are a golfer or a fan of golf or even people watching, it is so fun to watch the golfers come through all day. It really added to the experience of lounging by the pool. Seriously, this is a place you want to spend your vacation. There is nothing that we would have changed.
