Jay was a great host. Wonderful communication. Clear and concise instructions. I had no trouble finding the property or getting into the home. It was clean and staged nicely. Pots, pans, silverware, plates, bowls clean and readily available for use. Dishwasher and cleaning supplies were available. The property looked like the photos. Home was clean and there was a washer and dryer available. Great price and fit our whole family of 6 comfortably. Neighborhood was fine and in close proximity to everything we needed. Centrally located. We visited the beach, Universal, Dodger Stadium, and family in surrounding areas. In the beginning, we noticed ants, reached out to Jay and he brought by ant bait which remedied the issue within a day. No complaints, highly recommended, and will rent again when we come back in the future.

Cute spacious place, our family really enjoyed it. The place was clean and tidy. The host was great, communicated efficiently. The only thing I could recommend is better beds. I would definitely stay here again. Don’t hesitate on booking !

Our family of 7 had a wonderful stay at Jay’s place. Everything was just as advertised. The decor was bright and tasteful. The space felt open and modern. Everything was clean and in good working order. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at this location! At first, we were a little hesitant, as the appearance driving up to the house was not the greatest due to the neighbor's trash and junk in yard on a shared lot, but overall felt very safe. The house is tucked in the back of property with two other houses in front. You get your own parking space at front door of house along with a clean and home-y space! The host Jay was extremely easy to work with, responsive, and checked in with us along the way to make sure we were having a great stay which was appreciated. Would stay here again!

Jay was great to deal with and the property was very comfortable/safw. Convenient located near all major food joints and a great little neighborhood. A little bit of a drive from the main attractions (Universal studios, Beverly Hills etc) but these were easily accessible as access to freeways was literally a min away. Overall very satisfied and would definitely recommend them if you are visiting LA

A friend and I stayed at this house for two nights last weekend to watch our sons' swim meet nearby and were disappointed to find that the heat didn't work at all. The owner was super responsive, but when we contacted him the first evening he just pointed us to the extra space heaters in the closet (which was a little suspicious). In the hall closet there were 4 very old space heaters so we used them to heat our bedrooms temporarily and turned them off before we went to bed since they looked like fire hazards. The next afternoon he came by and "fixed it", but we returned that evening to the space heater on in the living room so the nest registered a 71, but when we turned it off to go to bed, we woke up to a cold house again... so we're pretty sure there is no heat in the house. We contacted him the next morning to let him know and he never responded - we just received several form emails for checkout procedures and emails asking for great reviews. The hot water in the master bathroom sink also was not working. The fact that the small house had 4 space heaters makes me think this is a recurring issue, or that the house doesn't have heat at all... so it would have been nice to have that made clear and it would have been nice for him to offer to compensate us for the inconvenience. We will not be returning and we don't recommend you stay here during the winter...

We stayed at the property over one of the weekend. Overall, it was a pretty good place and we liked the property and amenities with it. The property owner Jay is very responsive for any questions or requirements. We recommend the property and will stay there in the future.

The place was amazing! 11/10 when it comes to cleanliness and neighborhood was peaceful. There are neighbors but doesn't make a sound at all! Overall my experience was fantastic

It was a great experience in LA staying here in middle of a lot of things we wanted to do. The owner responds fast and is on things so I know if I need anything he is able to help. 10/10 would recommend this again. Hoping to come again someday !
