Nice stay.

First of all, it is near the airport and it is well managed by the staff. The room was neat and clean. Will recommend you to book.

Very poor experience and rude staff (receptionist)

The bed was comfortable to sleep. Rooms are very spacious

The bed sheet and quilt were dirty. The rooms weren't clean. The switches weren't working. No heater. Floors and rooms needed cleaning

Pleasant.

The proximity of this hotel to the Cochin Airport was great. The manager was helpful in getting a cab for us.

The fans in the dining area have seen better days.

- Расположен в 1,5 км от аэропорта (международного терминала 2), в центре местного коттеджного квартала, в тихом и спокойном месте. - Заселиться можно даже ночью. - Номера просторные. - В номере есть небольшая кухня (но без плиты/чайника), холодильник. - На заднем дворе - практически джунгли, с пальмами, поют птицы, красиво.

- Розетки подходят не ко всем гаджетам. - Нет горячей воды.

One of the worst ever hotel and appalling service I have booked. I booked through booking.com and confirmed for a late night check in which their staff contacted me to confirm as well. I took a taxi there to get there and when we arrived the boy said there is no more rooms available. I showed him the confirmation from booking.com and also the conversation. The reason and excuse he gave was 'it was probably the staff who worked their in the morning shift and didn't pass on the message to him'. So I had to find a room late night with double the price as it was last minute. I have screenshot of my conversation as well. I won't advise any family or couple to use this or any of their hotels. If they get any offer for higher price they will just give your rooms to them and leave you stranded.

Beautiful property. I hope the owners take care of the room and their guest for happy customers.

Location and elevation of the building was great.

I was catching a flight from COK and wanted to use the room for only few hours. Reception was great but I had to find out that the room has No AC. Promise me one bed and a sofa bed for two people. There was one sofa but a tiny one with no bed. My driver and i end up sharing the same bed. Bed was dirty and toilet was in the room and was stinky and small. Not professional. I booked it thinking its only for few hours. End up leaving early.

Confortable and unexpectable for such a price range

Big apartment, calm and quiet place, walkable distance from the airport, late check-in supported very nicely, very confortable bed and really nice staff. I didn’t expect such a place at that price.

Some cleaning would have been great (trash bins still full on my arrival) but nothing to really complain about. I’m really happy with that stay. Perfect place to rest after long flight.

Nothing except the location was good Room was not cleaned and was dusty Not cleaned toilet Not responding staff We had to check out early morning as our flight was at 9 and we were calling on all numbers to get the staff but no response we even went to the reception no one was available NO HOT WATER NO RESPONSIBILITY NO CLEANLINESS TBH I HAD A SEVERE ALLERGIC REACTION DUE TO POORLY DUSTED ROOMS THAT I HAD TO TAKE 2 tab of cetrizine to stay alive that 6hrs There were algae on the pillow and moss smell as you open the room Even the wall was filled with algae Tbh if you have a weak immune system I strongly suggest not to book the rooms here

This hotel is the best place to stay near the Cochin airport. It's very close, so it's easy to come and go for your flights. Also, there are many restaurants and tea shops nearby that you can walk to. This means you have lots of choices for eating out and don't have to go far to find them. The hotel itself is really good. It's comfortable, clean, and has everything you need. The people who work there look after you well. The best part is, it's really good value for money. You get a lot for what you pay, which makes it a top choice. I really recommend this hotel. If you're looking for a place near the airport, it's definitely worth it. I'll surely come back again.

Never booking on booking.com again

I booked a single room for a foreigner through booking.com and as the room was confirmed, my guest visited the hotel around midnight (i had mentioned it during booking). When he reached the hotel, the staff said that the room wasn't available. He was forced to go find another place to stay at midnight hours. Unprofessional bunch of idiots running the place. Would never recommend to anyone especially foreign nationals
