This is a fantastic property! Located in the center of beautiful Assos. The view from the balcony is amazing, basic apartment with everything we needed. Kudos to the manager, Dimitris who is very friendly and helpful. The apartment was cleaned everyday. We loved it!

The property is based on the peninsula. The views from the apartment are absolutely unreal. We loved just sitting looking out at the sea, the sun and the moon. The apartment is very centrally located and very handy to get to the beaches, car parks and the marina itself. The hosts are the nicest people ever and very very friendly. Just 3/4 restaurants to eat out in Asos - a nice bakery and a couple of small shops. We enjoyed being able to have breakfast & lunch on the balcony.
The apartment is bijou - sleeps 4/6 but even with 4 of us it was quite a tight space. Beds wise, they were all on the second level and were comfortable. However living space downstairs is quite tight and the balcony only just fits all 4 people on it. That said the views were amazing and made up for it.

The property was beautifully clean, comfortable and inviting. Dimitri ensured that everything you could possibly need, or want, for your stay was readily available in the property - right down to a fully stocked espresso machine and a bottle of wine waiting for us on arrival. The most impressive thing about the property however is the expansive balcony with incredible panoramic views of the mountains and the sea.

The location of this apartment was amazing. Great view and walked across the road and you only have to walk down a few steps and you are in the village.
Our flight was delayed and when we arrived the directions took us to another apartment. However we saw a lady stood in the street so asked and she was our host!! Very friendly and helpful. The apartment had everything we needed for a two night stay.
We were a family of four for just two nights before heading to our villa down South. This was perfect but would have been too small for longer. However we were away of the size which is why we booked it.

The room was clean in general and the location was good.
It was old fashioned, the cooking rings were covered with oil and were rusty.

Gorgeous location in a charming town. Spectacular views! Well equipped apartment. Super clean.
The hosts were fantastic. Friendly, helpful, kind.
The shower and all the water from the taps is salt water. This didnt bother me per se, but some people might not like it. All of Assos village uses salt water. I would stay there again even though this was the case!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Panorama Hotel in Assos, Kefalonia, and I cannot recommend it enough. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by Dimitri, the host, who made my stay truly exceptional.
Dimitris's warm and welcoming demeanor, combined with his helpful and accommodating nature, set the tone for a remarkable experience. His constant smile and can-do attitude made me feel valued and appreciated as a guest. No request was too big or too small for him, and he consistently went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay.
The room I stayed in was fantastic. Its proximity to the beach and nearby amenities made it incredibly convenient, allowing me to make the most of my time in Kefalonia. The cleanliness and comfort of the room were outstanding, and I was captivated by the breathtaking view that greeted me each morning. It truly felt like a home away from home.
Panorama Hotel's commitment to providing an exceptional experience is evident in every aspect of its service. The attention to detail and the genuine care for their guests create an atmosphere of warmth and hospitality that is unparalleled. It's no wonder that I consider Panorama Hotel to be the best place to stay in Kefalonia.
I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to the entire Panorama Hotel team for making my stay truly unforgettable. I will undoubtedly cherish the memories created during my time there. I wholeheartedly recommend Panorama Hotel to anyone seeking a remarkable stay in Assos, Kefalonia.

The owner was super friendly and helpful. It is in a very cozy and small town. The town itself is very beautiful and peaceful. They were fixing hot water system when we were there so we had to take cold shower for one day. It is probably fixed by now. Other than that, it was excellent value for the money.

The staff smoking all the time at the front. The smoke wafted through the building

the view! Absolutely amazing the room with sea view! Dimitris is also very friendly and helpful. Allowed us to check-in a little bit earlier what’s not so usual.
It’s a little bit too warm the bedroom due to its low ceiling and proximity to the roof.

Great location, amazing view, great facilities. Dimitris and the ladies are the loveliest, friendliest people too.
We'd recommend a comfier bed (having said that, almost all places we've stayed in in Kefalonia have rock hard beds, regardless of the per night price - it's actually something we joke about with friends) and perhaps it could be better if the aircon unit was downstairs? The aircon is above the bed in the mezzanine, so we found it got too hot (when it was off) then too cold (when it was on) overnight. Would def stay here again though, it's a great little place and fantastic value for money.

The view, the location and Dimitris and Galina.
Sitting in the late evening and early morning on the balcony with that stunning view. Assos itself is so pretty and not pretentious at all. The apartment had everything we needed and we wish that we had booked longer. Dimitris went out of his way to help us with our hire car which had run out of battery. Lovely people.
Nothing we didn’t like it was all perfect.
