The apartment stands on the corner of Mount Road and Church Road within easy reach of the wide variety of local facilities available within Tettenhall Wood, Tettenhall Village, and Wolverhampton City Centre itself is within convenient travelling distance. The apartment has good transport links including a bus stop 200 yards away The apartment is on the ground floor of this purpose built block, this luxurious apartment is equipped with two-bedrooms, bedroom 1 has a double bed with comfy duvets and pillows, bedroom 2 is fitted with two single beds also with comfy duvets and pillows. Private and secure free parking is also provided.
Both bedrooms have a 32 inch Smart TV featuring the latest 4K & HD technology plus Netflix, YouTube etc. Free and fast WIFI is provided.
There is also a generous house bathroom with a large double waterfall shower and LED strip lighting which changes colour to match your mood or preference.
The main living space is light and airy with large windows. The lounge has a comfy sofa ideal for enjoying a film or two on the 55 inch Smart TV featuring the latest 4K & HD technology plus Netflix, YouTube etc.
