Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place. Grocery & Liquor store are within walking distance. Plenty of restaurants and activities such as hockey arena, Westhills sports field and for you hiking and biking enthusiasts we are steps away from Jordie Lunn bike park and Mount Wells regional park. Plenty of things to do on a rainy day such as bowling and going to a movie theatre. We are 18-20 minutes from Victoria’s inner Harbour

We had a number of appointments during our 3 day stay but made a point of scheduling fun into every day after they were over. We visited a number of beautiful parks, hiked many trails, did some shopping, and found new sights to see on our next visit. The A/C was great, as we had some hot days and the kitchen had all the amenities to reward ourselves with a nice meal after all the activities. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall this was a great place to stay. James and Nicole always stayed in touch with us when we had questions, which I appreciated very much. The mattresses were very comfortable to sleep on and our family of 4 (two kids under 4) found it to be a great space. Their location for kids activities is great as you have the pump track and an awesome playground within walking distance. The Nespresso coffee and the beverages in the fridge was a great touch. We will be booking this rental again when we come to Victoria!

The suite had everything we needed, we stayed for a hockey tournament, 3 minute drive to the rink. Great bike park down the road. Hosts were fantastic, messaged us shortly after checking in to see if we needed anything. There was also beverages in the fridge for us to enjoy as well which was a nice treat. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here while moving my son into his apartment at UVic. The location was about 25 minutes from the university but was an easy drive and a nice escape. The unit is brand new and well furnished - and the owners were helpful and responsive. Lots of amenities within a short drive as well. Would gladly stay here again!

This property is everything as advertised. It is very clean, modern, and the unit is well furnished with everything that we needed. The hosts were great to interact with and quick with any questions we had. They were even helpful in recommending some spots around town. Even the neighbourhood is beautiful. Great walking/hiking not far from the property. Our time in Victoria was even more enjoyable because of this property.

Peaceful and quiet location

My husband and I spent two nights in James and Nicole’s rental. The home is in a truly beautiful location with forest across the street. It was very quiet and peaceful. The rental itself is very clean and new, I loved the grey colors especially as they reminded me of our own home. For me, it’s the small things that mean the most. The refrigerator was stocked with cream and milk for our coffee. This was most appreciated and I enjoyed trying out the Nescafé! A variety of different pods were available to try. There were chocolates and granola bars provided as well! We did not have the pleasure of meeting James and Nicole, but every time I sent a message with a question they were quick to respond and always asked me to let them know if we needed anything at all. They also sent a message to check in with us after we arrived to ensure all was well. We actually hadn’t intended to stay in Langford and had planned to stay closer to Victoria Harbour, however we found that Langford is a beautiful newer community and this location was well worth the short drive. We highly recommend this property. One thing to note though, there are several stairs up to the rental. This is not a concern for us at all but it may be for others considering this property. Thank you for providing a lovely place to stay, James and Nicole!

Had a lovely stay at Nicole & James' place. The unit was beautiful, spotless, and so welcoming. The area where it's located was lovely as well. Nicole and James provided clear details for check in and we had no issues whatsoever. They checked in with us during our stay to ensure our comfort. Media options were a delightful surprise and coffee pods in the morning was a real treat. The couch was quite comfortable to stay on, nothing to worry about with 2 couple renting the suite. Thank you for your accommodations, hope to stay there again!

This place has everything you needed. Everything was brand new and sparkling clean. The couch/bed was really comfortable which you wouldnt expect in a sofa bed. We loved how equipped the kitchen was, the cream/milk in the fridge and the variety of coffees to choose from. Our host was extremely responsive. 5 stars!!!!

We really enjoyed our time at this vrbo suite . House was clean and quite easy to access . We we’re able to bring our dog which was so great with lots of trails near by to walk him . Out of the downtown area which was great for us we as we were visiting family in the Langford area. Would definitely stay again .

Brand new build in new residential development. High ceilings. A lot of natural light. Difficult for people who do not wish to walk up a flight of 25 steps. Weak water pressure in the shower. Cleanliness poor across the board from dust, animal fur and hair throughout the floors, countertops, window sills, heater tops and underneath the bed. Old cheap comforter. Uncleaned bed sheets with a rough feel. Bathroom was not cleaned from toilet to bathtub. Used dirty grey sponge shower mat. Poor communication with property owner. We had planned to stay for 9 days, we cancelled after the first night. We changed the bedding ourselves. We took pictures to show proof. Our advise and recommendation would be to the property owner…..change your bedding and invest into a quality comforter, quality bed sheets, better pillows and a larger mattress, not a double size bed, at least a queen or king size, for the price you charge. I suggest you learn how to clean properly or spend the money to hire a professional cleaning company. Again, for the price you charge guests, you can afford to make the proper upgrades. Thank you to VRBO team in refunding us that same day and dealing with this matter professionally. We found another VRBO property in minutes.

Recently relocated to Victoria form Ottawa and required a place to stay while my furniture arrived. This property was perfect. Extremely clean and stocked with supplies for a fully functional kitchen and laundry. Neighbourhood is safe and great for walking. Access to high speed internet was a must since I work from home and had no issues. The owners are a lovely couple that clearly take pride in there property. Thank you guys for making my stay stress-free so much appreciated. Paula

Amazing carriage style getaway

James and Nicole's place is a wonderful little getaway spot for exploring beautiful nearby Victoria. The apartment was easy to find, had simple check in, and close to the Trans Canada highway as well as Goldstream park. It was super well stocked, clean, and had nice appliances. Having the house back onto a trail was perfect for quick access with the dog. The hosts were attentive and kind. My friend and I would definitely stay here again!
