We had five adults, stayed for a full week. House was a great. Fantastic location close to Ballard and many fine restaurants (try Olaf's, a hidden gem a short walk away, tiny bar with surprisingly good food). The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space with 2 and 1/2 baths for 5 adults. We didn't do any cooking, but the kitchen was large and spacious. There is only street parking available, but that really wasn't much of a problem for us. The WiFi worked flawlessly throughout the house and there was a nice TV to where you could login to your streaming accounts if you wished. Only minor quibble was that the couch in the living room was pretty uncomfortable, and there was really only seating in the living room for 3 without pulling over a dinette chair or bar stool. Overall a fantastic place to stay.

Great location away from downtown. Enjoyed smaller business districts like Greenwood and Ballard. Excellent restaurants and close to local beach. Fun to go into city then return to peacefulness of quiet neighborhood.

This was a great place for our family. We travel to visit family in this neighborhood every Christmas, but their house is small, so we rented this spot as a nearby home base. Highlights of this place are the top floor bedroom with great views of the sunrise and downtown Seattle, the fireplace which set a cozy atmosphere and also the walk to nearby Larson's bakery with amazing baked goods. One slight downside to this place is that 24th is a quite busy street, so there is significant road noise, if that is a thing that bothers you. Oh and also there are LOTS of stairs, which might bother some folks. It didn't bother me, I had a great stay in this sweet little place. One note, the mattresses are super firm on all 3 beds, just a heads up for those who like a softer sleep.

Great location, bright unit, cheap furniture, but it’s a rental. Tv a problem unless you have multiple accounts to stream what you want to watch. No local channels or basic cable provided. Close to good bakery and great fish/meat counter store. Parking is only on street, but we were close every time. Lots of stairs, but was not an issue for us.
They need to fix the stove door and that cold water faucet in one bathroom.
Would probably rent this again as location is cLose to a family members home. .

Located in Ballard, just a few minutes from the water we found this location allowed easy access to downtown, the various waterfronts and stores. It's in one of many cute neighborhoods that make up this section of Seattle. We stayed for 4 nights, 3 people. We all had our own bedrooms and, because the house has 2.5 baths, we all had our own bathrooms too. The house easily accommodates 8 people. It was very clean and well organized. The materials on-site guiding us to local attractions, maps, the explanation of policies was very clear. We did have to call the help line for assistance upon entering the property the first time and they were extremely prompt and helpful. Parking was challenging only one of the four nights and even then, it was just a short walk from a side street. There is no question that if we had booked a regular hotel room (for virtually the same price), we would have been cramped and had to share one bathroom. We'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend to all.

Property was clean and as advertised. This unit is 4 stories which is difficult if you have a young family. The ventilation is very poor in this unit and only small plug in fans are offered in each room which dont help cool down the space. We were there when it was hot and the 4th floor didnt get below 84 degrees over night which was not good sleeping conditions for our infant. If traveling to Seattle during the warmer months I do not recommend this property.

Booked through VRBO. One of our party became ill and could not travel, contacted Vacasa to move dates was told we could move dates, but Vacasa never moved the dates in time and I still have not received a refund. I have in writing from Vacasa acknowledgment of the request and ability to move dates, with an ask for data to confirm identity, which I provided within an hour. Still nothing after numerous email, texts and calls.

Recently remodeled. Area rug in living room had several spots, otherwise very clean. Full flight of stairs up to “1st” floor. On street parking not a problem in this neighborhood

Great place, well located in Ballard. Everything ok in the flat, but the wi-fi always seems to go on/off. Frustrating when you are planning activities and doing reservations and it stops for no apparent reason…

Close to many things, fully accessorized kitchen, very clean, able to check in early, easy street parking right in front.

Beautiful Stay in Seattle
Beautiful Condo. A lot of room to spread out!
Would like to have had more utensils and cooking items. No measuring cups? What?
Also, internet was spotty at best. Many times I had to use my own hot spot.
Overall nice place.
