This new custom build was just completed in early 2022 with all the amenities. The designer and contractor spared no expense when creating this luxury home, from the large windows that allow for maximum natural light inside as well an outdoor porch with a view of the back yard firepit-it's the perfect home away from home. This chef's kitchen is the perfect place to host your next vacation. It comes complete with everything you need and has an open floor plan that will make it easy for everyone in attendance feel right at home! The family room is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day. It has an inviting gas log fireplace that'll keep you warm all winter! The bedrooms are all fitted with top of the line Tempurpedic mattresses and pillows to ensure that you get a restful night's sleep.

Southland neighborhood is a great place to call home with its central location and close proximity to some of Lexington's best attractions. Not only does this area feature an amazing restaurants just down the street in the southland corridor, its minutes from UK Campus, Kroger Field Downtown and just 15 min to Keeneland.
Getting Around:
We're lucky to live in a city where driving is an easy option for getting around. The parking isn't usually too much of problem, and you can hail either Uber or Lyft right from your driveway!

Seth’s home was more than we could have asked for. It was extremely clean, the backyard is very well maintained. Games in the garage were fun to have. So close to everything! We tend to have pretty high standards but found ourselves very happy with our stay and experience! Host is responsive and helpful. Would stay here again without a doubt!!

Great house for the family. The house is spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are amazing. A few of the items in the game room are in need or repair or replacement, but that is to be expected with use. The location is great - we were able to get to anywhere in Lexington with ease.

From the initial booking through the entire stay, Seth was very communicative and extremely responsive. He was also very gracious and flexible with a request that I made. Overall, the property has a great deal of space, making it easy to accommodate large groups. It is also in a lovely, safe neighborhood, making it enjoyable to go out for walks.
Just a few recommendations...some board games, or even Uno/card games would be great. Also, Kleenex/facial tissue really should be provided. We had to remove our makeup with toilet paper until we could get to the store to buy some tissue, because we didn't want to ruin the white towels. Lastly, while the kitchen comes very well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, etc., many of them were dirty...to the extent that we would wash pretty much everything before using.
Considering everything, especially Seth's communication and flexibility, we would definitely recommend his property and plan on visiting again!

This property was exactly as the listing stated. Super clean which we all loved. The property is relatively new and in excellent condition. Kitchen was well supplied with equipment. Loved the wine refrigerator. All beds were super comfortable. A couple of minor issues arose and Seth was very responsive and accommodating. Without hesitation I would stay here again.

Our stay was enjoyable. The house was extremely new, very clean, and gorgeous. It also had all of the amenities and was not too far from downtown. If I had to nitpick, I’d say it was missing a few simple things, such as a lighter to start the bonfire, extra dish towels/cloths, HOWEVER, the property manager was very responsive and provided these items and addressed any issues quickly. The garage game room was a hit for the kids, there were a couple of things that need fixing but it wasn’t enough to drop them from enjoying it. The beds were very comfortable, and kitchen was very accommodating for several adults and several children. Overall, our crew was satisfied with our stay, and would recommend it.

This property was just what we needed for a bourbon trail experience for 2 families of 5 each and a another couple. After the 1st day of distillery tours, we abandoned the trail and just enjoyed the amenities of the property on the second day - such was it's draw.
The kids were enamored with the game room, hot tub and outdoor fire ring. The game room has ping pong, darts, basketball and fusball. Even the adults were drawn in.
The open concept living room/kitchen and the large outdoor seating areas allowed for everyone to enjoy a great time just visiting - even around meal preparations.
The kitchen is very well equipped - plenty of dishes pots, pans, glassware - and even bar supplies such as wine cooler and other drink mixing implements.
Overall, a marvelous, relaxing luxury space!

Lovely ladies getaway location. The house had everything we needed and was close to anywhere we needed to go. Great outdoor area and garage playroom with indoor games if you have rainy weather. Hot tubbing would have been great but the weather didn’t cooperate. Next time!

We stayed here with a group of 10 adults and loved the house. It 's in a great location, close to the airport and Keeneland. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean and well stocked!
The garage has been turned into a game room, which was lots of fun!
One thing I will point out is the upstairs "bedroom" with the 2 queen beds is in a loft space without its own bathroom or closet. That was the only real downside to a fabulous stay! I think we were so excited about 4 king size beds, we overlooked that set up in the description.
The host was very responsive and helpful with any questions. I would definitely stay here again if I'm visiting Lexington.

We booked with Seth so I could surprise my husband with a trip to the bourbon trail! This property did not disappoint! The home is perfect for a getaway. Weather you want to get away as a family or just a guys weekend to go sample bourbon! Seth did an incredible job accurately describing the space and location, the website he sends you is so helpful keeping all of the information about the house, surrounding area, and food recommendations all in one place! I can not recommend staying here enough!!!!

Seth was a very engaged host from day one offering a guide to the property with step by step instructions for just about anything you could think of, even included restaurant recommendations. Was in touch as we got closer to check in and the process was flawless. He was very helpful during the stay even sending us his breakfast (by accident!). We will definitely be considering this property when the Breeders Cup comes back to Lexington!

Beautiful home perfect for groups of family and friends. The home offers full amenities and all the comforts of home. The open floor plan on the first floor was perfect for spending time together, eating and socializing. And having a first floor bedroom and bathroom was great for our older parents. The outdoor area is ideal for morning coffee and evening fires. We loved the game room in the garage. Friendly, quiet neighborhood, close to UK and downtown. Our host communicated clearly with just the right cadence. The only thing we wished it had was keyless entry into the home….a few times we broke off into different groups and had to make sure we all had keys. A minor inconvenience which was far outweighed by all the other extras. We had a wonderful experience!

Great home for couples with several King beds and suites. Plenty of bathrooms. A well-equipped kitchen with an open floor plan so we could all be together. It was perfect for our mini family reunion. Our host was easy to contact and timely in his responses to any question or need we had. Highly recommend staying at any of his properties.

Great property - Great host!
Our group of 6 (three couples) couldn't possibly ask for anything more for our stay and Seth couldn't have been any quicker to respond or nicer! This big, beautiful home was immaculate and offered every convenience you would want in a VRBO and more. The kitchen and coffee station are very well equipped. Everyone enjoyed their stay and remarked how nice and CLEAN this home is. TWO sets of full sized stackable washer and dryers made it easy for a larger group to do laundry if needed and plenty of washcloths and towels were provided. I give this VRBO my highest possible rating!

Beautiful gathering home and property
This was a perfect home for our adult family gathering. All my siblings wanted a place where we could stay together close to downtown and close to Keenelin Race Park, this was perfect. Not only was the gathering space in the house open and inviting for all 10 of us to enjoy at the same time, but the back yard with its patio and fire pit area was great. To top it off the unattached garage was set up as a game room, ping-pong table foosball, basketball, darts to name a few were all available. Also, our contact person was always fast and accommodating with their responses to our questions and had a lot of suggestions for things to do and places to go in the area.

Beautiful home in great location
This home is first rate: beautifully decorated, wonderful location, so well organized and clean, clean, clean. We had a great experience from the moment we checked in until departure. Every detail has been thought through and designed to maximize guests’ fun and relaxation. While we did not have children with us, we couldn’t help but notice this would be a great spot for several families with kids too - ideal with fenced yard and lots of fun games and plenty of beds. We’ll be back!

Great home for our stay in Lex to plan an upcoming event! Location perfect to get out and around to key places. Home was clean and very well decorated and supplied! Everyone was inspired by the atmosphere of entire house. Communication with host was excellent! We will recommend this host & his properties to our guests coming to Lex later this year.
