Tutto perfetto

Abitazione ottima, pulita, staff gentile e disponibile, ampio parcheggio riservato, giardino privato, anche il buono per la colazione presso il bar del centro commerciale offriva una vasta quantità di scelta inoltre in camera era presente ogni comfort come le cialde per il caffè (buona qualità anche quella), i thè e l'acqua.

I wouldn’t recommend it, if you have plan to be in your room on daytime and have real breakfast.

Cons: -A gym above your head! I mean it when I say above your head because all gym activities in the second floor make horrible noises. Who uses second floor as a gym? I wish I could record the noises and post it here. -Shower is very small and doesn’t have lights and because it has darkening shower curtains and dark tiles, it makes the shower totally dark. -Pillows had a very bad odor that I had to put a fresh towel on it to be able to sleep. -Breakfast included fee packaged and small jam and toasts. Some packaged refreshments were inside the room too, but we didn’t eat them much. -We couldn’t find a restaurant nearby. Pros: -Even though we never met Salvadore and communicated with him via WhatsApp, he was very responsive and polite. We brought up our concerns about the above issues, but the issues remained unresolved. -From the first sight, you feel it’s a nice place to stay. -Everything is renovated. -Nice back and front yard. -Plenty of parking spaces.

Magical. Big thumbs up 👍

Clean fresh and modern. Lovely place and short walk to places to eat and drink. Roof top garden cocktail bar was great. Salvatore was amazing and when asked gave is all the info we needed. He even arranged for a friend Giulio to make sure we always had a taxi on hand when needed. Life saver !! Great guys :-) Provided welcome cold soft drinks and nibbles etc Everyone In Ercolano we came across were very friendly. Truly loved it.

Nothing. Even if you don’t fancy walking anywhere Salvatore’s friend Giulio will always be on hand to taxi. Not central but not a problem for us. Nice n quiet.

Exceptional

Savio was the perfect host, very welcoming and helpful. The suite was lovely, very clean and exactly as it was pictured! he also arranged for a taxi to take me to the station which was a huge bonus! would definitely recommend!!

A fantastic stay top to bottom

The room was unbelievable. Hot tub, large spacious room, romantic lighting and very comfy bed. I would 100% stay there again and actually I will next time I’m back this way. The staff was friendly and nice and extremely helpful. everything we asked for was handled in a polite and caring fashion. Can’t say enough good thing. Thank you so much for the wonderful treatment. My girlfriend and I couldn’t of been happier.

Great room and friendly staff. The room matched the pictures and maybe even exceeded them

One thing I really didnt like was that it says breakfast included. They give you dry toast and cookies in the room thats it. Theres no actual meal
