We were able to walk everywhere that we needed to. The property had a nice gated private parking space. The cottage was very clean and cozy. It was the perfect home base for a weekend.

We enjoyed our stay in the cottage. The location can’t be beat. It had all we needed for our wine tasting getaway. I only wish the parking spot was bigger as our truck didn’t fit.

The neighborhood is safe and very quiet. The house was perfect for two of us. The house was very nicely furnished, very clean, and all amenities worked perfectly. Further, the location put us so close to the Downtown area of Paso Robles. The host was very easy to work with.

While this cottage is cozy, it is new and has every imaginable amenity! The location can't be beat! The bed is the most comfortable of any I've slept in. The kitchen is well equipped with nice matching dishes, stemware and cutlery. The bathroom has plenty of space. There are USB chargers in several areas. It's darling!

We loved staying @ Cozy Cottage walkable to coffee, meals and the park. Well appointed, clean, comfortable bed, fresh coffee pods was a thoughtful touch! Appreciated motion sensor lights too, we’ll try to find those for our house 😊

Super cute property that is very close to downtown. Everything was clean and well laid out. Parking is very tight, so if you have a larger vehicle you’ll need to park on the street. Would definitely stay here again!

The property is very nice and comfortable for a couples weekend. It is an easy walk to the restaurants, bars and shops downtown. The owner are easy to communicate with and are very responsive.

Property is clean and very close to the town square. Full of features like a smart TV, smart thermostat and tankless water heater and a nice large walk in shower with tall ceilings throughout. The enclosed yard was nice for the dogs as was the direct access for the car in front of the property - though the entry for cars is a really tight and a bit awkward in the back off the alley, but manageable - just a little nerve wracking getting in and out sometimes with a small crossover suv. Overall, we would love to stay here again when in town and would recommend to couples wanting a cozy private place to stay.

My husband, our dog and I absolutely loved our stay in this perfect Paso cottage. It had everything we needed and more. The yard was completely fenced and felt very private and that made traveling with our dog a breeze. The inside was beautiful and modern, and there were so many small, thoughtful touches throughout. You can walk to get coffee and food, and the neighborhood is quiet for walking a dog as well. We would come back here in a heartbeat / rent the larger house if we came with friends!

Really comfortable, clean and very cute cottage! Only a 5 minute walk to all the action off of the downtown park. Restaurants, wine tasting, boutiques, bars, all just a few minutes away. Highly recommend!

We had stayed at the larger house on the front of the property last year for a wedding and knew we wanted to stay at the smaller property this year when we came back to Paso Robles for another wedding. Both properties are wonderful. Well thought out with everything you might need. This smaller cottage is perfect for a couple - it's very private and very comfortable. You can easily walk to shopping, dining and the square and we enjoyed the farm's market too. The hosts are fantastic. They were warm and welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed and were very responsive. Love staying here and we will definitely stay here again.

Extremely private, well furnished, and just two blocks from the downtown plaza. Owners have done a great job fitting this couples unit into a neighborhood, ensuring privacy, and designing the unit perfectly for guests.

We travel up to Sonoma County from LA County quite often and stopped in Paso (half way) this time. This cottage is so cozy, has everything you need, and it is within talking distance to restaurants, wineries, and shops. We will definitely be visiting again!

Well situated cottage with just a few minutes walk to the town center. The cottage has everything you need and the hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. The smoke alarm in the kitchen is extremely sensitive to any cooking, but the owners plan to remedy that soon. We will definitely be coming back here and recommending it to our friends.

Cute, clean & super comfy. Nice, neat and perfectly nifty. This downtown cottage has everything you want and more. I doubt that we'll ever stay in a Paso hotel again. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to our return.

An adorable little cottage, in a great location. It was a perfect size for my husband and I and within walking distance to the downtown area. We appreciated the closed in driveway for our rental car as well! The only complaint we had was that the oven was unusable because of how sensitive the smoke detectors were. We couldn’t use the stove top or the oven without them going off, even with both the front and back doors open. Considering how many good restaurants there are in town, this is only a small issue. We’d recommend this house to anyone who asked and definitely want to visit again!

We had a great stay! The cottage has everything you would need and beautiful touches throughout. Bed was very comfortable and the fenced yard was great for our pup to roam about while we were home. Great central location to walk downtown for coffee or dinner or drive to one of the many wineries in town.

This was the perfect cottage for a quick one-night stay in Paso, but we would definitely stay here more than one night! And being pet friendly was such a plus, they left a water bowl and dog treats for us. We were able to walk downtown for dinner, the bed was very comfortable, the towels were soft and the entire cottage was well furnished. 10/10 recommend!

"ah, there isn't a tv in the bedroom" was the response from my wife after looking over the entire property asking questions like "but what about..." and then there it was. we couldn't find something that we thought we'd need and wasn't there. les and susan have a delightful place right downtown that is easy, clean, cute and just a great place to stay. i'll take a .04 stars for the car charger not functioning correctly haha. will come again!

This was perfect for our weekend in Paso, we could walk to downtown plans without worrying about parking during local festivities and hard to find a nice enclosed outdoor area to hang with your furry friend. Great communication as well, thanks.

Les & Susan's cottage is so incredibly well designed and thought out, it blew us away. We have stayed at TONS of short-term rentals over the years in many many States and Countries. This cottage is one of the very best we have stayed in. It is cute, charming, super functional, great location, communication with Les was excellent. We have gone to Paso a number of times and this is now our go-to rental. Les let me know that he has a larger property with the same asthetic and functionality, which would be great for bigger groups. Bottom line is that there wasn't a single thing that I would have changed with the cottage, and we are picky.

Great location close to the main square and a well designed, furnished and outfitted cottage. Owners provide excellent information on activities and experiences in the local area. Our only issue regarded the initial access code not working and taking half an hour to contact the owners and get the code reset. Hopefully an abnormal occurrence.
