Located 30 miles north of Uvalde and about 10 miles south of Campwood. In this area AT&T cell service works well, I have been told Verizon doesn't, so you might want to check about service in the area before you come if you don't have AT&T.

This was a very relaxing and fun place to stay! I highly recommend. The house was perfect and the downstairs would be wonderful for a family with little kids as there was a cute playhouse with A/C. The views were spectacular.. the swimming hole was the best!! My boys are 6’4 and 6’5 so finding a nice deep swimming spot was a great find!!if you are looking for a fun, peaceful and relaxing place to stay, this is the one!!

Great family vacation rental. The Oasis cabin was perfect for my family of 5. Big outdoor area for lounging and playing games. Easy walk to the river. River was gorgeous. Areas of deep water 10-15’ to swim as well as areas to set up canopies and chairs and relax. Great time fishing as well. Property manager was on top of anything we needed.

We had a wonderful stay. The property was awesome with easy access to the river. We were worried about there being no water in early August but there was plenty for us to enjoy. Nathan was so kind and very helpful. We can’t wait to visit again.

This was a beautiful property and the property manager is very attentive. We loved how quiet it was! And we loved being able to set up for the day by the river and enjoy the water. It was perfect for our kids (ages 3 and 7). Can’t wait to go back!
The only comment I will make (and it’s just more of an FYI for future renters) is that the only place to really get any groceries super close is the gas station in Camp Wood. If you are okay with going a little further, Uvalde has plenty options. :)

We like that it was really nice cabin and private area for our family. Very nice area to swim in especially for our kids.We loved also it had the kids there own cute little house with ac included in it.They we’re so excited to have there own area to hang out in. There was very beautiful view from our cabin. We wish it had a few fans out on the porch areas with the heat and all was pretty hot with no air flow. We also got lucky and got a big catfish so the fishing is good. Great family area overall!!!

We decided to take a long weekend trip for Spring Break. The property is beautiful and clean. We loved the clear water! Although a cold front with lots of rain came through while we were there, we still enjoyed our stay. Since it was too cold to get in the water, we purchased an inflatable kayak. Nathan gave us suggestions on where to put the kayak in, which was very helpful. We hope to come back when it's warmer for a longer trip!

It was great to be back on the Nueces! My family and kids had a great time over spring break enjoying the views outside, roasting marshmallows around the fire, and simply being away from the hustle and bustle. We loved our time here!

My brother & I came here for a sibling trip on Thanksgiving. We were greeted by Nathan who was so kind & welcoming. He knocked on the door later & surprised us with a homemade casserole for Thanksgiving the next day. The cabin was very clean & the views are beautiful! Thank you for a nice stay.

Amazing!!!!
This place was amazing and so relaxing. There was a burn ban in effect during our stay so we weren’t able to utilize the fire pit. We were still able to BBQ and enjoy lots of time outside. We spent the majority of our time outside and in the river. We come to Uvalde every July 4th for a family reunion and this was our first time to stay at this location. We will continue to stay here for years to come!!! We will be back!!

AMAZING!!! Beautiful clear water … listing pics do not do this place justice!
We had an incredible time here….we stayed in the white cabin, Treetop Oasis. We travel in Texas and rent cabins often and our expectations are high. The cabin is clean and beautiful and the scenery is breathtaking! Sunrise, sunsets, and we’ve never seen so many stars! Can see the swirls of the Milky Way. Def grab a blanket or your floats and lay under the night sky!! S’mores and patio time with the fam. Air conditioned playhouse for the littles. The water is cool and clear. Can see fish and turtles. Bring floats and pop up chairs and maybe a canopy for the river. Bluetooth speaker. Floating in the river is where we spent most of our time. The river is not really “flowing” but it’s a beautiful, clear, swimming hole that we loved. Saw an armadillo on the property, colorful birds, and a few deer crossing the river at dusk. There are deer feeders on the property and was hoping to see more dear. There is a slight walk to the river from this cabin but not bad. We secured our floats and chairs under the stairs by the river access each day instead of toting them back. The green cabin next door is closer to the river access and it overlooks the river directly whereas this cabin sets back nestled in trees. We stayed 3 nights and wish we had booked longer! Again, the listing pics are not showing how incredibly beautiful this location is!!!! There are four cabins on this property, so would be great for a family/friend vacation. You will share the river area with the folks in the other cabins but we were spread out and no complaints. Just rent the darn thang! We will be back!

A true oasis on the Nueces
Our family kicked off the summer with a wonderful stay at the fantastic Oasis. The cabin had such great outside spaces to enjoy the breeze, view, and stars. The inside of the cabin was just right - everything we needed and comfortable. The stretch of river is beautiful - a deep, crystal clear swimming hole. 10 stars!
