My family stayed at the cottage while attending my son’s swim meet at Texas A&M. We could not have asked for a better host and property. Everything was so conveniently thought about in the home and very comfortable for everyone. Kathy was extremely responsive and we are grateful for her hospitality.

Its a cute and well decorated place. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Kitchen is well stocked and fast internet while I worked remotely during the day. Location was great being close to campus as well as nearby restaurants and parks.

Came in for a regional Bible drill at FBCS. The house was in a good location for everything around the town. Wish we had planned to stay long. Definitely will book this place again if it opens. The host was quick to respond. Love this place!

My husband and I absolutely adored this cottage! Everything in it was perfectly clean, updated, charming, and beautiful! We intended to have our sons and their wives stay with us while attending Aggie ring day for our daughter. There was plenty of room and plenty of privacy for the three couples. Located in a quiet area of town, and still close to restaurants, campus, and events. Five stars.

The place is very well decorated and was comfortable and had TVs in every room! The kids loved that. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, and we had everything we needed as if we were at home. I stayed for over a week for work and my spouse, kids, and cat came up to stay for a couple of those days. I couldn't be happier with how great this place was! Kathy was very easy to communicate with. She was accommodating and her instructions were all very clear, simple, and reasonable. Stay here with confidence, it's a good place run by a good person.

We stayed here for our daughters sorority’s parent weekend. Perfect set up. Updated and cute. Perfect for our pups. Host Kathy was super responsive and quick. We had a vehicle issue and needed a little extra time that was not planned. We are so grateful for the added kindness. We will definitely book again if it’s available when needed. 🙏❤️

We stayed at the Chic Cottage for a game weekend. The location cannot be beat, close enough to Kyle Field but far enough outside of the center of CSTAT that it was quiet. The house was very clean and exactly as described. We easily fit 7 adults including the use of the sleeper sofa. Kathy has done an excellent job with providing a great space in Aggieland!

This is a beautiful house! Fully renovated and thoughtfully designed. It was spacious enough for us to enjoy our time in Aggieland and very well stocked (there was even a pack n play for our baby!) The kids appreciated the smart TV. There was ample parking and it was easy to remove the trash. The beds were comfortable and clean. There were only two minor things that would have improved our stay. First, there is a microwave but no microwave safe dishes. The kitchen was also missing a ladle and cutting board. Second, the floors were quite dirty. We generally take our shoes off when inside the home and within a few minutes of arrival our feet were black! I found some rugs in the closet and put them down and that helped a lot but we still washed our feet each evening before going to bed. Overall, a great place to stay! Highly recommend.

I needed a place to stay while my Aggie recovered from surgery. This cute cottage was perfect. Not only was this adorable home exactly what we needed but it seemed like everything (grocery store, pharmacy, etc) was just 4 to 6 min away in every direction. The house sits in a cul de sac. I had a little pup that needed his daily walk and I felt very safe in the area and neighbors were friendly. I definitely recommend this home for anyone staying in CStat. You will not be disappointed.

We had a WONDERFUL time here! The house was perfect for the 8 of us- ranging in age from 4-73. The house was well supplied with linens, tons of towels and PLENTY of pillows! I was so thankful for the extra pillows- this is a rare commodity in short term rentals. Checking in and out was a breeze and communication was so quick and easy. The location couldn’t be any more perfect to access College Station and is minutes away from Bryan. There is a fantastic park less than a mile away from the property. The park is AMAZING. Totally fenced in and was set up with a drive thru Christmas light display- it was beautiful. We will absolutely come stay again- we loved it so much. The home is so well laid out- it made a house full of people comfortable and kept us organized.

I cannot say enough good things about this property! For starters, the owner was easily reachable and gracious, especially when I clicked “1” as number of guests in error. 🤦🏻‍♀️ The property is conveniently located to everything you need, it’s a great area, and very, very clean! The house is so welcoming and comfortable and there’s plenty of room! All the comforts of home. I could have packed less had I known all the little things the owner thinks of, like an iron and a steamer, a leash and dog bowls! If you have stayed in rentals before, this is a break from the normal property. There is plenty of extra linens and pillows…I could go on and on. Definitely love this place. My family asked me to make sure and save this place for our next visit to BCS. ❤️

Kathy is a gracious and conscientious host who made it easy to check-in and prepare for our weekend in College Station. She even came by while we were at the TAMU football game to fix a small issue we were having with one of the appliances even though we didn't expect her to. The location is perfect for easy access to the freeway and to campus. It is also in a quiet cut-de-sac, away from noisy crowds and traffic which made early morning walks with our dog pleasant and safe. Can't wait to get back.

Booked this when we needed a place for a weekend to visit our son on his 1st weekend after FOW in the Corps. Kathy was gracious and accessible the whole time leading up to check-in and helped us plan for the weekend events and activities. The location is perfect for getting to/from TAMU campus, but far enough away to be quiet and allow for peaceful walks with dog we brought along. Will definitely come back in future on trips to CSTAT. Precious! My family (from 24+-83) would stay here every time we travel to CSTAT if it was available! Perfect master downstairs for my elderly parents (we did purchase a non slip for the shower). Quite location yet, convenient to all things we do! Very well stocked, only used the dishwasher once a day! The living room/dining was large enough for local Aggies to come hang out with us (6) & was very relaxing for them! Well done! I wish I could book it every time!

The house was very nice and well appointed. Had all the things you’d need to make a stay comfortable. Perfect spot for us to hang and relax.
