Gran opción en playa Sámara

Excelente ubicación en la playa. El restaurante ofrece una carta bastante amplia y todo está rico. Personal amabilísimo.

Exceeded expectations!

Hotel Bahai was exceptional. Just steps to the quiet beach with a view of the ocean from the bar/restaurant. The included breakfast was delicious. Every drink or meal we had from the bar/restaurant was incredible... every bite so well thought out. The staff are so kind and welcoming. Price was amazing. Cannot say enough about how wonderful our stay was!

Another electrical outlet would be the only suggestion!

Wunderschönes Hotel für Strand- und Meerliebhaber

- Wunderschön gelegen, direkt am Sandstrand. - grosses und geräumiges Zimmer. - Tolle Frühstück-Auswahl (à la carte), obwohl ich Buffet sonst lieber mag. - Sehr freundlichs Personal (hat uns dann auch noch einen Tipp für die Weiterfahrt gegeben!) - leckeres (aber eher teures) Abendessen!

Ein Wasserhahn vor der Türe zum Erdgeschoss-Zimmer wäre super, denn man bringt sonst den ganzen Sand und Dreck von draussen direkt rein. ich war gefühlt ständig am putzen… Aber das ist nur ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag. das Hotel ist wirklich top!

Unschlagbare Lage im Traum Ort Sámara

Die Lage direkt am Strand ist unschlagbar! Das Personal war mega freundlich und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und frisch zubereitet.

Das einzige ist die Musik, die bis 23 Uhr läuft. Wenn man eine Tour o.ä hat dann unbedingt Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen:-)

Hôtel restaurant au top situé en front de mer . Que rêvez mieux ! Nous sommes vraiment sentis en vacances. Petit mojito les pieds dans l’eau 😊. Tout était parfait. Le personnel est très sympathique, souriant et toujours prêt à nous être agréable. Cela fait vraiment plaisir ! Nous avons testé plusieurs plats à la carte et tout était vraiment très bon avec une touche frenchi ! Vraiment un endroit à recommander !

Quaint place to stay for a quiet get a way.

The staff are all incredibly helpful and friendly. Mostly quiet spot on the beach. Great beach front. Good number of various loungers, chairs and cushions overlooking the beach in lovely shade of trees or in the sun. Gardener is terrific cleaning up the property daily. Rooms get tidied while you are having breakfast so very convenient.

Would have been nice to have a pool. Are at the point in our life now we decided we would like more amenities.

If you enjoy flavourful, large portions and a variety of food options this is your place. The staff was warm and friendly, the owner was on site most days and was pleasantly welcoming! I booked this trip for a celebration of a personal journey and it exceeded my expectations and provided me with a perfect mix of adventure and relaxation

Endroit bien situé et accès facile à la ville de Samara à pied en longeant la plage.

L’emplacement situé sur le bord d’une magnifique plage. Plusieurs chaises et coussin disponible sur la terrasse face à l’océan.

super tolle Lage, neue, schöne Zimmer, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, welches uns unkompliziert und schnell half eine neue Unterkunft auf unserer weiter Reise zu finden. Schöne Drinks, leckeres Essen, gemütliche Sitzmöglichkeiten. Whe love it!!!

Souvenir Kaffebecher im Hotel etwas überteuert für die Qualität. Zum Teil schmutzig und aufweisen von Rost am Becher Rand. Es könnten mehr frische Früchte angeboten werden.

Traumhaft

Super Lage, sehr schöne Aussicht, war die beste Unterkunft auf unserer 3 wöchigen Reise. Wären gerne noch geblieben. Essen und Frühstück war auch ausgezeichnet.

Relaxed beach front property

Friendly and welcoming staff, including one of the hotel's owners, our room was small but recently renovated. The hotel's location is hard to beat, a bit off the village hence very calm but a 10 min walk along the beach if you fancy "downtown" Samara. The beach bar is great, feet in the sand while you sip your drink or beer. Very good restaurant too. In a nutshell, highly recommended.

Great location right on the beach!

Location - right on the beach with great views. Staff were helpful and friendly

The only thing we would suggest improving on is having Plant based milk - either Soya or Oat available and also more vegan options on the menu such as Scambled Tofu for breakfast and other vegan options available as standard. Whilst the chef made us nice vegan options, it would be really nice to have them available on the menu as standard, so it doesn't feel that we are inconveniencing the chef to make something to suit.

Just Beautiful!!

We loved the location and the staff. Big shout out to Claudia, Esteban, Jose and doggy Perlas/Bella momma forgot her name so sorry. They were just fantastic. Went to bed and woke to the sounds of the waves and birds. Heard a howler monkey from time/time. My sister-in-law had a visit from a little Monkey family there first day. The place was very clean, food/drinks were great and close enough to town to walk. Had the pleasure to meet/speak with Victoria the owner. Highly recommend this cute hotel! Would definitely stay here again.

Traumhafte Unterkunft!

Eine wundervolle Unterkunft! Traumhaft gelegen am Rande von Samara direkt am Strand mit diversen gemütlichen Liegemöglichkeiten. Im Restaurant zum Strand hin herrscht eine total entspannte Atmosphäre und das Essen ist fantastisch.

Every detail was well thought out. Amazing staff made us feel at home from check in until check out. Fabulous food. Great drinks. Beautiful room. I can’t say enough. If your looking to enjoy the beach and avoid the tourist traps, you just found it.

Easy going, fantastically located place with delicious food!

The location was incredible. There's nothing I I've more than getting out of bed in the morning and walking 200 yards to the beach, and right into the water. The staff was friendly and wonderful to get to know over the week we were there, and they were personable and completely accommodating. Also! We didn't know the food was going to be so delicious and beautifully prepared! We ate almost every meal at the restaurant on site.

There is only one suggestion I could make, which is maybe mattress toppers for the beds? They were pretty firm. But really, that's the only thing.

Superb

The location is amazing! It is right on the beach and only a short walk along the beach downtown. The rooms are large and clean and we did not hear our neighbours at all. They have very friendly staff and a nice restaurant downstairs that is pretty much open all day. They also have some nice beach chairs and loungers out front in the sand where you can have a drink or your breakfast. You can swim right out front of the hotel, although most people swim closer to downtown.

We had a couple cockroaches in our room but they did not bother us and also to be expected in Costa Rica!

Worked and relaxed at Bahia, featuring a gorgeous view and wonderful staff.

I stayed at Bahia for 7 nights and had a wonderful time. The staff was unbelievably kind and helpful. It's a stunning location and you see many other visitors stop by the restaurant/seating area just because of its location. Additionally, I worked for 4 days during my stay from the main dining/bar area. All of the rooms have good wifi but the wifi is strongest near the bar. Before traveling to Bahia I was a little concerned about my ability to work but everything worked out wonderfully. The wifi was strong and reliable through out the day, as I worked from 11am-7pm. The hotel is walking distance to a bunch of great bars and restaurants right on the beach.

This isn't as much what I "didn't like," but if you are staying at Bahia for multiple nights I recommend some sort of noise machine or earplugs. The wildlife can be quite loud and you hear a fair amount at night.

A beautiful and clean little hotel

This small hotel is a little gem of paradise. It is located in a quiet area of Playa Samara and is right on the beach. It is only a short walk down the beach to the town. The food is excellent and the staff was very friendly and personal. They give attention to keeping the place clean and safe.
