Wonderful stay in Malmö

A really enjoyable and comfortable stay in a lovely part of Malmö. Great mixture of apartment living with the benefits of a hotel, including a great breakfast service. Highly recommended for staying in Malmö and exploring elsewhere, with the hotel in good location to the central train station.

Nettes Hotel für Miniurlaub

Personal war sehr freundlich Lage war gut ...Busanbindung, Nähe zum Strand, auch fußläufig ist die Stadt erreichbar

Kein Kleiderschrank...man muß die Sachen im Koffer lassen, nur die Möglichkeit Kleider, Blusen, Hemden aufzuhängen. Fernsehprogramme zu wenig ...kein deutscher Sender zum Beispiel.

Comfortable place

Very comfortable place, good value for money, despite the fact that room is quite small it has everything required for comfortable stay including iron and even dishwasher. Great breakfast, friendly staff and good location, not far from central train station

Der Aufenthalt hatte gute und schlechte Seiten.

Das Hotel liegt so, dass man Malmö gut zu Fuß erreichen kann. Restaurants liegen in der direkten Umgebung.

Das Zimmer war relativ dunkel, so dass man immer das Gefühl hatte, man müsse das Licht anmachen. Außerdem lag es direkt am Zugang ins Hotel, so dass ständig Leute vorbei.

Tolle Lage, sehr freundlicher Service, sehr gut ausgestattetes Appartement, bequeme Betten

Unser Appartement lag gleich neben der Eingangstür im Erdgeschoss. Das würde ich beim nächsten Mal nicht wieder haben wollen.

Wir konnten tolle Tage in Malmö verleben.

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Die Lage war angenehm ruhig und dennoch inmitten von Gärten, Spielplätzen und nah an der Küste. Der Turning Torso sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren in einer guten Entfernung, die man zu Fuß zurücklegen konnte.

Die Ausstattung war ausreichend, aber recht pragmatisch reduziert.

Faptul ca check-in trebuia sa îl faci singur, am avut o problema cu cartela. Nu s-a deschis ușa, a trebuit sa fie schimbata camera.În rest, totul a fost în regulă. Mic dejun foarte bogat.

Väldigt nöjd med personal, hotellet och läget! Bara 9 min till centrala Malmö med bil. Gångavstånd till allt man behövde

Främst personalen! Jättebra service, allt gick att lösa om något behövdes och alltid varmt bemötande. Bra läge, nära till Ica och apotek. Lekpark för mindre barn, skatepark för äldre. Ett lugnt och trivsamt område. Lite trafik.

Väldigt hjälpsamma reception personal samt snäll bemötande. Stora rena rum. Väldigt nöjd 👍🏼

Kunde inte få original kvitto som jag var lovad av reception, de sa jag kan få den på morgonen efter, men då gav de till mig en kvitto KOPIA. Enligt personalen orsaken var att jag bokade och betalade online.

Jederzeit gerne wieder - es war einfach erholsam für uns.

Studioausstattung hatte alles, was wir für unseren Kurztrip benötigten. Tolles Frühstücksbüffet und sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Tolle Raumausstattung - modern und funktional. Alles war sehr sauber und die Lage ist 1 A

Wir konnten nur ein WE bleiben - dafür kann die Unterkunft allerdings nichts 😉

Good value for a short stay

Staff were very accommodating and breakfast exceeded our expectations (esp after reading about overcrowding). Our room was spacious.

Location is far from the action of downtown Malmo. Lightning in the room was poor.

Really nice apartment to stay in Malmo

The room is like an apartment, big enough for long stays. The beds were very comfortable. Kitchen and its appliances were really great. The toilet was big and very nice. The WiFi worked very well. There is a direct bus service between Central Station and the hotel, every 5 minutes, and it doesn't take longer than 5-10 minutes to get to the hotel.

There wasn't much variety at breakfast. No hot milk available. Only offered twin beds, not a large one.

Good hotel, not for light sleepers

- Great, small breakfast including fresh fruit, veggies and yogurts - good location - spacious rooms - fair price

We had such a loud air ventilation in our room there. We thankfully stayed there for just one night, because it was too loud to sleep there. Also (maybe because of that ventilation) the air in the room got really, really dry and uncomfortable. Maybe some rooms are better..

Gym was waaaay smaller than suggested in photos - reason why we didnt use. Not bigger than a spare room- couldnt be used by more than 1 Person. Well equipped though. A matt would be Nice

Nicely designed space. Breakfast was good. Easy to catch bus or train.

Despite a sign saying high risk of triggering it with cooking, fire alarm went off in another room (and all the other rooms with it). Maybe it’s better to move them, as it seemed not to be the first time this happened.

Vanligtvis bra men…

Trevlig personal, moderna stora rum med kök. Lugnt läge på promenadavstånd till centrum.

Trångt vid frukosten som serveras i receptionen. Kallt på rummet trots extraelement som personalen ordnade. Hade känts mer välstädat om det inte legat en gammal chokladbit på golvet som stack fram under soffan. Har bott här tidigare och varit nöjd men denna gång var det lite för mycket som inte funkade bra.

Rigtig fint og moderne hotel med en god beliggenhed

Det ligger i et rigtig hyggeligt område og i gåafstand til centrum. Vi nød virkelig at det var muligt at bo 5 mand sammen - det er ikke muligt så mange steder. Morgenmaden var rigtig fin. Fin morderne indretning af lejligheden.

Der var stort set ikke noget service i køkkenet i lejligheden. Vi spiste meget ude, men havde haft problemer hvis vi skulle bruge køkkenet. Der manglede den daglige housekeeping, til at tømme skraldespande, rede senge og skifte håndklæder.

Great location, good and safe neighborhood, bus stop is exactly in front of the hotel and transportation is excellent - often and precise. Decent breakfast Suite was nice and cozy. Good bathroom - (really) hot water all the time

Room was cold, mentioned it 2 times, staff said it was "a Malmö thing", were kind enough to provide us with a heater but unfortunately that could not keep the room warm enough. As you can imagine in such a cold weather(-6 feeling like - 14)we really wanted to come back to the room as warm as possible but that never happened.

Toller Aufenthalt

Frühstück war gut und das Personal absolut top. Zudem war das Zimmer modern eingerichtet und bot mit einer Küchenzeile einen sehr guten Komfort. Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig (ca. 15 bis 20 Minuten) gut zu erreichen. Auch der 5er fährt direkt vor der Tür und kommt bis 21:00 Uhr alle 5 Minuten. Nebenan ist gleich ein Supermarkt und auch ein Paar Restaurants. Alles in allem ein wirklich gutes Hotel! Ich würde wieder hinfahren.

Die Parkplatzsituation... zwar haben wir uns über das Hotel im Nachbarparkhaus namens "Erika" einen Parkplatz reserviert, doch gleich am ersten Tag ein Knöllchen dran. Warum? Weil das deutsche Nummernschild zu lang war. Wir hatten drei Buchstaben vorne, zwei weitere nach dem Strich und drei Zahlen. Der Scanner der Aufsicht erfasst aber nur maximal 6 bis 7. Wir konnten zwar alles übers Hotel klären, ist aber maximal unangenehm. Also Tipp: Vorher einen Zettel des Hotels in die Windschutzscheibe legen. Den bekommt ihr dann nach Anfrage.

Nice and comfortable

Great choice for a business trip, not a standard hotel room, but a studio apartment with all amenities needed to feel at home. Clean, modern and very quiet. Very comfortable bed! I arrived late at night and easy self check in procedure. Nice to have a small gym and a sauna for relaxing.

Superbra boende när man är ett gäng. Vi bodde i en lgh med 5 sängar. Ett extra stor eloge till personalen som hjälpte oss med vårt bagage :)!

En del som var slut på frukosten då vi hade en sen frukost tid. Och rätt trång frukostmatsal.

Fitnessraum klein, stickig, wenig Geräte (aber multifubktional), Glastür mit Blick in den oberen Frühstücksraum Deckenlampe in Küche / Sitzbereich wäre praktisch Bis auf einen Garderobenschrank in der Küche keine Schränke, keine Regale, keine Kofferablage, keine Haken = Stauraum fehlt Küche / Esstisch / Bett im selben Raum, dadurch Essensgeruch überall nach kochen, lüften nicht so einfach, Zimmer direkt an Ausgangstür zur Etage = viel Betrieb, Lärm durch Gäste, freier Blick ins Zimmer

As always, the kindness (or the lack of it) of the staff, is what remains! Would definitely return!

The location was as good as any other. Malmo, is well served with facilities, so I find it hard to determine if elsewhere would be better or worse! Breakfast, staff and cleanness met our expectations

There is always room for improvement, but as my sojourn was short, I can not point out any particular thing that needs immediate intervention.
