Schöner Aufenthalt man muss aber Lärm resistent sein

Die Ausstattung war sehr schön und modern. Kleines süßes Bad. Kleine Küche alles was man braucht. Coole Terrasse. Man läuft eine halbe Stunde in die City.

Zu hellhörig. Man hört die Straße, die Bauarbeiten als wäre es in dem selben Apartment. Davon wussten wir vorher nichts. Die Türen sind Lärm und Luftdurchlässig. Sollte man besser verarbeiten. Bei mir wurde drei mal in der Nacht geklingelt von Gästen in den Apartments weil sie ihres nicht gefunden haben. Also Klingel wird nicht benötigt oder sollte auszustellen sein. Es war sehr kalt und die Heizung war direkt über dem Bett dass man es direkt ins Gesicht bekommen hat

La escalera de acceso al dormitorio demasiado empinada. La ubicación muy difícil aparcamiento para ir con vehículo propio

Isolation, bcp de bruit - un peu plus de literie de bain car 1 essuie/personne pour 1 semaine c’est un peu court, comme le papier toilette! Et un petit essuie pour la vaisselle serait top! Sinon le reste impeccable.

Polecam apartament

Wszystko było w porządku, fajny czysty apartament dla rodziny lub przyjaciół. Ekspres na kapsułki 🙂 wyposażenie sprawne, niczego nam nie brakowało. Pachnaca posciel i reczniki. Całkiem dobre miejsce wypadowe. Może troszkę trzeba poszukać miejsca na auto ale nie jest to niemożliwe. Troszkę taki polski Kazimierz w Krakowie. Tak mi się skojarzyło. Dziękujemy.

Jeśli musiałabym się do czegoś przyczepić to tylko do braku regulacji wysokości słuchawki prysznicowej ale nie lubię się przyczepiać.

Spotless and perfect!

We loved everything about the apartment! It was spotless and perfect. The size was bigger than we thought from the photos and it had everything we needed! We stayed in room 7 and the private terrace was also a good size! Would definitely recommend to anyone and will be visiting again!

A nice place for a short stay.

The apartment was clean spacious for 3 as we were upgraded might been a bit small otherwise the facilities were good we would have loved a toaster for breakfast before going out the hob and fridge were good. A nice place for a night or 2. We didn’t find the way to the roof but were given keys but no info.

The front door lead straight onto the street and was a bit noisy. There weren’t any view’s only onto the Main Street if you opened the window. The ladder steps up to the upper floor were metal and hard on your feet and narrow,they were okay for us but not suitable for anyone older or not fit.

A la altura de la expectativa.

Me gustó lo bonito que era, un apartamento pequeño pero muy cómodo, con su terraza y todo. El uso del wifi y la calefación, genial también. No me puedo quejar de nada prácticamente.

Lo único que no me gustó fueron las almohadas, muy bajitas.

Casa davvero ben pulita e posizione ottima, davvero ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e casa perfetta per 6 persone. Se dovessi tornare ad Alicante sicuramente prenoterei di nuovo qui

Exceptional

The penthouse is beautifully decorated, it's spacious and it has a nice private terrace ! The bed was comfortable and the flat was very clean! The check in was very easy and the staff was very communicative and available for all your needs. I totally recommend it !

I would stay again in a higher up apartment

Great size and beautifully designed. Really close to supermarkets and bus stop to get into town quickly. I really loved it

Needs sound proofing, the next apartment had boys in who played loud music daily till 3am, upstairs apartment was heavy footed, could hear every conversation from next door and apartment above :(

Cosy and comfortable

The staff is great. the design of the place is really nice, there is even a hammock. The place is made in a very practical way and had everything I needed. I loved the rooftop terrace - it was available for all the guests. The staff was so nice and helpfull every time I needed that, the contact with the rentier was also always easy.

I had a ground floor flat so it lacked sunlight and was a bit noisy from the street. Another thing is that my flat had a poor noise isolation from other flats - so you can hear any conversation (or a party) from neighbour apartments and from the staircase. Maybe its a Spanish thing, Im okay with that anyway but I guess lots of people wouldnt be able to sleep there.

A good base for exploring Alicante if you don't have a car.

Terrace was good and good general location. Reasonably well equipped kitchen but could do with an oven. Clothes steamer was brilliant.

Lighting was too bright in the living room, maybe get a small standing lamp. Couldn't find any extra/larger pillows. One of the aluminum panels in the shower kept falling down. Car parking was challenging!

Superb

Super clean and all in good repair. All kitchen items were present and working. Very good/fast internet connection. Comfortablechairs and bed with effective heating system.

A bit unsure about the steps up to the bed. Narrow treads which meant comingbdown 'backwards'.

Accommodated our late arrival Walking distance (20mins) to centre of Alicante and close to the Archeological museum Aircon

Very confused with the description; ours did not have a sunny rooftop terrace yet was advertised as such. Furniture with no soul; bunch of items put together to tick the boxes High rise residencial neighbourhood with long echoey streets making it noisy in the night and very noisy in the mornings Dirty stained couch in the living room

very spacious, clean and lovely roof terrace

it says air con but this was only in the lounge in the 3 bed apartment, there was a fan in 1 room but it only really blew around dust from the fan and warm air

Exceptional

Apartment: clean, cosy and cute. free wi-fi and Netflix. Location: very close to supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants and a shopping mall. In the very heart of Alicante's day-to-day life Hosts: very friendly and helpful, always available.

I can't think of something negative.

Wonderful open-space apartment with kitchen

Very nice open space, very comfortable and well organized. Services include a common terrace, a laundry room; kitchen is available in the apartment. The personelle is very kind and was always available for any request.

Some parts of the structure were still "under construction" when we visited the place (July '22), then there were some wood-panels and clutters here and there. Can't imagine how good this will be when everything is completed.

Very nice loft! A+++

Very nice and spacious loft. It was perfect for our weekend trip to Alicante with 6 friends. Comfortable beds. It’s basically one giant space so privacy could be an issue for some people. For us it was definitely ok. the kitchen has lots of utensils and cutlery which comes in handy. The location is absolutely perfect! It’s far enough from the city center to have a quiet and peaceful night rest, yet still within a 10min walking distance from various places like the beach, city center and the castle. We not once needed a taxi. I definitely recommend and would rebook when visiting Alicante.

One of the showers didn’t have warm water so we had only 1 shower for 6 people, but we managed. At the end there was a misunderstanding with the key which was resolved quickly and correctly.

nice place to stay

loved the rooftop terrace and Netflix is good to have. nice to have fridge and small freezer. shower nice and powerful. bed comfortable.

the aircon unit was right next to the bed so gave me bad throat whole time I was there whilst sleeping. 20 min walk to beach which wasn’t too bad but thought was bit closer. ceiling bit low on upstairs bedroom if you were taller. I’m 5,4 and have to bend down whilst up there so banged my head alot.
