Ok Cabin but it is duplexes and can hear others

Convenient location if you are going to go to ski at Apache. It is 35 to 40 minutes from Apache ski resort. It is 20 minutes from Walmart.

The beds were very springy and noisy to sleep on. My Husband and I are big people and we would roll into each other on the bed. It only has one bathroom and had to share with teenagers. But if we were by ourselves it would have been ok. Could not take a bath because no plug and bottom of tub looked very old. For the price it is ok to just sleep

Overall, it was a great stay with minimal issues.

Appreciate that they removed a very disruptive family next door to us. Overall very satisfied.

Bathroom was the only real issue, since you can’t flush any toilet paper. But they are on a septic tank, so not much to do about it. All of the blinds in our room were messed up and we had to use blankets to cover the windows if we wanted real privacy.

Great stay! We will be back!

This was our second stay here and we were not disappointed. The owners of the property are VERY accommodating and even lent us some sleds to sled down the little hills in front of our rooms with our kiddos. Our dogs were welcomed and we all had a blast. I loved that the wild horses were at the stream at night and not far during the day!

Only complaint I have is the kitchen items available for cooking. However, I realize it's probably hard to maintain a lot of cooking items over time and most people likely don't cook as much as we do on our vacations. Nothing to lower any ratings over, though!

Superb

We loved the cozy cabin to celebrate Christmas with our family. It was the perfect size.

The heater did not work our entire stay. It came on a couple of times but for some reason never worked. We used firewood to keep a fire going but throughout the nights it was really cold.

Great customer service! Great Location!

Offered great service the whole time! Close to the ski lifts! Great location! I see this place making a comeback!

It is in a transition mode… but I see great potential!

Be back for a longer stay

Loved the fireplace. Cozy and comfortable, staff made us feel welcomed. Really nice !

I wish it snowed! Or was just a little colder. The heater worked great!

Overall i would definitely recommend this property and we will be staying here again

The Owners where so helplful and very friendly people they made sure our stay was great my family had a wonderfiul time the cabins were roomy and comfortable the view and the trees were great the kids really enjoyed the game room that had a pool table and a couple of arcade games location was great

we did have a small issue with the restroom but again the owner did not hesitate to rectify the situation and did everything to make us comfortable

Clean and quiet place to stay

Perfect location for my trip, clean cabin with two bedrooms and a kitchen. Quiet, no problems, nice stay.
