EXCELLENT, BUT PLEASE IMPROVE IN THE FITNESS FACILITY. BOOKING WAS DONE BECAUSE OF THE GYM.

Great stay. Fahda at the front desk was really nice.

The two separate rooms are great for a small family. The carpet was clean and looked new. Two bathrooms for the two rooms.

The breakfast buffet was closed for maintenance, so we ate in the room, so no selection of breakfast items. It was ok though.

.الفندق جديد! نظيف جدا والغرفة كلنت نظيفه ومرتبه. مظخل الفندق شرح ويفتح النفس وديكوراته حلوه. يوجد مواقف للسيارات بشكل كافي، الطاقم تعاملهم رائع وسلس. حتى لما طلبت تسجيل الخروج بعد ساعتين لم يرفضوا ابدا.

الاجهزة في الصالة الرياضية غير جاهزه. السونا والبخار لا يعملان ومن الواضح أنه تم تركيبهم من فترة قريبة، لكن كان من الأولى ذكر ذلك او إغلاق الغرف حتى جاهزيتهم. السعر عند الحجز لم يتم اضافة الضريبة ولما رحت الفندق استغربت انه سعر الحجز كان من دون الضريبة! طيب ليش ماذكر لي الموقع السعر النهائي بالضريبة.

Very nice hotel but can be better.

The room was so spacious, well organized, all required stuff are available such as mini fridge, coffee kettle, ironing board and iron, slippers, toiletries.

Furniture was dirty, one type of uncomfortable pillows! Sockets of the working desk were covered with the furniture.

Because of booking cancelled by hotel without contacting us as we reached in Riyadh around 22:00 because we were flying

Our original booking cancelled by hotel though it was still coming on booking.com - confirmed booking. They shifted us to another hotel which was away from sites we were supposed to visit that costs us taxi money!

There was nothing in the property to like, wet room carpet, dirty bathrooms, stinky carpet though paid the same amount of money for stay with original hotel.

Good, domestical not very international. Be carfeul if you have noisy neighbours.

THe quality to the price is very good and the position is good for visiting the museum and the CUltural heritage ministry which are located walking distance.

You can hear very well from one room to the other. I could not sleep because next door there to my room there was a sort of a party from 2 to 5 AM! Lucklyliy you allowed to change room, but alo thenext day there was nois in the moidlle of the night at around 3AM. Breakfast did not have much for western standar. Very varied, but coffe and sweets were a bit short for our taste. Very good domestically, but not international

الحمدلله .. الإقـامــة طـيـبــة :)

- تسجيل الدخول و تسجيل الخروج سريع و الشكر لموظفات الاستقبال . - الراحة والهدوء والنظافة العامة في معظم أرجاء الفندق . - سكنت في غرفة ( 204 ) وكانت اطلالتها على الناحية الخلفية للفندق بعيدا عن ازعاج الشارع الرئيسي . - الغرفة كانت واسعة واثاثها يعتبر جديد و دورة المياه كذلك واسعه ومتوفر فيها اغلب الاحتياجات من مناشف وشامبو وفرش اسنان . - يوجد 4 مصاعد في الفندق ( مصعدين في كل جهه ) والفندق يتكون من 5 طوابق بالاضافة الى السرداب الموجود فيه مواقف السيارات . النزول للمواقف السفلية والخروج منها صعب قليلا للسيارات الصغيرة والكبيره لانه منحدر جدا للنزول و كذلك مرتفع جدا من جهة الخروج . - يوجد مواقف خارجية امام الفندق من الجهه المقابله لشارع الوشم بالاضافة الى الشارع الجانبي للفندق . - بوفيه الافطار لا باس فيه ومناسب لمن يرغب في افطار خفيف والعاملين في صالة المطعم متعاونين .

- وجود الفندق امام شارع رئيسي وعلى نهاية جسر وهذا يسبب خطورة في الدخول الى المواقف الخارجية المقابلة لمدخل الفندق ! - التأخير احيانا في الرد على الاتصال + التأخير في توصيل الطلبات !! - في يوم الخروج اتصلت و طلبت علبة ماء و رد علي المرظف ( انهم ما يوفرون اي طلب للي عنده خروج ) وهذا أمر غريب جدا !!! - عدم وجود اي خدمات قريبه من الفندق مثل بقالة او مغسلة ملابس !!!!

الموقع غير مناسب والموظفين غير مهنيين

لم يعجبني الموقع كاني نائم بالشارع من صوت السيارات الآن الساعة 4:00 اتصل بالاستقبال واشتكي عدم النوم من صوت السيارات فيرد علي بكل برود المطلة كلها كذا طيب أنا ما اعرف والان عندي ازعاج قال ما اقدر أفيدك

Hôtels pourrait faire beaucoup mieux

Proche du musée national et le réceptionniste très accueillant à l'arrivée prêt à aider mais parlait peu anglais tout comme le reste du personnel, voir aucune connaissance en anglais... Copieux petit déjeuner en buffet mais aucun service, les serveurs sont juste là pour demander le numéro de la chambre...

Femme à la réception pas sympathique, Vallet s'est mis 5minutes dehors au bord de la route pour m'appeler un taxi puis a abandonné et est rentré dans l'hôtel sans rien me dire... Finalement on m'a dit d'utiliser Uber mais pas assez de chauffeurs pour la demande donc beaucoup d'attente voir d'échecs de réservation, j'ai dû me rabattre sur les taxis de la ville la moitié du temps... Mauvaise odeur dans la chambre qui n'avait pas de vitre juste une petite qui donnait sur une trappe technique (chambre 515). Pas de brosse pour gratter les traces dans le WC ... Pas d'eau chaude dans la chambre. Personne n'est venu faire mon lit ni même faire la service minimum basique de chambre entre 0900 et 2100. Un ordinateur avec imprimante pour les clients dont le personnel ne connaît pas le code pour SE connecter...

Spacious room with nice stuff

The facilities are very nice and cozy, spacious room and nice bed. Everyone was very nice and helpful but they need to improve in certain points.

The stuff doesn’t understand English well, from the reception to house keeping and restaurant. The room wasn’t cleaned for 2 days. They need to improve in cleaning procedures as I found a bottle of water on the floor when I opened the curtains. This is just a constructive review for the hotel to improve. Breakfast was not my style and coffee was really bad, served in plastic or paper cups.

السعر الذي حصلت عليه يعتبر غالي نوعاً ما لكن للضرورة أحكام سخانات المياه سرعان مايعود الماء بارداً خلاطات المياه دفعها قوي

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Hotel. Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Es gibt zwei Hotels mit dem gleichen Namen, allerdings ca. 5 Fahrminuten auseinander. Vorher unbedingt die genaue Adresse checken!

First time experience this terrible at a hotel.

It was truly horrible experience. Nothing to like about it.

The staff was unresponsive with any means of communication. I called, sent emails, left an inquiry on their website before my arrival. They never replied. When I arrived in the middle of the night, they told me my reservation was cancelled. Out of nowhere they just cancelled my reservation. The staff was very rude and arrogant. I asked if they could book me any other room as I don't have anywhere to go in the middle of the night, even if it's at higher price. They told me no, they don't have anything. I repeated several times that any room would work, I just need to stay the night. They declined several times. Then I went back to booking.com and found that a suite was available in their hotel for the same night, booked it at the spot. The staff didn't even apologize. Then I went to the suite after hours of arguing with them, and they didn't have towels, or pillow cases in the room. The guy told me that they will provide them later. So I had to wait another 2 hours for towels to take shower. The pillow cases never arrived....

the Hotel is 3 star hotel, be carefuly they will cancel your reservation at 6 pm , bring your towel.

the reception team is good , they did their best but the Hotel and its managment has a big problem

the hotel is rate 4 star on booking whereas it is ONLY 3 star and this is how it is rated on google they wanted to cancel my booking at 6PM even though they have my credit card on flie , they say it is the hotel poclicy , so my flight was arriving evening and i had to argue with them to keep my reservation...!!! they did not have towel in the hotel, they said it is in the landry, we are full and that is why we have shortage, then only one towel is provided after many argument with the the hotel.

Ottima struttura, ci hanno offerto upgrade gratuito della camera senza che chiedessimo niente.

Abbiamo dovuto chiedere più volte altri asciugamani e non sempre ce li hanno dati. Come è possibile che in un hotel di questo livello in una camera matrimoniale ci siano solo un asciugamano grande e uno piccolo per due persone?
