Not a comfortable stay.

The room was clean and comfortable.

The shared bathroom was unclean and the scary part was that there was a 3-4 inch black spider roaming on the floor inside the bathroom. Totally disappointing stay. Kindly clean the bathroom thoroughly and remove the spider. It can be poisonous. Also, the vent in the bathroom doesn't work. The window in the room was not opening hence it got stuffy at times in the night.

The room was very hot and the window could not be propped open, when i tried the blinds fell down and just missed me. Not enough toilet roll in the bathroom either.

Location

I struggled to see much effort to clean beyond fresh towels/linen and picking up after obvious mess. Couldn't use the drawers due to spills and dirt. Essentially reminded me of living in a YP houseshare, or student houseshare before all the clutter. Dishes left in the sink, gross sponges. Glad I didn't have a big need to use the kitchen. Shared bathroom was just passable. Windows are big and paper thin so ear plugs are needed just to sleep through passing cars.

great communication from the manager/owner. comfortable bed . towels were large and in good condition . great location.

noise of the road and chill coming from ill fitted window. insulated curtains would be warmer and potentially dampen the noise from the road.

property very central. located on the main one way system out of Lancaster. Comfortable double bed with shared bathroom

Terrible, we never slept a wink. Busy main road with noisy traffick.

no air conditioning in room, window a health and safety issue. room was like an oven, only one bathrooms for too many rooms. wardrobe full of rubbish. no tv remote control. this accommodation should not be called a B&B, it’s more like a hostel. No bath towels provided or tea, coffee or breakfast.

Great stay

I like that there's a code to get in the house and in the room. There's also all facilities like kitchen with oven microwave, cutlery. It feels like the comfort of my own house and very private.
