This place worked out perfect for 5 of us, 2 couples and 1 teenager. Great pool, GREAT air con, the host was very generous in leaving enough milk/water/coffee and other basics (like wine) in the apartment when we checked in so we could shop the next day. Cool patio on the back of the apartment, very good coffee machine, 10 minute walk to the beach and the busy Arenal area. What more can I say, it was perfect for us.

Pros: Beautiful Penthouse in wonderful residence. Beach is at a 10 min walk reach and very beautiful and cozy in the evening with nice restaurants and bars. Thanks to Arseniy for the warm welcoming.

Pros: Lovely apartment, very spacious with a nice terrace and two other balconies. The whole place was very well equipped with all that you could need. Very nice pool area and a short walk (10 mins) to the beach and restaurants. Areseniy was a great host very helpful and even offers transportation to the airport.

Pros: Great location, close to Arenal beach and amenities. Apartment was very spacious with excellent facilities and lovely gardens and pool. Arseniy was there to greet us when we arrived, even though it was after 9pm. We would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Prettig (groot en netjes) appartement, in een relaxte 'residencia', met een ruim terras en een fraai uitzicht (op de bergen). Woning is compleet uitgerust (tevens 3 badkamers). Vriendelijke en correcte verhuurder. Rustig zwembad (wel wat fris water). Nieuwe supermarkt van Masymas (verse broodjes!) vlakbij - ook andere neringdoenden (zoals een kapper, voor 8 euro!) om de hoek. Javea zelf (spreek uit: Xabieja) is een fijne plaats: met name om vandaar uit te gaan fietsen (allerlei fraaie mountainbike routes), ontspannen (aan het mooie zandstrand en de aardige Arenal boulevard (die niet enorm lang is), met verschillende restaurants, op 600 meter wandelafstand.
