VIDEO SURVEILLANCE ON BOTH DOORS FOR SECURITY AND ADHERANCE.***No smoking in home. *** No non-service animals permitted***Beach is a 4 minute walk to elevator down to beach, and the road is inclined back up to the house. Onanda beach is a few minutes up the road via car, same lake with parking. This property has been described as a "slice of heaven"! We use this home and so does our family. Beach opens after Memorial Day, closed after Columbus day for season. **Sorry No animals allowed unless Dr notes our HOA prohibited***. This is a lovely 3 level updated townhome with lake views on every level- 2 full bathrooms and one half. This private unit has plenty to offer everyone and is family friendly, spacious and quiet. Just 10-15 MINUTES from Shopping, Towns. Bristol Mountain skiing (10 min away), water parks, breweries, wineries, marinas, kayaking, boating, CMAC and much more. There is always an event in nearby towns including the famous Naples Fest just minutes away, lifts at Bristol Mountain during Fall, skiing and snowboarding in Winter. There are water parks, beaches, fishing and boating in the Summer! The house has been updated with an equipped Kitchen, snacks, fresh water, coffee, tea, cocoa, full toiletries and linens. Plenty of outdoor/indoor games for the kids (or adult kids) Arcade gaming system, as well as scooters/Basketball/tennis/pickleball equipment for the outdoor Community Center, and life Jackets/noodles/towels, goggles, for the beach. Beautiful, super clean, well stocked townhome. It had everything you might want to use or need and was very organized. Plenty of fluffy towels, nice bedding and mattresses and good condition kitchen pots and cutlery. Considering returning next year to visit more wineries!

Had a most amazing time staying in this location - close enough to travel around the Finger Lakes and in a location that was quiet and unbelievably relaxing. Clean air, quiet all the time, lots of wildlife to watch, and a very comfortable townhouse with all amenities. Can't wait to come back soon!!!

We absolutely loved staying here. The house was spotless and very inviting. The kitchen was stocked with all necessities including an abundance of spices/snacks/condiments. The bathroom also had a bunch of toiletries and feminine products. You can’t beat the view and the fireplace was a romantic touch. We cannot wait to come back again. 10/10 recommend!

This property was awesome! Overlooking lake cannandaigua! Leyla, the host, was awesome! She really paid attention to little details like cold wAter in frig when we arrived. We are regular VRBO renters and this place ranks up there as one of the best. First of all, the view from the place made us not want to leave. The location is central to all the Finger Lakes has to offer. The owner thought of everything. The first thing we noticed were a vase of fresh flowers on the dining room table when to welcome us. Don't miss out on this rare fine.

My boys (7 & 9) and I loved staying here for our weekend getaway. The townhouse is beautiful and decorated well! We felt at home and my kids liked they each could watch TV in their own rooms when the got up. The arcade machine downstairs was a real treat and we enjoyed sitting out on the deck, as well as using the fire pit. It was nice to check out the community center area there as a bonus too for other activities. We enjoyed the private beach (don’t bring your beach chairs as they have ones there) and how accessible the lake was! Lots of pool and sand toys to borrow there for the kids. Leyla is a superb hostess who is extremely attentive and helpful whenever I messaged. I appreciated all the extra amenities she had in her home for us to use, such as condiments, water, toiletries, and snacks. The townhouse was clean and smelled great! We are looking forward to coming again next year! Thank you!

I left this 4 day rental a day early and stayed in a hotel. I have rented dozens of VRBOs all over the world and have 5 star ratings from all. When I booked, the ad specified a camera at the front door only. I have a screen shot to support this. On arrival I found one on the back patio as well. THIS IS ACTIVE SURVEILLANCE. There is a motion detection light that is activated at the slightest movement. We broke a slat in the cheap plywood chair trying to redirect the light. ( The owner has of course been reimbursed for this) Security is one thing but active surveillance is entirely another. I put a foam flip flop over the cam and this owner called me immediately. Also be warned that the A/C does not cool the top floor where the 2 bedrooms are. Thus the large fan in each closet. Nor are you able to open the windows for cool, fresh air at night. They are inoperable and have no screens. The owner’s response to this was “I don’t want them opened”. Bedrooms require 2 forms of exit. And speaking of the windows, every one is clouded and corroded. The kitchen stove has a “vent” that has a chain with vise grips on the end. There is no hood or fan. I could only budge the window an inch so I did not use stove. Ground level was so damp that I had to empty the dehumidifier every day. This unit is old and tired and badly in need of renovations. The owner is unapologetic about actively observing her guests and either uncaring or mocking in her response to any concerns.

The townhome was very clean. Leyla provided many things including paper towels, shampoos, soaps, bottled water and had use of many different spices and oils in the kitchen. The washer and dryer are like new and was a great plus. The view of the lake is fantastic and the deer in the neighborhood are always in the woods or on the lawn in the morning. Even though it was springtime. the elevator to the beach was cool and the beach is very sandy and clean. Great stay. Great hostess.

My mom and I rented the town house for the week for her birthday. We wanted to go some place relaxing and quiet and we got just that. One morning while having breakfast on the balcony we were greeted by a family of deer on their morning stroll. It was so peaceful. And waking up to that view to the lake was a definite plus!!!

Our group was 3 adult ski instructors in town for an event. Perfect size to be able to spread out. Owner tries and succeeds in making your stay a nice one. Plenty of space, lots of towels and bedding, clean and coffee there for you in case you forgot it. Thanks!!!

Located in a friendly and quiet community, you can just chill-out on the porch that overlooks a stunning view of Canandaigua Lake or enjoy a more active vacation with a short walk to a private beach and sports facilities such as tennis courts, playgrounds, and basketball courts (with sports gear provided by the host!). Many Finger Lakes attractions are located just a short scenic drive from the townhome. There are lots of puzzles and games (even a Pac Man arcade machine) along with streaming TV to keep the kids entertained with indoor activities. This vacation townhome is equipped with every kitchen and household convenience imaginable, and your host Leyla is a friendly and responsive communicator.
