Pelican Point is a 1st floor (~5 steps) 2-bedroom/2-bathroom remodeled and beautiful apartment in downtown Cedar Key, less than a 10-minute walk to Dock Street!

Great for both couples and families!

The unit offers two bedrooms (one with a king bed and one with twin/full bunk beds), Wifi, smart TV in both living room and master, kitchen w/ full stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots/pans, dining table, and washer/dryer. There's also a dining table with plenty of space for 4. Perhaps the most sought-after amenity is the parking, which is right out front with a private overflow lot located a very short walk from the building. Just ask about boat trailer parking!

We enjoyed the space, full kitchen and laundry, smart tvs, location. We will probably try to rent the upstairs apt we stayed in a year ago vs downstairs next time because it sounded like the people from Maine were running a marathon above us the last two nights. Everything else was great.

We had an amazing stay at Pelican Point and just short walk to Annie's for breakfast. Amazing atmosphere and even being on first floor (downstairs) the upstairs noises were minimal. A must stay!!

We needed a place to stay as we cleaned and packed my father-in-laws house. This was a fantastic find! Our task is not complete so we will be coming back to Pelicans Point. It was a perfect place to be. We are glad we found it!

We had a very pleasant 3 night stay. The property is surprisingly roomy, I loved the high ceilings and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped, and we were provided all necessities. Everyone around were friendly, and despite being on the first floor, there was no noise from above whatsoever. Walking distance to everywhere on the island. Would recommend for friends or family with children.

My 24 year old son and I stayed at Pelican Point during a fishing weekend. The place was as advertised. It was well equipped, clean, and had new furnishings. It is very convenient to downtown Cedar Key. It was nice hanging out on the front porch but the inside living area would be a little tight for more than two folks. The only negative is I could hear the upstairs guest walking around while I was in my bedroom.

Pelican point was a perfect spot to venture out from. Perfect space to spread out for rest and relaxation. Comfortable beds. Nicely decorated and fully furnished!! Biking to town. Kayaking from the beach out through the channels,venturing off to shell mound, Suwannee river. Shops and restaurants in town. Learned a lot about the area. Definitely want to come back to enjoy more of the area

Condo was very clean. Kitchen area is a bit dated, but everything was clean and functional. Booking through Expedia caused some hassle, but can’t fault the property owner for that. They helped sort the issue out, and got me into my room with minimal hassle. I would stay here again for sure. Only issue I had was a long term resident parking across 3 spots. Forced me to park under a tree that made a mess of the car.

Cedar Key is a rustic town that feels comfortable. Our stay at Pelican Point matched that rustic, comfortable feel. The 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit was newly renovated with amenities needed for an enjoyable stay. Comfortable beds, large bathrooms, washer and dryer, Internet, Wi-Fi, well stocked kitchen. And a new AC system. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and highly recommend this location.

Pelican Point is a great choice. The unit is clean and very well appointed. It is off the beaten path so it’s very quiet but yet it’s not too far from the action. My friend and I had a very nice stay. Our host was amazing. Helpful and very responsive. My only negative comments are that parking is a bit inconvenient and the living room could use a comfortable chair.

Everything in cedar key within walking distance from property. Everything was clean and neat. Everything in apartment was to our liking except loveseat uncomfortable while watching tv and king mattress lumpy and sagging. The place is just as described. Everything you need in kitchen for a meal. Washer and dryer were nice. Enjoyed shower in master. I would recommend this place for family of four or couple. Diane has a nice place and we enjoyed our stay.

It was a beautiful weekend to enjoy the art festival. This was our second time staying at this property. It was nice to not have to walk upstairs this time. Very comfy beds, and we love the location. Smaller living/dining space than upstairs but having two bathrooms was a plus! It would be nice to have an outside plug to charge golf carts.

One of the ladies in my group of four, started to feel ill, and I reached out to Lauren our host to see if we could get in a bit sooner. She responded immediately and we were able to check in and have her rest. So grateful for that. Really cute, clean place and very convenient to everything.

Everything we needed for the week was there. Didn’t have to contact owners even once! It was a perfect stay for a low key Florida vacay. We rented a golf cart and got around the island easily. Great restaurants and very nice ppl! Annie’s Cafe across the street has great breakfast, so go there if you don’t wanna cook! Steamers had great food and the perfect Ultimate Bloody Mary. The Prickly Palm had great coffee and smoothies. And many more! Short 1 hr-ish drive to Crystal River and Gainesville - highly suggest kayaking to 3 Sisters Springs and the Kanapaha Botanical Gardens. Def. a great value for the price, I saved so much money I get to buy a new couch today 😉

The property is well maintained and quiet, updated inside while keeping old Florida rustic charm on the outside. Perfect size for our family of 4 in a location convenient to everything, especially if you bring bikes. Our kids loved the bunk beds and small backyard. Plenty of fresh towels, soft sheets on the beds, comfortable mattresses, kitchen was well enough equipped with the basics and the knives in the block were sharp (we cooked a couple breakfasts and dinner while there). We appreciated the quiet spot and the friendly neighbors. Husband had no trouble working remotely for a couple days. Perfect vacation spot for a quiet, relaxing, old Florida getaway. My boys enjoyed the marshes, museum and bike trips to the air strip as much as the beach and Lil Shark park. Would definitely stay at this property again!
