The house was great for our family of 18! It was comfortable, perfect layout for a family gathering.

This stay was incredible. The house has all of the amenities needed and the some. Our girls definitely enjoyed their time there and had a great experience. Karen was great at communicating with us and making us feel welcomed.

This was the most amazing house and so comfortable for all of us. We had a party of 14 together for a long weekend of jigsaw puzzling, and that amazing dining table was perfect to puzzle on and to all eat meals together at the same time. The owner Karen was so great to deal with and communication was open and easy. Hope to be back again next year.

We had a lovely time staying at this location. Everything was clean and as described in the listing. 20 ladies stayed for three nights. One thing to note is there could be better supplies in the kitchen such as more dish towels and scrub sponges for doing dishes. Other than that, we had no complaints. The house is beautiful and very spacious. The area is beautiful, we enjoyed a nice walk around the neighborhood. The hot tub was very nice to relax in and each room was nicely decorated. Thank you!

My family does an annual cabin trip and we tried a new location this year. The place was very nice, modern and spacious. The original listing stated there were fireplaces in multiple rooms, but it turns out they didn’t which was a bummer. Regardless of that we had a great time, it just wasn’t as relaxing as we hoped. There are many signs and warnings about $500-$1,000 fines for many things including making noise in the backyard. We have 5 kids ranging in age from 5-14 so it was hard keeping them super quiet in the backyard. The threat of a fine for even moving the furniture was a little unnerving. Plus the threat of more fines for not cleaning up well enough after like not running the dishwasher or “leaving a booger on the wall” was over the top. We were stressed we were going to get fines after, even though we didn’t mess anything up. Overall the place was beautiful and very nice, but maybe not the best place to stay with kids. I would highly recommend this house if you have a family with teens and up or adult couples. It was a very nice place, probably just not the best fit for us.

What a terrific house . 10 mature ladies from the desert came to arrowhead to play golf . We stayed two nights and were so impressed with our accommodations! The house was exactly like the pictures and so clean . Perfect amount of space for all of us , great beds and a perfect neighborhood to take a walk !!!! The host was so attentive and stayed in contact with us . One of the ladies cooked for all of us and she had everything she needed in the great kitchen

We stayed with family for the weekend and hiked Heart Trail, went to the Oktoberfest in Lake Arrowhead Village and went out on the Lake Arrowhead Queen. It was a beautiful weekend. We ate most meals at the house and enjoyed playing games on the long table. The house was clean and comfortable.

We had a great time celebrating my mom and dad's birthdays as well as a late father's day with 8 adults and 2 kids 5 and 7. I appreciated the big kitchen for cooking meals and the 2 separate living rooms for gathering each day and night. The rooms are also spaced out nicely for each to have their own privacy. My kids loved sleeping in the attic and all of the stuffed animals in there - we also liked having sinks in that room! The jacuzzi was great to have with beautiful nature around, and we appreciated being able to park in the garage as other properties don't allow that at times. Plenty of space to hang out and lots of activities - my girls enjoyed playing air hockey, karaoke, the dance pads, and especially the piano! Skypark village, Lake Arrowhead Village and Lake Gregory are all very close by and easy to get to. Thanks for hosting us!

Are Girl Scout troop and parents of 21 people really enjoyed the fabulous home in Lake Arrowhead! The description and reality of this home are superb. Beautiful furniture lots of beds to share with 20+ people every room had all the amenities that we could’ve asked for and the owners communicated with us whenever we had a question or needed assistance. Thank you so much for a wonderful three day weekend.

We were very impressed with this home. It was fully stocked and had many beds. The kitchen was fantastic. The long dining table was great. Lots of parking spaces. Very warm inside the house. The owners were very reachable, accessible, communicative, and helpful way ahead of time before our scheduled stay and also throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend others to book with Lake Family Rentals as well.

I enjoyed this property with 19 other friends and we were never in need! The hosts were also thoughtful enough to decorate with balloons and leave a bottle of sparkling cider and cake mix since I had told them it was for my birthday. They are very fast with communication and helping with whatever we needed! Lots of fun things to do in the house.

This house was absolutely perfect for our family. There were 15 of us and we all had a blast. The cleanliness of the property was superb and there was so much for the kids to do. The dining kitchen was large enough for our entire party and the kitchen was a dream for cooking our meals. We were 10 minutes away from the village, and it was so nice to come back to the beautiful property to relax after a great day out.

Stayed at the Lake’s home for a few nights with a close group of friends and all our kids. The home was beautiful, very well organized, spacious, and had all the essential amenities plus more (pack n plays and high chairs for babies, a baby gate at the staircase, an abundance of games, plenty of kitchen supplies, large shampoo and body soap bottles in every bathroom, hair dryer and straightener, and so much more) Karen was very accommodating, quick to respond to all my inquiries, and super supportive before and during our stay. I’d highly recommend booking this home for your next stay. It was a great experience overall. Thank you for allowing us to make memories in your beautiful home.

We had a large group (four families with kids ages 8-16) and this housed all of us perfectly! The kids had a lot of fun playing in the game room (their favorites were air hockey and DDR), playing the piano in the living room, and hanging out in the hot tub after hiking. Our host Karen was very nice and quick to respond to our questions. We really enjoyed our stay!

Quiet house with tons of fun stuff to do, karaoke, DDR and board games. Great kitchen & a huge dining table, perfect for a crowd. They provided lots of dishes, dishwasher pods & laundry soap. We cooked like crazy so next time will probably bring more cleaning supplies like dish cloths but we’re probably the exception cooking on vacation. Overall our group had a great time. Owner was very communicative leading up to trip and provided lots of tips and helpful information.

We had a wonderful time - cousins with cousins. There was a total of 13 of us and all of us were happy with the home and accommodations. Every detail was well thought of in advance- including Karen and Brace setting up diaper pails and pack and plays for the babies. We also had a blast singing along to karaoke, playing air hockey and the other board games. It was a great experience, such a beautiful home and wonderful/ thoughtful owners. We would definitely come back.
