This home will delight you with its 2,500 square footage of living space, high-quality furnishings, stocked kitchen, separate office and 3 smart tv's including a 70" and 65" tv. Free onstreet parking and detached garage available by request. Ideal location with 10min walk to MASS AVE and BOTTLEWORKS. Historic St. Joseph’s Neighborhood is a quiet area close to all major downtown attractions, restaurants and events. (Features doorbell camera and backyard camera for security measures)

Our family, including 2 teenagers, stayed 4 nights at this property for a baseball tourney. The house was immaculate (cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in), conveniently located, and in close proximity to some of the best restaurants near the downtown area. The host was extremely responsive. We appreciated the amenities of the property including bottles of water in fridge, plenty of coffee, terrific beds and bedding, and a nice guest book to review for restaurants, etc. We would highly recommend!

The property is very clean and was exactly as seen in pictures. Six adults had plenty of space. Street parking is available but can be a challenge if your group has multiple cars. Our use of the garage helped since our family had three vehicles. We did not have any issues during our stay and enjoyed our experience.

Overall everything was great. Check in process and communication with host was easy and timely. Will definitely stay again next time in Indy. Only gave four stars on location due to a little train and traffic noise and the on street parking can fill up fast. Thanks for the great stay!

The property was exactly as described and very clean. The host responded immediately when there was an issue which was much appreciated. We used several of their recommendations for restaurants, shopping, etc. All were excellent suggestions. We would definitely stay there again if we travel back to Indy.

This house offers both charm and comfort! It was the ideal place for our crew, providing ample space and privacy across its multiple levels. The cleanliness was outstanding, and it came stocked with all the essentials. The owners communication for check in/out and local eatery recommendations was appreciated. Our frequent trips to downtown and Lucas Oil Stadium were a breeze thanks to short and convenient rides every time.

Outside spaces were nice for sitting and enjoying the breezes while drinking morning coffee.
Big table was perfect for spreading out puzzle pieces.

This is the first time we’ve stayed at this property and it did not disappoint! Very clean and well appointed, you can tell that the hosts know how to put a place together. There’s two living areas, a large granite kitchen with everything you need for meals and a two car garage!
St Joseph’s neighborhood Is a short Uber ride to down down …. Ours was $11 , or a it’s a very reasonable one mile walk.
If you like a home with charm and character with an updated interior, this is the place for you to stay.

From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the beauty of the property and the attention to detail in every aspect of our stay. The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. The location was great, in clean safe historic neighborhood. Communications with the host were superb. We plan on staying here again.

We loved the townhouse we stayed in for a recent weekend. It was the cleanest VRBO I have ever seen, with reasonable house rules and check- out tasks. The recommendations were all wonderful and the host even offered suggestions to address a specific need. The layout would work well for many different groups and beds were comfy. Parking on the street was no problem. We would happily stay here again!

This property is top notch! It was perfect for our family gathering in Indy. Such a treat to find some pre-stocked kitchen amenities. Easy access to downtown and to I65 which makes travel to other Indy spots so handy. We will definitely stay again!

The cleanest VRBO that I've stayed in. Wasn't at the place much, but coffee bar was awesome. The water was hot with plenty of towels and soap to get buy. Will definitely be back!

The residence was great. Plenty of bedrooms though it was just my wife and I. The basement is the selling point for me. We lounged in it everyday. Super clean.

I don’t know if we'll ever be able to stay in a hotel again after a weekend at this property! It's close enough to downtown to be convenient but far enough away to make it desirable.
Home was either recently renovated or the owners are meticulous (maybe a little of both). Our kids are getting married in Indy, and both sets of parents wanted to check out the city. Rather than stay in separate hotel rooms we opted to share a home. Each couple had their own bedroom and bath, the living areas were generous, everyone had a place at the table and a seat by the TV. The kitchen had everything we could want.
We would definitely stay here again and are considering doing so for the wedding weekend unless its already booked (which would totally stink). Owners were responsive and easy to work with.

Our family really enjoyed the property. The accommodations were very nice and we particularly enjoyed the coffee bar that was provided. Perfect location to go to spots on Mass Ave. and also downtown. Jenson and Joy were always quick to answer questions. Would go book again without hesitation.

I used this property for my wedding weekend. My bridesmaids and I stayed the night and got ready for the wedding here and then my husband and I stayed here the night of the wedding.
The property is in a great and central location. It’s on a cute, quiet street with cobblestone roads. I felt completely safe and the homes nearby are so nice. There is free parking on the one way street. It’s a half mile walk to Mass Ave and The Garage food hall.
The home is flooded with natural light, there are vaulted ceilings with skylights, it’s bigger than the photos depict. The decor is modern and well built. The kitchen is beautiful and has 2 of everything you need. The necessities were stocked. There was extra of every type of linen. There is a second living room in the basement with a massive couch. It was very easy to communicate with the owners.
This home is perfect for all groups. I would definitely rent this property again for family coming into town, group trips, and I recommend it for bridal parties because it makes for incredible photos.

Jenson's property was amazing. The entire unit is as pictured, beautiful, great location and stocked with great amenities. My family and I spent Thanksgiving week at this location and we had all the necessary items to prepare a Thanksgiving meal. In addition to the home's beauty, Jenson was extremely responsive during my entire stay.
If you are looking for a spacious, clean, centrally located unit with a great host... look no further!

Property is larger than photos reveal. Plenty of space to hang/ store your belongings in each bedroom. Property is clean and modern. Kitchen is stocked with basics and coffee. Check in and out is easy, property managers are quick to respond to messages. Definitely recommend this property.

This house was in a great location. Walkable to all kinds of restaurants and bars as well as only an 8 minute uber ride to the city. We loved the back deck, very quaint and private. This property accommodated 3 couples perfectly. And to top it off the hosts were amazing to work with. Super quick response time as well as many helpful suggestions in exploring a new city!

A group of friends and myself, total of 6 men, found this gem to stay at while we were in town for a friend's reunion in the city. The outside of the duplex had a classic, historic-downtown feel with pastel colors, etc. Walking into the house, we were all shocked at how beautiful, modern, and sleek the interior was. It's hard to capture how awesome this place is in photos, but in our opinion, it's bigger than the photos show. The living room TVs were massive and the couches were very comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with snacks, bottled water, and tons of great recommendations for nearby restaurants and things to do. The master bedroom and bathroom was on the second floor and it was amazing. The hallway and bathroom have bright, yet nearly out of sight, skylights that truly light up the entire space with the white walls and ceilings. Every room was sparkling clean and Jenson was super nice and very easy to message (we didn't have any issues to reach out to him about, but he was very responsive during all conversations), and he gave crystal clear instructions for check-in, checkout, and what to do if we need something. The house does share a wall with the people living in the other side of the duplex, but we didn't hear a peep from their side, and nearby neighbors were very nice. I only live about 20 minutes away, but I GUARANTEE I will come back as soon as I have an excuse to have friends come back here. Great property!!

Family Weekend in Indy
We had multiple events planned on Friday evening for our family, and decided last minute to stay the weekend. We were so fortunate to find Jenson’s home!! It was perfect from the upstairs to the basement for our family of five which included my husband, two young adult children, and my mother. With 3.5 bathrooms and plenty of fluffy towels, we never waited on anyone to get ready. Everyone commented on how comfy and cozy the beds were. The kitchen was well appointed for us to cook leisurely breakfasts in the morning before heading out to explore Indy, and have late evening snacks around the TV watching our favorite shows logged into our own channels. Our host was quick to respond throughout the weekend, and provided the garage code allowing us to park both our cars, and Uber everywhere we wanted to go. Being central to so many venues, Uber rates were reasonable, and we were able to explore more than we imagined. We would definitely recommend The Garage for food and exploring, and SoChatti for their chocolate tasting and chocolate making experiences.

Great clean house
The property is extremely clean. I stayed for 8 nights. Two king beds upstairs is very nice. Communication with the property manager was speedy. It was a 5 star Vrbo but I would change two things. Extra trash can or post trash pick up day. Chairs on the back patio would be nice but again the property and owner are spectacular.

We came to Indianapolis for the Indy 500. This house had us in the perfect location to walk to many different areas of downtown Indy for food and entertainment. Would highly recommend thus house to any staying in Indianapolis.
