Morning sun! Tide rolled out and left us able to pick clams and oysters. Then it rolled back in warm!

We had a wonderful family gathering at Seabeck in the main house and cabin. The main house was beautiful with a large kitchen and dining area so our group of 10 could easily gather together. We also used the small cabin, which was a bit more casual but quirky and charming. The surrounding area is very quiet and with beautiful, peaceful gardens and a short, downhill walk to the water behind the home. One of the highlights was the large number of kayaks and paddleboards. We enjoyed taking them out every day to explore the bay. Some things that could be better: the downstairs of the main house had a bit of a musty smell with older carpet which may bother some people and we ended up having some issues with the internet which made remote work unreliable. Overall, it was a great vacation home and we would consider staying there again.

I hesitate to write a review because on the one hand, the house was great but on the other hand, my experience with Vacasa was terrible.
The house was awesome! Kitchen had all the equipment we could think of, house was very clean and well maintained, yard was well cared for and perfect for running around with our dog, water equipment was easy to use and in great condition!
Unfortunately, working with Vacasa has been unpleasant! We rented both the main house and the cottage. We had no problem accessing both when we arrived, and several of us dumped our luggage in the cottage where we would be sleeping. We spent the evening hanging out in the main house and when (at 8pm) we tried to get back into the cottage, discovered that the cottage's e-lock had died. We called Vacasa to find out if there was a lockbox on the property or to have someone let us in. Vacasa told us that someone would be out in ~20 minutes, but in the meantime, we could look for the lockbox. My entire party spent our entire evening searching the property with phone flashlights for a lockbox that - spoiler! - doesn't exist! No back up method to get into the cottage should the batteries in the lock die!
No one ever showed up or called me back. I called Vacasa FIVE times between 8pm and 11:30pm before the manager finally called me (no backup managers were called when the first one couldn't be reached). At that point, she could only reach out to a locksmith who could come by the next day. We had to squeeze our entire party into the main house and we didn't have access to any of our stuff (medications, clothing, drivers licenses, etc.) until the next day.
TL;DR: the e-lock died with all of our stuff inside and Vacasa was unable to help.

Initial hiccups, we reached there at 4=30 pm for check-in. Could open the house but not the cabin. Customer service was called, but said you can't enter before 5pm.
Beds and bathrooms were good.
Good reading material and board games. We like the deck and water front. We're not water activity people so couldn't enjoy kayaking!
As the weather was cold , we wished some one could have started the heat on. As the heaters are slow, it took long time for heating.
Inspite of all these small stuffs we 11 had a great time and we had lots of fun.
Was raining heavily and we were 11 seniors above the age of 75 years. But front desk said wait till 5pm!
Next , out of 4 BATHROOM door cannot be locked for 2 rooms!

Short but sweet stay with family from England

The owners clearly love this place. It is warm, welcoming and well equipped. We felt so happy and comfortable even though it rained the whole time. Beautiful views. We spent a lot of time out on the water and combing the beaches. The conservancy down the road had amazing sea life to see at low tide. Lovely place! We picked fresh flowers and herbs from the garden and made a rhubarb crisp with their fresh rhubarb. We also saw deer, otters, seals and bunnies.
