Enjoy the Lowcountry lifestyle in this two bedroom, two and half bathroom coastal-inspired cottage located in the heart of the famed Palmetto Bluff convenient to the new Inn and Wilson Village. With a dual primary bedroom floor plan, Magnolia Cottage offers a well appointed open concept kitchen and inviting great room with a gas fireplace. This cottage is fully equipped with all linens and appliances to make your stay very comfortable.
Beyond the screened in porch with dining table is your own outdoor fire pit flanked by Adirondack chairs. Adjacent to Magnolia Cottage is the Wilson Lawn and Racquet club which has tennis, bocce ball, and croquet. A short walk to the spa will have you relaxed in no time. Steps away from the cottage is the gourmet grocery store 'RT'S Market for your ultimate convenience.
If you like the outdoors than you have come to the right place. The 20,000 acres that make up the Palmetto Bluff resort offers a sporting lifestyle unlike any other. Fishing, canoeing, kayaking, and boating, are just a few of the amenities offered. There is a plethora of dining options both inside and outside of Palmetto Bluff. Take a short drive into nearby Bluffton and there you'll find an array of great restaurants.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IF I RESERVE YOUR HOME? MORE THAN YOU'D EXPECT!
The $30 Daily Resort fee allows us to register you as our guest with the Palmetto Bluff Club, with this registration you will have access to many of the Palmetto Bluff Community Member Amenities. Registration can be made 30 days in advance of arrival.
Upon arrival you will receive your club registration packet that includes your facility access cards. You will bring these access cards to the facility along with your credit card to gain entry. The charge is $25.00 per person/ per day. If you do not use the facility you will not pay the $25 for that day.
The facilities include:
• Two pools, including the members' Canoe Club Pool (which has a baby pool, children's pool, and large family pool) & Moreland Pool (which has a large family pool, and adults only junior olympic sized lap pool).
• Two state-of-the-art fitness centers: The Canoe Club Fitness Center and the Moreland Fitness Center
With registration we can request tee time, court times, and dining reservations which includes:
• Wilson Lawn and Racquet Club - Tennis, bocce, basketball, and croquet
• Reservation requests for Canoe Club Dining and Cole's Dining.
• May River Golf Course (30 days in advance of play) and the new Crossroads 9 hole course (15 days in advance of play)
We offer the option to purchase trip insurance through CSA Travel Insurance. We highly recommend adding trip insurance to your reservation, especially if you are traveling during hurricane season (June-November).
