This Arizona Sunshine Home is BRAND NEW, NEW Pool and custom resort-style Backyard, NEVER lived in and just went on the Vacation Rental Market March 15, 2022.

The AZ Sunshine home is a sprawled out 3 bedroom/ 2 bath open floor plan home located in a brand new peaceful housing development of Arroyo Secco, less then 25 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport and just a mile off the I-10 freeway. (15 min State Farm Stadium/ 8 min NASCAR/ Multiple Spring Training Fields Around/ 20 min downtown/ 5-6 golf courses within 15 minutes/ 5 min to Verrado/ 40 min from Scottsdale/ 1 hr 45 min up to Sedona/ 2 hours from Flagstaff and much much more)

This home has a unique layout, as it’s called a “Nextgen”. It has the main home (3 bed/ 2 bath - 1900 sq ft.) and has a separate attached full 780 sq ft Casita which has a locked off common door to maintain complete separate privacy. Both the main home and the casita have their own private entrances. (Both homes are keyless entries with unique assigned door codes upon check-in)

We stayed here for a birthday celebration in Verrado, and it worked out perfectly. Close to Frys for anything needed. The home and pool were great the pictures do not do it justice. Stephanie the host was more than accommodating. With 5 adults it worked out great and I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the AZ Sunshine Home as a family for a week. The home is beautiful and has everything one might need! We all loved the pool, BBQ and fire pit! The host, Stephanie, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was nothing short of spectacular! We will definitely be going back!

My family and I cannot say enough about this rental! Everything was exceptional! The little touches throughout the home did not go unnoticed! From a personalized hand written note, to the array of snacks that my boys devoured. Ingredients to put together a quick pasta dish which we definetly enjoyed! Her design style was definitely on point. We felt like we were staying in a 5 star resort. The very private back yard with an outside kitchen and everything you can think of to relax and unwind. Everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were, and we couldn't help but notice how amazing the linens felt as we slept. Stephanie definitely thinks of Everything. This home was so comfortable and awesome. Loved how clean it was and just such a peaceful setting. The gate from the pool was perfect for our littles. We didn't feel so stressed out and being able to eat outside on the dining table and grill right by the pool was amazing. Definitely would come stay here again!

Wow! All we can say out our stay is Wow! We only stay at VRBO’s when we travel and this property has moved straight to the top of our list of amazing properties. Stephanie doesn’t skip a single detail in providing a home away from home while traveling. This is the most adorable and comfortable home and the pool and backyard kitchen are a treat! We will 110% be returning!

We can't say enough about how much we enjoyed the Sunshine home/including the backyard/pool during our stay. Stephanie is a wonderful host. The home decor is beautiful and very inviting. The house was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Stephanie gave us a couple idea's on where to eat and/or places to see. It is located in a great neighbor to take walks. My family felt right at home and hated to leave. We will be returning with an extended stay in the future. Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise with us. Karen and Dave

What a great place. It’s super clean, and has almost every amenity you can think of. This is an owner who really cares about the guest experience. Online descriptions and pictures are very accurate, and owner is very available should you experience problems. Highly recommended.

Top notch place to stay. Location was in a new clean safe community. I’ve never stayed in a place that was so detailed on thinking about every possible detail. From the first moment we opened the front door, to the moment we closed the door after staying four nights, we were pleasantly pleased with our rental. Stephanie welcomed us with a bottle of red, pasta makings and a slew of snacks later out for our liking. Every bathroom had shampoos/conditioniers/shower caps/tooth paste/finger nail polish remover …. When I say, “attention to detail”, that is an understatement. Even the split rental guests were extremely nice and friendly. This place is top of the line. Thank you, Stephanie for sharing your home and letting us stay in your wonderful home. I wish I could rate 5++++++++++.

This house is clean, equipped and fun! We really enjoyed the location which was e- bike away from Verrado restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed the Bbq and backyard fire pit one night and played games on the outdoor patio! Try it! You wont be disappointed!

My wife and I are from Washington and wanted some warm weather for a birthday getaway. This home was perfect. Stephanie was very available and happily took great care of us. We can't say enough about this property and the owner. The house was clean and exactly as advertised. It was well equipped with all we'd need for a 5-week visit and we had a wonderful stay. The outdoor area was especially nice! The pool, sitting areas, firepit and outdoor kitchen all got a lot of use while we were there. The owner, Stephanie, was very easy to reach, answered any questions we had and even offered us some great recommendations for places to go, things to do, restaurants, etc... If you're looking for a beautiful, well-located place with a fantastic owner, this is the place for you!!

7 friends rented this location for a super fun Super Bowl weekend. We rented the whole home including Casita and it was fantastic. Super clean and accommodating with some snacks available for use. Grocery store nearby and normal suburb amenities made this a great location west of Phoenix. Stephanie was great and answered all our questions and was available when we had questions during our stay. Loved the decor and overall house. Thanks so much and we enjoyed the win!

Cannot recommend this property enough! From the time we booked it to the time we checked out. Stephanie was AMAZING & incredibly accommodating. House was absolutely perfect and exceeded our expectations x10000! There was enough room for a large family, fully equipped with anything you’d need during your stay, tonsss of toys for the kiddos and of course an absolutely beautiful outside! Nothing short of an amazing stay in a fully stocked, pristine, family ready property. Host went above and beyond in the amenities and small treats left throughout this newly built / never lived in VRBO rental. Host made our late / same day check in possible by personally meeting us at the properly to unlock and show us around after sunset. Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend for anyone seeking a high end properly at a reasonable rate. All the best!

I could not have asked for a better place! This was beautifully decorated and clean. The home had everything I could think of and more. The host was so sweet and attentive when I messaged her. I took walks daily and felt safe in the neighborhood. It’s very close to the Fry’s grocery store and Verrado main square. I will hopefully return- maybe even more than once. BTW, I cost less than a hotel and was way better!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Arizona Sunshine Home! Stephanie was a great host and thought of everything! We appreciated the snacks and toiletries, as well as the adorable decorations - it felt like home! The location was perfect for our visit and we loved spending time in the backyard by the pool and fire pit. I highly recommend the Arizona Sunshine Home for anyone traveling to the area.

Four of us met up for a spring training baseball trip and we all had a great stay at AZ Sunshine Home. The house was spotless and extremely well stocked with everything you could want or need. The neighborhood (housing development) is quiet and the home is fairly private. We found outdoor area to be perfect. Stephanie was very communicative and made sure we were all comfortable. I hope to make the same trip next year and I’ll definitely try to stay here again.

We came out for Spring Training, and found this gem. This house was brand new, very tastefully decorated with more amenities than you could ever ask for. The thought that went into all of the details was very apparent. I have stayed in many short term rentals, but none like this. The backyard was beautifully landscaped with a pool (Complete with pool floaties), very large bbq and island with a working fridge! There was also a fire pit, but we did not use it. The house was stocked with plenty of linens, toiletries and goodies. I hope people appreciate it and are respectful in just using what you need. There is a Casita that we rented with it as well. That was amazing! It is a lock-off style with an additional private entrance, so, you can access it from inside the house or the outside. Perfect for multi family group. The owner, Stephanie was amazing! She was very accommodating and excellent with communication from the quote till check out. We did not have any issues, although, if we had, she would have been right on it. She even checked in during our stay to make sure everything was okay. The property was a little far from our training camps, but worth the drive for such a great property. There are not many reviews as it is brand new, but you will not be disappointed! We are hoping to stay here in the future. After 12 years coming out here, I think we found our home! Thank you, Stephanie for everything!
