We enjoyed our weekend next to the river and views of the mountains. The apartment was clean, convenient and met all our requirements. Sitting outside on the porch, looking at the moon over the water provided much peace.

Great area. Walking trail around the lake outside the apartment. Back porch off bedroom with a beautiful view. Hosts are easy to contact and very hospitable. They had coffee and snacks. If you want to stay in and cook there is nice pots and pans.

I wanted to spend a few days in the town where I serve as an interim pastor. Since I have a 50-minute commute each way, I have not spent as much time doing things in the town of Kingston as I would like, and this lovely vacation home is an easy walk to the church. I especially enjoyed having time each morning and evening on the balcony which overlooks the river. Most days I went for a little jaunt on the riverside walking path which goes right in front of the property. The Lakeside Farmer's Market runs on Saturdays during the spring and summer and has a lot of variety. It's just a couple of minutes' walk away.
The property itself is very clean and is decorated very nicely. The bed is comfortable, and the water pressure and temperature in the shower were great. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, glassware, cutlery, pots and pans, utensils, and pretty much everything you need to put together a delicious meal (Except the food and seasonings, etc. You need to bring that yourself!). But if you are there when they are open, be sure and check out Bettye Rose Bakery, another easy walk away. They have delicious pastries and lunch items, including homemade soup.
There's a Keurig and a good supply of coffee pods, water in the fridge, and even a basket of snacks!
I really enjoyed my time at the Badger Inn. Thanks, Rhonda and Clay for making me feel so welcome!

From the moment we booked this perfect little apartment, communication with Rhonda was amazing. We booked arriving on July 4th, not knowing there was a whole town celebration. Rhonda had a phone call with me explaining how the night would be, where to watch fireworks, and accomodated us arriving before traffic did. The apartment was exactly as advertised with a stunning view. She checked on us within a few hours of us being there to see if we needed anything. We will absolutely be back. Book this property if you want a perfect little getaway with the best customer service.

We stayed here for a 2 night overnight weekend in the area for an event and it was a great place to get some sleep and just relax after working on our show. The view was gorgeous off the patio once the fog cleared up. Will definitely be staying here again when in the area!

This Vrbo is a wonderful, fresh, clean getaway spot while visiting family over the holidays. The amenities we could have wanted were provided in both the kitchen and bathroom- the refrigerator included an ice maker which was a bonus for us! Everything is new, clean and well thought out- the hosts have considered everything. There is a cozy covered patio off of the bedroom with comfortable chairs and a beautiful view looking out over the Clinch River to unwind and relax. It’s a private escape while still being in an apartment setting easily located in Kingston. We will definitely be back!

This is the cutest apartment! It was perfect for a couple who wanted to explore the area. The hosts were so gracious. They contacted me before our stay and during to make sure we had everything we needed. They gave us great dinner recommendations and even provided snacks that came in handy while we were exploring! I will definitely stay there again! Thank you!

Overall, this is a great VALUE for your stay. Just back from a guy's football weekend with one friend. This property was exactly as advertised and perfect for what we needed. Recently renovated (and nicely decorated), with views from the porch off the Master bedroom, looking into the Clinch/Tenn River and it's hard to beat. Spent Sunday morning walking the paved path around the river, even made it to Fort Southwest Point, just a short walk from the Apartment. Short driving distance a Kroger any many restaurants in the area.
Rhonda was a wonderful host, attentive, thoughtful and inquired about our favorite football teams before arrival (Go Dawgs!) Would recommend this listing!

Good for the area
Well, I realize everyone ideal of a apartment is different. So this is my take on it. Listing says apartment. I was thinking duplex or triplex or something similar. I call the hostess ( who was super sweet) to find it because the signage was poor. Nope it is a apartment complex units upstairs and down. Ok I thought I misread the listing all is still good. However the parking lot is small for all the apartments hard to get in and out. The apartment it was super cute and clean. The A/C unit very loud and could hear other guess talked as if you were in the other room.
