Our family really enjoyed spring break at this wonderful location!! The home was very clean and conveniently located near all Massanutten and Harrisonburg had to offer. Our son is a JMU alumni and he was excited to be back. Jeff was a great host and maintained communication from beginning to end. We highly recommend this property. Thank you Jeff!

This was my family’s first trip to Massanutten VA and it did not disappoint. The home was everything we needed; comfortable, clean and furnished as described. The location was convenient to all activities. Our host, Jeff was easy to reach and answered all my questions. Hope we can return again next year.

We enjoyed our weekend at your property. It was very convenient to Harrisonburg and attending a JMU football game. We enjoyed connecting with friends from our college days and sharing your home was a great way to hang out together. We all found your home to be clean and provided all the comforts of home.

We have been to the Massanutten area 5 times and this was the first time we rented a house. This house went above and beyond our expectations. The layout was great and we had ample room for us all to hangout and watch tv after golf and dinner out. We highly recommend this property. The owner kept in touch with us the entire time. It was nice to know that he was there if we needed anything!

I loved this house! It was well equipped and obviously well loved. The layout of the home is great for children who want to have their own space. There were many supplies already there and the linens and towels were a big plus for our large family (14). Massanutten Virginia was new to us. It is now on our must return list. It offers so much for any age family. I am 77 and enjoyed tubing down the Shenandoah river with my family. Thank you Riley at the tubing place for taking such good care of me.

We were very impressed with our stay. We had some unexpected things come up that caused us to have to check-in late and we had to leave and come back to complete our stay. The property owner was great to work with and tried to help us in every way possible. The wifi worked very well for our business planning trip. Thanks so much. We will most likely stay again. Brent

We had an amazing weekend despite the weather associated with Hurricane Ian. Jeff is an amazing host, and readied the downstairs fireplace (a month early) which we greatly enjoyed on Saturday night. The screened porch was excellent for enjoying our coffee and listening to the rain . The dining areas easily accommodated all of us for meals. The beds were comfy and the rooms beautifully decorated.

Fun mountain family celebration
We came to celebrate my dads 80th anniversary, and left with some great memories of pool fun, go carting, rec center activities, lounging at the property fixing puzzles, playing cards and forging great bonds for 3 generations!

Perfect group mountain getaway!
We celebrated my boyfriend's 30th birthday with 14 of our closest friends. It was the perfect mountain getaway on an absolutely beautiful weekend! Jeff is very easy to work with, prompt in responses, and accommodated an early check-in and check out for us! We used the grill for lunches, played cornhole and games in the front yard, could fit a total of 8 cars strategically in the driveway, and everyone had a comfy bed to themselves! Very close to all major massanutten attractions, and we spent Saturday floating ont the Shenandoah river. We would definitely come back!

Great location !
Beautiful Private owned property, inside the resort. Very clean and spacious house. Everything was available including a band-aid! lol. The issue I had was the kid's bedroom on the main level had malfunctioning sensor lights which were turning on automatically at night time. So we ingeniously taped with the handy bandaids . One other thing in the basement was the kid's 3 single beds- the room had a noisy water tank next to the bedroom. Unfortunately every time anyone flushed the toilet at the night it would make a loud and tinkling noise for a long time. We were unable to use this bedroom for all practical purposes. Ours was a party of 13 people . One of the guests had to sleep on the sofa.

Exactly what we needed
Tucked comfortably away in the Massanutten mountains, this large yet cozy house gave me and my family a wonderful Spring break escape. During the day there was ample space for the young ones to roam, a foosball table for everyone that was tall enough, and a grill to enjoy on a relaxing back deck. In the evening we were able to make you use of the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy the fireplace. All in all, exactly what we all needed as a base to explore the beautiful area.

We had an amazing getaway in this lovely, large home. The hosts were remarkable, very responsive and left a lovely gift basket for us at check in. The kids loved playing foose ball downstairs, and we enjoyed the comfy furnishings and making meals in the well stocked kitchen. We very much enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning!

Wonderful Mountain Home
What a great location in the heart of Massanutten Resort in the Blue Ridge Mountains. The home was perfect for me & my extended family and there were plenty of activities nearby to enjoy during our stay. The owner was friendly and welcoming, and the hospitality basket of goodies much appreciated - we enjoyed our wine on the screened-in porch! Super clean and comfortable, the house had everything we needed in a home-away-from home. Will definitely come back this summer to enjoy some golf and the huge resort pool!
