On the first level, it’s “game on” in the game room, whether you’re taking a shot on the pool table or watching your favorite team on the large screen smart TV. No need to miss any of the action ... a kitchenette and half-bath are here for your convenience. This level also features two king bedrooms and a bedroom with a pyramid bunk and a standard bunk. The second level is home to four more king bedrooms and two sets of washers/dryers. The final two king bedrooms are on the top level of the home. All the home’s bedrooms feature luxurious ensuite baths, smart TVs, and private outdoor decks to revel in the moonlit nights.
As the elevator door opens on the upper level, the first thing you will notice is the abundance of light, openness and the way this grand space can transform to accommodate your family’s most treasured moments. The large, modern chef’s kitchen featuring two 30-inch side-by-side stoves and two ovens will delight the avid cooks in the family. The large dining table will enthrall those who love sharing family meals together. The living room space will draw everyone together to watch the smart TV, play games, or share stories as the night winds down. *Please note that this property has a pool that can be heated for $600. Pool heaters, when pool heat is purchased, are set to 80 degrees, but pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.
Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
