Had a great week with family! House is nice but could use a few cosmetic improvements. Strong winds caused an awning to fall on the deck, the tv outside was broken,and our golf cart broke down while on a ride with the kids but the rental company was very accommodating and quick to assist us. Pool is very nice and refreshing. All in all we had a great week.

Love this house. We were so comfortable. The communication with the property manager was the best I’ve ever come across. They definitely took care of us.
There is some construction going on at the house so there was some mess associated with that, but nothing much to complain about. Would really like to see it all finished.
We enjoyed the use of the cart and the pool.
I would definitely, 100% stay again and highly recommend.

Exterior of house, specifically the deck, was poor. It needs painting at the very least (or replaced) and nail heads protrude. House was very dirty. It was mainly the floor. Mgmt. did send another cleaning crew upon calling though. Bugs/ants were pretty noticeable downstairs. Downstairs also had a musty/mildew smell. Considering the amount I paid, I would have expected much more.

Upon arrival, we walked into a house with several roaches crawling around and also dead. I was immediately disgusted considering I had 3 babies under 5 with me. Many other problems: dryer vent completely clogged so it basically just tumbled the clothes but didn't dry them. Gas grill did not work. Golf cart that we paid $200 extra for, headlights didn't work so we couldn't drive it at all because of the weather(rain)and needing headlights to be legal.No pool net to clean the infestation of bugs that occurred everyday. Mold in the downstairs bedroom, ice machine did not dispense ice. The maintenance team had to come clean the pool (but only once within our week stay). For the amount of money this property is, I would NEVER stay here EVER again. Stay away from this property. I mentioned the roaches to the rental company among many other problems and they didn't seem to care at all. With the amount of other properties, I URGE you to look elsewhere. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Property was in a great location. Property needs a lot of work and maintenance. Pool was dirty and the landscaping needed attention. The house had moisture issues that resulted in a strong smell. Pest control is needed as we found several cockroach (or like) bugs in the house. Most of the outdoor furniture was damaged and unable to be sat in. Sandbox was a dumping ground with broken chairs, weeds, etc....not for use.

We stayed with our young adult kids and friends/girlfriend. The layout of the place and multiple king beds was perfect. The unit was clean and comfortable, well stocked with kitchen utensils and towels, beach chairs and an umbrella, and the pool was a wonderful amenity. Our favorite thing about this rental was the sweet visitor kitty we named "Nubs" ( she has very little tail). The downstairs king mattress has a big dip in it on one side (broken springs?) and I would recommend replacing it. There were some minor maintenance issues that we will bring to the attn of the Rental Co., that did not effect us too much at all, but do need addressing...and one major issue that they took care of with amazing speed--dishwasher was not working and within 3 hours of reporting this, it is was replaced--very impressive.. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful island
The house was conveniently near restaurants, shops and the beach. Any issues we had were resolved by the management company in a very timely manner. The only issue we had was the cost of heating the pool. $50/day seems excessive.

Looney Doons
Our trip was great fun. The property is lovely, very well stocked, furnished very comfortably, and in a wonderful location! I was a little disappointed that a fee would be assessed if we arrived early to the property, but there was no compensation for maintenance that interrupted our stay. In fact, Katelyn sent me an email about a window maintenance job for 12:15, Wednesday who never showed up and I was not notified of someone coming Tuesday to repair the stove. Nobody contacted us to see if there was any damage due to the tropical storm (two signs by the pool were damaged). We had an issue with cockroaches, primarily in the outdoor closet, but also in the downstairs bedrooms. None were seen upstairs. There were minor issues in the house which were reviewed with the manager who came Tuesday with the stove repair person.
We would definitely stay again and hope that many of the issues raised are resolved for future guests.

Nice House and Pool.!
We rented the home for our family, 6 adults & 2 toddlers, and it was perfect. Nice layout, with 4 beds/baths and great pool. Kitchen is well stocked, family room with Smart TV and games for the kids. Nice location near restaurants and short walk to the beach. If you are taking heavy items to the beach we recommend a beach cart and/or golf cart. We had both and which worked out great. Management company was great to work with! Would definitely rent again!

House with all the fixins
This house was great. It was fully stocked with everything but the groceries! There were lots of towels, games, toys, and lots of kitchen stuff including pots, pans, cookie, sheets, assorted glasses, dishes, and eating & cooking utensils. I've never rented a place that was so completely ready for any kind of meal you want to make. Also had a gas & a charcoal grill. Outstanding!

The house was was fantastic! Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook. Each bedroom had is own bathroom which was really nice. The beds were super comfy! The pool and patio area were really nice. We especially enjoyed the hook and ring game! Location was very convenient. Close to restaurants and shops and just a short walk to the beach. We have been to St. George many times and this house provided us with another great stay!

It is truly my honor to be the first to review this beautiful property. There are so many good things, where to begin... My wife and I, three kids, and two in-laws stayed here for a week over the Easter holiday, and we had truly an amazing time. I was very nervous to book a property that had no online reviews, but I realized that the property was newly purchased and only recently placed under the management of SGI Premier Properties, who was just outstanding to work with. Some of the things to highlight:1. The home offers four beautiful, well equipped bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. (One with bunk beds, perfect for two kids. That room also has a futon.)2. The entire house, all bathrooms, kitchen, etc. were very clean and comfortable.3. The bathrooms were well equipped with numerous bath towels and beach towels, all of which appeared to be brand new.4. The mattresses in all of the bedrooms were very comfortable and clean.5. The swimming pool is absolutely amazing. The heater (for an additional cost) raises the temperature noticeably, and the pool maintenance company keeps the water pristine. There are also some very comfortable lounge chairs next to the pool, and a fun little sand box next to it for the kids to play in. The pool appeared to be approx 12' x 24', which was a perfect size for swimming some relaxing laps, or playing with the kids.6. This property is so versatile. It has a sophisticated decor great for adults, but also accommodates children very well and has nice touches for the kids.7. The house is just a one block walk from a beautiful white sand beach that stretches the entire length of the island. We were there at the height of Spring Break, and the beach was not crowded at all, it is perhaps the most spacious beach I have seen.8. The house also sits right next to a walking/running/biking path that runs the length of the island, which was very convenient for me as a runner and for the us with the kids to go on short bike rides into downtown for ice cream.9. The house came equipped with several beach chairs, kickboards, beach toys, a wagon to haul things to the beach, pool rafts, etc.10. There are several TVs, including one outside next to the grill and outdoor couch, which are hooked up to a variety of cable packages.I could go on and on, but to sum it up -- the property was exactly what we were looking for, and fulfilled and surpassed all expectations.
